Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking, and the padlock can be prevented from being opened accidentally when the padlock is impacted under the condition that the padlock can be used normally.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking, including a housing body, wherein a first lock hole and a second lock hole are provided on the housing body, a hook, a first end of the hook can be inserted into the first lock hole, a second end of the hook can be inserted into the second lock hole, a clamping groove is provided on the hook, a lock tongue is provided on the lock tongue, the lock tongue can move relative to the housing body, a first elastic element, under the action of the first elastic element, one end of the lock tongue can be embedded into the clamping groove, a switch assembly, the switch assembly includes a driving element, a cam, a stop block and a second elastic element, the stop block is provided with a protrusion, the protrusion can be abutted against one side of the lock tongue away from the clamping groove, the second elastic element can give an elastic force close to the cam, the driving element can drive the cam to rotate, and the first contour and the second contour can be abutted against the first contour and the second contour, thereby disengage from the first contour and the stop block, and the stop block can be abutted against the groove.
The padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking has the advantages that the protruding is arranged on the stop block, the protruding can be abutted against the clamping strip on the lock tongue, therefore, when the lock tongue is embedded into the clamping groove of the hook, the protruding is abutted against one side, far away from the clamping groove, of the clamping strip, the lock tongue cannot move relative to the shell main body, the hook is locked, the hook cannot be separated from the shell main body when the padlock is impacted, meanwhile, in order to ensure that the padlock can be normally opened, the first profile surface and the second profile surface are arranged on the cam, the first profile surface can be abutted against the stop block, the protruding can be separated from one side, far away from the clamping groove, of the clamping strip, unlocking of the lock tongue is achieved, the second profile surface can be abutted against the clamping strip, and the lock tongue is separated from the clamping groove of the hook, and therefore the hook is opened.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the first and second profile surfaces are each an integral part of an outer circumferential surface of the cam.
According to further embodiments of the present invention, the padlock is prevented from being accidentally unlocked, the cam comprises a first cam and a second cam, the first profile surface being provided on the first cam, the second profile surface being provided on the second cam.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking is provided, the second elastic member is a second compression spring, one end of the second compression spring abuts against the housing body, and the other end of the second compression spring abuts against a surface of the stopper facing away from the protrusion.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock is capable of preventing accidental unlocking, one end of the stopper is rotatably connected to the housing body, and the second compression spring and the cam are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the stopper.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock that prevents accidental unlocking further comprises a third elastic member capable of giving an elastic force to disengage the hook from the first locking hole.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking further includes a limit screw, the limit screw is fixed on the housing main body, a limit groove is axially provided at a first end of the hook, and the limit screw can abut against a side wall at one end of the limit groove.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, an annular clamping groove is circumferentially provided at a first end of the hook, the annular clamping groove is communicated with the limiting groove, and the limiting screw can abut against a side wall of one side of the annular clamping groove.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock is further provided with a rechargeable battery, wherein the driving element is a motor, and the rechargeable battery is capable of supplying power to the motor.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the padlock capable of preventing accidental unlocking further comprises a USB interface, wherein the USB interface is electrically connected with the rechargeable battery.

The conception and the technical effects produced by the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments below to fully understand the objects, features and effects of the present invention. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments, and that other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention based on the embodiments of the present invention.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, if an orientation description such as "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", etc. is referred to, it is merely for convenience of description and simplification of the description, and it is not indicated or implied that the apparatus or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, if a feature is referred to as being "disposed", "fixed", "connected" or "mounted" on another feature, it can be directly disposed, fixed or connected to the other feature or be indirectly disposed, fixed or connected or mounted on the other feature. First embodiment
Referring to fig. 4 of the drawings in fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a part of the padlock 100 of the first embodiment, fig. 2 is an exploded view of another part of the padlock 100 of the first embodiment, fig. 3 is a front view of the inside of the padlock 100 of the first embodiment, and fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along A-A in fig. 3. The padlock 100 of the first embodiment includes a hook 110, a lock tongue 120, a switch assembly 130, a first elastic member 140, a third elastic member 150, a fingerprint recognition module 160, a circuit board 170, a rechargeable battery 180, and a housing 190, the housing 190 includes a pin 191, a housing main body 192, a fixing plate 193, a lining plate 194, a cover plate 195, and a limit screw 196, a first lock hole 411 (refer to fig. 1) is provided on the left side of the upper end of the housing main body 192, a second lock hole 422 (refer to fig. 1) is provided on the right side of the upper end of the housing main body 192, the hook 110 is generally in a "U" shape, and a first end of the hook 110 (a left end of the hook 110 is a first end) can be inserted into the first lock hole 411, and at the same time, a second end of the hook 110 (a right end of the hook 110 is a second end) can be inserted into the second lock hole 422, thereby enabling the hook 110 and the housing main body 192 to form a closed loop.
