Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The underground cable fault early warning method based on gas detection can be applied to the application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein gas detection device 102 communicates with server 104 over a network. The gas detection device 102 may collect gas data in the cable trench and send the gas data to the server 104, so that the server 104 may determine whether preset gas exists in the gas data, acquire the concentration of the preset gas if the preset gas exists, and output fault early warning information of the underground cable when the concentration is greater than a preset value. Therefore, the underground cable is located underground for a long time, the gas environment of the underground cable can be changed, for example, natural gas leaks to an underground cable pipeline and the like, or the environment of the underground cable is changed due to other reasons, for example, the underground cable is ignited, so that the environmental gas can be detected by the environmental gas detector, and whether preset gas exists in the gas data or not is judged; when preset gas exists in the gas data, acquiring the concentration of the preset gas; and judging whether the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value or not, and outputting fault early warning information of the underground cable when the concentration of the preset gas is greater than the preset value, so that each gas data is detected respectively, and the accuracy is improved. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided an underground cable fault pre-warning method based on gas detection, which is illustrated by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202: and acquiring gas data in the cable trench through a gas detection device.
In particular, since the underground cable is underground for a long time, the gas environment of the underground cable may change, for example, natural gas leaks into an underground cable duct, or the environment of the underground cable changes due to fire of the underground cable, for example, so that the environmental gas may be detected by the environmental gas detector.
Wherein can set up gaseous detection device in the cable pit in predetermineeing distance department, set up a plurality of gaseous detection device in the cable pit promptly, a plurality of gaseous detection device intervals are predetermine the distance.
S204: and judging whether preset gas exists in the gas data or not.
Specifically, can store in the server and preset gas, also be harmful gas, can inquire when these some preset gas in the gas data that gas detection device gathered, then need carry out the early warning. For example, when a large amount of components such as methane is detected, the location of the ambient gas detector may be used to indicate that natural gas leakage occurs at a specific location, and if carbon dioxide is detected, the location of the ambient gas detector may be used to indicate that a fire may occur at a specific location.
S206: when preset gas exists in the gas data, acquiring the concentration of the preset gas;
s208: and judging whether the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value, and outputting fault early warning information of the underground cable when the concentration of the preset gas is greater than the preset value.
Specifically, the server may set not only the preset gas but also the warning concentration of the preset gas, that is, the preset value here, the server obtains the corresponding preset value of the preset gas, then compares the concentration of the preset gas with the corresponding preset value, and if the concentration of the preset gas is greater than the corresponding preset value, outputs the fault early warning information of the underground cable, for example, may perform early warning according to the position of the gas detection device.
In actual medical use, for example, when the gas detection device detects two preset lifts, namely methane and carbon dioxide, alarm threshold values corresponding to the methane and the carbon dioxide are firstly obtained, for example, the methane is a first preset value, the carbon dioxide is a second preset value, then the server compares the concentration of the methane with the first preset value, the concentration of the carbon dioxide with the second preset value, and as long as one of the methane and the carbon dioxide exceeds the alarm threshold value, fault early warning information of the underground cable is output.
According to the underground cable fault early warning method based on gas detection, as the underground cable is located underground for a long time, the gas environment of the underground cable may change, for example, natural gas leaks to underground cable pipelines and the like, or other underground cables change due to fire, the environment gas can be detected through the environment gas detector, and whether preset gas exists in the gas data or not is judged; when preset gas exists in the gas data, acquiring the concentration of the preset gas; and judging whether the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value or not, and outputting fault early warning information of the underground cable when the concentration of the preset gas is greater than the preset value, so that each gas data is detected respectively, and the accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, after the obtaining the concentration of the preset gas, the method further includes: acquiring the current temperature in the cable trench; inquiring a corresponding ignition point of the preset gas; judging whether the current temperature meets the gas condition corresponding to the ignition point; and when the current temperature meets the gas condition corresponding to the ignition point, continuously judging whether the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value.
