Abstract
The invention provides a cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission, which comprises a signal acquisition unit, a data concentrator and a monitoring center, wherein the signal acquisition unit is used for acquiring a signal; the temperature detection system adopts a wireless communication technology to transmit a plurality of temperature signals acquired by the signal acquisition units to the data concentrator, compares the temperature signals with a preset alarm value for judgment, and timely sends out an alarm and uploads the alarm to the monitoring center if an abnormity occurs. The invention provides a cable joint temperature detection system and method based on wireless transmission.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power detection, and particularly relates to a cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission and a detection method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on electric power, and further, the requirements on power supply reliability are also continuously improved. The power cable is used as an important component of a power system, and safe and reliable operation is an important guarantee for power supply reliability.
In an electric power system, various cable joints are large in number, wide in distribution and complex in working environment, and can generate heat due to overlarge contact resistance, so that local temperature is overhigh and even is burnt out, and fire and large-area power failure are caused. Most of the existing cable joint temperature detection systems in the market at present adopt independent temperature measurement sensors, and the sensors are arranged on the outer surface layer of the cable head in a bundling mode and the like. After the equipment runs for a period of time, the sensor is not firm and only contacts with the outer surface of the cable head, and the temperature measurement is inaccurate.
The invention provides a cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission, wherein a temperature sensor is directly poured in a cable accessory and directly contacts with a cable, and meanwhile, a wireless communication technology is adopted to upload an acquired temperature signal to a monitoring center, so that the accuracy of measurement is improved.

The invention provides a cable joint temperature detection system and method based on wireless transmission.
The invention particularly relates to a cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission, which comprises a signal acquisition unit, a data concentrator and a monitoring center, wherein the signal acquisition unit is sequentially connected with the data concentrator and the monitoring center; the temperature detection system adopts a wireless communication technology to transmit a plurality of temperature signals acquired by the signal acquisition units to the data concentrator, compares the temperature signals with a preset alarm value for judgment, and timely sends out an alarm and uploads the alarm to the monitoring center if an abnormity occurs.
The signal acquisition unit comprises a temperature sensor, an A/D conversion module, a first controller and a wireless communication module, wherein the temperature sensor adopts a digital sensor, is directly poured in the cable accessory and is directly contacted with the cable, so that the temperature can be accurately measured;
the A/D conversion module converts the acquired temperature signal into a digital signal;
the first controller controls the working state of the temperature sensor according to the control signal; the wireless communication module transmits the temperature signal to the data concentrator by adopting a ZigBee wireless communication technology, and the wireless communication module also receives a control instruction.
The data concentrator comprises a signal receiving module, a second controller, a storage module, a key input module, a display module, an alarm module and a communication module, wherein the second controller is respectively connected with the signal receiving module, the storage module, the key input module, the display module, the alarm module and the communication module; the signal receiving module receives the information uploaded by the signal acquisition unit, the information is stored through the storage module, the second controller compares and judges a temperature signal with a preset alarm value, and if the temperature signal is greater than the alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm module; the communication module uploads the processed temperature signal and the processed alarm signal to the monitoring center by adopting a GPRS technology;
the key input module is combined with the display unit to realize parameter setting, temperature information and alarm information consulting, and the parameters comprise the alarm value and the monitoring period;
one data concentrator can collect output signals of a plurality of signal acquisition units, and the distance between the data concentrator and the signal acquisition units is less than 500 meters.
The monitoring center receives the information uploaded by the data concentrator, realizes real-time monitoring of the temperature of the cable joint, can remotely set the parameters, and can send instruction signals to the temperature sensor through the data concentrator.
The invention also provides a detection method of the cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission, which comprises the following steps:
step (1): the temperature sensor collects a temperature signal of the cable joint;
step (2): A/D conversion is carried out through the A/D conversion module;
and (3): transmitting the temperature signal to the data concentrator via the wireless communication module;
and (4): storing information through the storage module;
and (5): the second controller compares the collected information with the alarm value: if the alarm value is larger than the alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit, and storage and display are carried out;
and (6): and uploading the temperature information and the alarm signal to the monitoring center through the communication module.

The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of a cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the temperature detection system of the present invention includes a signal acquisition unit, a data concentrator, and a monitoring center, wherein the signal acquisition unit is connected with the data concentrator and the monitoring center in sequence; the temperature detection system adopts a wireless communication technology to transmit a plurality of temperature signals acquired by the signal acquisition units to the data concentrator, compares the temperature signals with a preset alarm value for judgment, and timely sends out an alarm and uploads the alarm to the monitoring center if an abnormity occurs.
The signal acquisition unit comprises a temperature sensor, an A/D conversion module, a first controller and a wireless communication module, wherein the temperature sensor adopts a digital sensor, is directly poured in the cable accessory and is directly contacted with the cable, so that the temperature can be accurately measured;
the A/D conversion module converts the acquired temperature signal into a digital signal;
the first controller controls the working state of the temperature sensor according to the control signal; the wireless communication module transmits the temperature signal to the data concentrator by adopting a ZigBee wireless communication technology, and the wireless communication module also receives a control instruction.
The data concentrator comprises a signal receiving module, a second controller, a storage module, a key input module, a display module, an alarm module and a communication module, wherein the second controller is respectively connected with the signal receiving module, the storage module, the key input module, the display module, the alarm module and the communication module; the signal receiving module receives the information uploaded by the signal acquisition unit, the information is stored through the storage module, the second controller compares and judges a temperature signal with a preset alarm value, and if the temperature signal is greater than the alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm module; the communication module uploads the processed temperature signal and the processed alarm signal to the monitoring center by adopting a GPRS technology;
the key input module is combined with the display unit to realize parameter setting, temperature information and alarm information consulting, and the parameters comprise the alarm value and the monitoring period;

A cable joint temperature detection system based on wireless transmission is characterized by comprising a signal acquisition unit, a data concentrator and a monitoring center, wherein the signal acquisition unit is sequentially connected with the data concentrator and the monitoring center; the temperature detection system adopts a wireless communication technology to transmit a plurality of temperature signals acquired by the signal acquisition units to the data concentrator, compares the temperature signals with a preset alarm value for judgment, and timely sends out an alarm and uploads the alarm to the monitoring center if an abnormity occurs.

The system for detecting the temperature of the cable joint based on the wireless transmission is characterized in that the signal acquisition unit comprises a temperature sensor, an A/D conversion module, a first controller and a wireless communication module, the temperature sensor adopts a digital sensor, and the temperature sensor is directly cast in the cable accessory and is in direct contact with the cable, so that the temperature can be accurately measured;
the A/D conversion module converts the acquired temperature signal into a digital signal;
the first controller controls the working state of the temperature sensor according to the control signal; the wireless communication module transmits the temperature signal to the data concentrator by adopting a ZigBee wireless communication technology, and the wireless communication module also receives a control instruction.
