A PCB detection jig with a positioning function comprises a workbench (1) and a controller (18) fixed on the workbench (1), and is characterized in that a placing seat (5), an L-shaped guide rod (6) and a driving motor (7) which are sequentially arranged from left to right are fixed on the workbench (1), sliding grooves (2) opposite to four side edges of the placing seat (5) are formed in the workbench (1), rectangular cross rods (3) are fixed between the inner walls of two ends of the four sliding grooves (2), clamping blocks (4) in the sliding grooves (2) are movably sleeved on each rectangular cross rod (3) and matched with the sliding grooves, the lower ends of the clamping blocks (4) extend out of the sliding grooves (2) and are hinged with a sleeve (16), a jack is arranged at the lower end of the sleeve (16), the output end of the driving motor (7) is connected with a vertical threaded lead screw (8) in a transmission manner, the upper end of the threaded lead screw (8) is rotatably connected with the short end of the L-shaped guide rod (6), a transverse mounting plate (9) is matched with the threaded screw rod (8) in a spiral transmission manner, the mounting plate (9) is matched with the long end of the L-shaped guide rod (6) in a sliding manner, a detection probe (11) positioned above the placing seat (5) is fixed on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (9), the detection probe (11) is electrically connected with the input end of the controller (18), a display (10) electrically connected with the output end of the controller (18) is fixed on the top surface of the mounting plate (9), an L-shaped connecting rod (12) with the long end penetrating through the workbench (1) is fixed on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (9), a cross-shaped block (13) positioned below the placing seat (5) is fixed on the short end of the L-shaped connecting rod (12), the cross-shaped block (13) is provided with four end parts adaptive to the sliding grooves (2), connecting rods (14) are hinged to the four end parts, and an inserting rod (15) is fixed to, the other end of the inserted bar (15) is in sliding fit with the inside of the jack, and a spring (17) positioned in the jack is fixedly connected between one end of the inserted bar (15) positioned in the jack and the sleeve (16).

The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the inserting rod (15) located in the inserting hole and the top wall of the inserting hole are provided with connecting rings, and two ends of the spring (17) are respectively fixed on the two connecting rings.

The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the clamping block (4) is rectangular, the clamping block (4) is provided with a first rectangular hole matched with the rectangular cross rod (3), and the rectangular cross rod (3) is in sliding fit in the first rectangular hole.

The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding groove (2) is provided with a second rectangular hole matching with the L-shaped connecting rod (12), and the long end of the L-shaped connecting rod (12) is slidably fitted in the second rectangular hole.
5. The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the original length of the spring (17) is adapted to the length of the insertion hole, and the length of the insertion rod (15) is greater than the length of the insertion hole.
6. The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the short end of the L-shaped guide rod (6) is provided with a mounting hole matched with the threaded screw rod (8), and the upper end of the threaded screw rod (8) is rotatably mounted in the mounting hole.

The PCB detecting jig with the positioning function according to claim 1, wherein the PCB to be detected arranged on the placing seat (5) is arranged between the four clamping blocks (4), the mounting plate (9) is provided with a guide hole matched with the L-shaped guide rod (6), and the long end of the L-shaped guide rod (6) is in sliding fit in the guide hole.