In order to lock the padlock, the lock tongue 120 and the first elastic element 140 are provided, the clamping groove 111 is provided on the first end of the hook 110, the sliding groove 413 is provided on the housing main body 192, the lock tongue 120 is disposed in the sliding groove 413, the lock tongue 120 can slide along the left-right direction relative to the housing main body 192, under the action of the first elastic element 140, after the lock tongue 120 slides leftwards relative to the housing main body 192, the left end of the lock tongue 120 can be embedded into the clamping groove 111, so that the first end of the lock tongue 120 cannot be separated from the first locking hole 411, and thus the locking function is realized.
In this embodiment, the first elastic element 140 is a first compression spring, the first compression spring is also disposed in the chute 413, the right end of the lock tongue 120 is provided with the positioning column 122, the left end of the first compression spring is sleeved on the positioning column 122, so that the first compression spring can be prevented from falling off, the left end of the first compression spring abuts against the lock tongue 120, the right end of the first compression spring abuts against the right end face of the chute 413, and therefore the first compression spring gives the lock tongue 120 a leftward elastic force, and the lock tongue 120 can slide leftwards relative to the housing main body 192.
In another embodiment, the first elastic element 140 may also be a bellows, and the bellows is disposed in the same manner as the first compression spring, and may also give the latch bolt 120 a leftward elastic force.
To enable unlocking of the padlock, a switch assembly 130 is provided, the switch assembly 130 comprising a driving element 131, a cam 132, a first screw 133, a stop 134 and a second elastic element 135, the cam 132 being fixed on the output end of the driving element 131, the driving element 131 being capable of driving the cam 132 to rotate, the cam 132 being in abutment with the left end of the stop 134.
The first contour surface 136 and the second contour surface 137 are arranged on the same outer circumferential surface of the cam 132, the clamping strip 121 is arranged on the lower side surface of the lock tongue 120, the clamping strip 121 is positioned on the right side of the cam 132, the cam 132 rotates under the action of the driving element 131, the first contour surface 136 can be contacted and abutted with the clamping strip 121, thereby pushing the lock tongue 120 to move rightwards, and the left end of the lock tongue 120 is separated from the clamping groove 111, so that the padlock is unlocked.
In this embodiment, the driving element 131 is a motor, and the cam 132 is fixed on a rotating shaft of the motor.
In other embodiments, the driving element 131 may also be a rotary cylinder, and the cam 132 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the rotary cylinder.
In order to prevent the padlock from being impacted, the lock tongue 120 moves rightward against the elastic force of the first elastic member 140 under the action of inertia, the left end of the lock tongue 120 is separated from the clamping groove 111, the padlock is accidentally unlocked, the right end of the stop block 134 is provided with a positioning hole 138, the right end of the stop block 134 is arranged on the shell main body 192 through a first screw 133 penetrating through the positioning hole 138, the inner diameter of the positioning hole 138 is larger than the large diameter of the thread of the first screw 133, therefore, the stop block 134 can rotate around the vertical axis, the cam 132 and the second elastic member 135 are respectively arranged at two sides of the stop block 134, and the second elastic member 135 gives the stop block 134 an elastic force close to the cam 132.