Specifically, the server may further determine whether to output fault early warning information of the underground cable together with the temperature and gas conditions, for example, the server may further acquire temperature information through a temperature sensor at a position corresponding to the gas detection device, and acquire a burning point of the preset gas, so as to determine whether to reach the burning point of the preset gas according to the temperature information, for example, whether a difference value from the burning point is within a preset range, if so, once other conditions are met, a fire and the like may occur, and therefore, the server may continue to determine whether the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value, and if so, may first alarm, so as to start elimination of the potential safety hazard.
In the embodiment, the temperature and the gas condition are combined to judge whether the underground cable needs to be pre-warned or not, so that the accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, when the concentration of the preset gas is greater than a preset value, the method further includes: acquiring the concentration of preset gas in the cable trench by an auxiliary detection device which is away from the gas detection device by a preset distance; sequencing the concentration of preset gas in the gas data collected by the gas detection device and the concentration of the preset gas collected by the auxiliary detection device; and determining a leakage source according to the sequenced preset gas concentration.
In one embodiment, the determining the leakage source according to the sequenced preset gas concentrations includes: positioning the position of an auxiliary detection device in the cable trench according to the sequence of the sequenced preset gas concentrations from small to large; and determining the position of the leakage source according to the position of the auxiliary detection device.
Specifically, the auxiliary detecting means is also a gas detecting means, which is for convenience of explanation only, and the auxiliary detecting means is a gas detecting means at a predetermined distance from the gas detecting means. Specifically, when the concentration of the preset gas is determined to be greater than the preset value according to one of the gas detection devices, the server may determine the leakage source by using the adjacent auxiliary detection devices, for example, the concentration of the preset gas collected by the auxiliary detection device within the preset distance may be obtained, for example, 4 auxiliary detection devices exist, including a first auxiliary detection device, a second auxiliary detection device, a third auxiliary detection device, and a fourth auxiliary detection device, where the concentration of the gas data collected by the gas detection device is a, the concentration of the gas data collected by the first auxiliary detection device is B, the concentration of the gas data collected by the second auxiliary detection device is C, the concentration of the gas data collected by the third auxiliary detection device is D, and the concentration of the gas data collected by the fourth auxiliary detection device is E, and then sorting is performed according to the concentrations, for example, from small to large, B < a < C < D < E, so that the concentration at E is the greatest, and thus the likelihood of it being the source of the leak is the greatest, the server may determine that the location of the corresponding auxiliary detection device at E is the location of the source of the leak.
In other embodiments, when it is determined that the concentration is maximum at the position of the fourth auxiliary detecting device corresponding to the concentration E, and then the fourth auxiliary detecting device is away from the position of the gas detecting device a, and the concentration of the preset gas may also increase toward the position of the fourth auxiliary detecting device, the server may continue to detect the fourth auxiliary detecting device outward until the auxiliary detecting device with the reduced concentration of the preset gas is detected, so that the position of the auxiliary detecting device that is previous to the auxiliary detecting device with the reduced concentration of the preset gas is used as the position of the leakage source.
In the embodiment, the position of the leakage source is determined according to the gas concentration, and the early warning accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, the method for early warning of a fault in an underground cable for gas detection may further include: when a plurality of transport pipelines exist at the leakage source, acquiring the type of the preset gas; inquiring a corresponding conveying pipeline according to the type of the preset gas; and outputting the inquired transport pipeline.
Specifically, each preset gas may need one transportation pipeline for transportation, so that a plurality of transportation pipelines may exist at a leakage source, and in order to determine that one transportation pipeline has a fault, the server may query the corresponding transportation pipeline according to the type of the preset gas and output the queried transportation pipeline, so that a person in charge only needs to query the corresponding transportation pipeline, or send the warning information to a maintenance party of the transportation pipeline, thereby realizing multi-party linkage.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows.