The protrusion 138 is arranged on the front side of the stop block 134, the protrusion 138 is located on the right side of the clamping strip 121, when the left end of the lock tongue 120 is placed in the clamping groove 111, the protrusion 138 is abutted against the clamping strip 121, and therefore the lock tongue 120 cannot move rightwards relative to the shell body 192, the left end of the lock tongue 120 cannot be separated from the clamping groove 111, and at the moment, even if the padlock is impacted, the lock tongue 120 can clamp the hook 110, and accidental unlocking of the padlock is prevented.
In order to ensure that the padlock can be unlocked normally, the cam 132 is provided with a second contour surface 137, before the first contour surface 136 contacts with the clamping strip 121, the second contour surface 137 contacts with the left end of the stop block 134, the second contour surface 137 drives the left end of the stop block 134 to move backwards, the bulge 138 is separated from the right side surface of the clamping strip 121 to be abutted, the lock tongue 120 can move rightwards relative to the shell main body 192, and after the first contour surface 136 contacts with the clamping strip 121, the left end of the lock tongue 120 is separated from the clamping groove 111, so that unlocking of the padlock is realized.
In this embodiment, the second elastic member 135 is a second compression spring, the rear end of which abuts against the housing body 192, and the front end of which abuts against the rear side of the stopper 134, whereby the second compression spring gives the stopper 134 a forward elastic force.
In a similar manner to the first elastic member 140, in another embodiment, the second elastic member 135 may be a bellows, and the bellows may be disposed in correspondence with the second compression spring, and may also give the stopper 134 a forward elastic force.
In order to separate the hook 110 from the latch 120, the hook 110 can automatically pop out of the first lock hole 411, and a third elastic element 150 is provided, and the third elastic element 150 gives an upward elastic force to the first end of the hook 110, so that the hook 110 can move upward under the action of the third elastic element 150, and automatically pop out.
In this embodiment, the third elastic element 150 is a third compression spring, the lower end of the third compression spring abuts against the housing body 192, and the upper end of the third compression spring abuts against the first end of the hook 110, so as to give an upward elastic force to the first end of the hook 110.
In further embodiments, the third elastic element 150 may also be a bellows.
In order to prevent the first end of the hook 110 from being ejected out of the first lock hole 411, the hook 110 is completely separated from the housing main body 192, a limit screw 196 is provided, a fixing plate 193 is locked and fixed on the housing main body 192, the fixing plate 193 is provided with a threaded hole, the limit screw 196 is in threaded fit with the threaded hole, the rear end of the limit screw 196 penetrates out of the threaded hole, a limit groove 112 is formed in the hook 110, the limit groove 112 is arranged in the vertical direction (i.e. the axial direction of the first end of the hook 110), the rear end of the limit screw 196 is arranged in the limit groove 112, and when the first end of the hook 110 is ejected out of the first lock hole 411, the rear end of the limit screw 196 abuts against the side wall of the lower end of the limit groove 112, so that the hook 110 is prevented from being completely separated from the housing main body 192.
In order to unlock, the second end of the hook 110 and the casing main body 192 have a larger distance, so that the padlock can be conveniently taken down from the door handle, the first end of the hook 110 is circumferentially provided with an annular clamping groove 113, the annular clamping groove 113 is communicated with a limiting groove 112, when the rear end of the limiting screw 196 is propped against the side wall of the lower end of the limiting groove 112, the hook 110 is enabled to rotate around the axis of the first end of the hook 110, the rear end of the limiting screw 196 enters the annular clamping groove 113, and the second end of the hook 110 can be gradually far away from the casing main body 192, so that the padlock can be conveniently taken down.
For supplying power to the motor, a rechargeable battery 180 is provided, and the rechargeable battery 180 can be electrically connected with the motor, thereby driving the rotation shaft of the motor to rotate. In order to enable the motor to obtain unlocking information, a fingerprint identification module 160 and a circuit board 170 are arranged, when the fingerprint identification module 160 identifies a correct fingerprint, the motor rotates through a working circuit of the motor which is connected with the circuit board 170, so that unlocking is achieved, and the fingerprint identification module 160 can adopt a capacitive fingerprint module FS200P-R.
In order to realize the connection and fixation of the casing main body 192 and the cover plate 195, the lining plate 194 is fixed between the fixing plate 193 and the cover plate 195, the back side surface of the cover plate 195 is provided with a protruding column 198, the protruding column 198 is provided with two clamping holes 197 along the up-down direction, two corresponding pins 191 are provided, and the pins 191 pass through the through holes on the casing main body 192 and then are in interference fit with the clamping holes 197, so that the cover plate 195 is fixed on the casing main body 192.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a front view of the inside of a padlock of a second embodiment, which is similar to the padlock 100 of the first embodiment, except that a clamping groove 111 is provided at the right end of the hook 110, and a locking tongue 120 is caught or separated from the right end of the hook 110, thereby achieving locking or unlocking of the padlock.
The clamping groove 111 is arranged at the right end of the hook 110, and can also realize locking or unlocking of the padlock.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 6 is a front view of the interior of a padlock 200 of the third embodiment, and fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along section B-B in fig. 6. Unlike the padlock 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the stopper 233 is rotatably connected to the housing body 292 in a different manner, specifically, the left end of the stopper 233 is provided with a holding post 414, the housing body 292 is correspondingly provided with a first accommodating hole, the holding post 414 is disposed in the first accommodating hole, and the holding post 414 is in clearance fit with the first accommodating hole, so that the stopper 233 can rotate about an axis in the up-down direction relative to the housing body 292.
The front side of the stop block 233 is abutted against the cam 232, the lower side of the right end of the stop block 233 is abutted against the second elastic element 235, the second elastic element 235 gives forward elastic force to the stop block 233, the shell body 292 is fixedly locked with the pressing plate 415, the upper side of the right end of the stop block 233 can be abutted against the pressing plate 415 under the action of the second elastic element 235, at the moment, the protrusion 238 of the upper side of the right end of the stop block 233 can be abutted against the clamping bar 221 after penetrating through the pressing plate 415, when the second contour surface 237 of the cam 232 is abutted against the stop block 233, the protrusion 238 moves backwards, the protrusion 238 is not abutted against the clamping bar 221, and the padlock 200 can be unlocked normally.
Fourth embodiment
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a front view of the inside of a padlock of a fourth embodiment, which is similar to the padlock 200 of the third embodiment, except that a clamping slot 111 is provided at the right end of the hook 210, and a locking tongue 220 is caught or separated from the right end of the hook 210, thereby achieving locking or unlocking of the padlock.
The clamping groove 111 is arranged at the right end of the hook 210, and can also realize locking or unlocking of the padlock.
Fifth embodiment
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a front view of the inside of a padlock 300 of the fifth embodiment, and fig. 10 is
Unlike the padlock 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the cam 332 includes a first cam 416 and a second cam 417, the first profile surface 336 is disposed on the first cam 416, the second profile surface 337 is disposed on the second cam 417, and the stop 333 is additionally provided with a contact post 419.
The rear end of the stopper 333 abuts against the second elastic element 334, the end of the second elastic element 334 away from the stopper 333 abuts against the housing main body 292, the second elastic element 334 gives the stopper 333 a forward elastic force, the locking piece 418 is locked and fixed on the housing main body 392, under the action of the second elastic element 334, the front end of the stopper 333 abuts against the locking piece 418, the stopper 333 is disposed in a guide groove of the housing main body 392, and the stopper 333 can only slide in the front-rear direction in the guide groove.
Thus, the contact post 419 drives the protrusion 338 to move backwards through the contact of the second contour surface 337 and the contact post 419, the protrusion 338 is separated from the clamping strip 321, and the padlock 200 can be unlocked normally.
Sixth embodiment
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a front view of the inside of a padlock of a sixth embodiment, which is similar to the padlock 300 of the fifth embodiment, except that a clamping groove 111 is provided at the right end of the shackle 310, and a locking tongue 320 is caught or separated from the right end of the shackle 310, thereby achieving locking or unlocking of the padlock.
The clamping groove 111 is arranged at the right end of the hook 310, and can also realize locking or unlocking of the padlock.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
