The invention discloses an unlocking method of a wireless code padlock and a wireless code padlock structure, wherein the wireless code padlock structure comprises the following steps: the lock comprises a lock body, wherein one side of the lock body is provided with a lock hole matched with a lock opener and an RFID chip, and the other side of the lock body encloses a lock cover to form an assembly cavity; one end of the lock body is provided with a guide hole and a locking hole which are respectively communicated with the assembly cavity, an auxiliary locking column is arranged in the locking hole, the movable end of a lock beam is connected in the guide hole, and the locking end of the lock beam can be in locking connection with the locking hole through the auxiliary locking column; a locking groove provided in the assembly chamber; the locking block and the coded discs are assembled in the assembling cavity; wherein: the unlocking grooves of the coded discs are respectively aligned with the tenons of the locking blocks, the locking grooves push the locking cylindrical surfaces of the locking blocks to swing to unlocking positions, the locking columns are assisted to push the lock beams to move upwards to realize unlocking, the unlocking device automatically unlocks through the unique identification codes, and the safety and reliability are enhanced; the padlock has a universal structure and is easy to control cost.
Claims (10)
1. An unlocking method of a wireless code padlock is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the unlocking device is aligned with a lock hole of the wireless password padlock, automatically reads the serial number of the RFID on the wireless password padlock and transmits the request permission of the serial number to a background system;
after receiving the serial number, the background system confirms the unlocking authority and transmits an unlocking key to the unlocking device;
the unlocking device receives the unlocking key through the wireless signal, and the unlocking device carries out unlocking action on the wireless code padlock according to the sequence of the key.
2. The method of unlocking a wireless combination padlock of claim 1, wherein the step of the unlocking device unlocking the wireless combination padlock according to the sequence of the keys comprises the steps of:
the unlocking device sequentially rotates the coded discs, the unlocking grooves of the coded discs are respectively aligned with the tenons of the locking blocks, the locking grooves push the locking cylindrical surfaces of the locking blocks to swing to unlocking positions, and the locking columns are assisted to push the lock beams to move upwards to realize unlocking;
the auxiliary locking column rises, the locking block is locked at the unlocking position, and the lock beam can freely move up and down.
3. The method of unlocking a wireless combination padlock of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
pressing down the lock beam, aligning the unlocking device with the unlocking hole again, and sequentially rotating the plurality of code discs by any random angle exceeding 360 degrees by the unlocking device;
the unlocking groove of at least one coded disc is not aligned with the tenon of the locking block, the locking cylindrical surface of the locking block is meshed with the locking groove of the lock beam, the lock beam cannot move up and down freely, and the wireless password padlock is in a locking state.
4. A wireless combination padlock structure, comprising:
the lock comprises a lock body, a lock cover and a lock handle, wherein one side of the lock body is provided with a lock hole matched with a lock opener and an RFID chip, and the other side of the lock body encloses the lock cover to form an assembly cavity; one end of the lock body is provided with a guide hole and a locking hole which are respectively communicated with the assembly cavity, an auxiliary locking column is arranged in the locking hole, the movable end of a lock beam is connected in the guide hole, and the locking end of the lock beam can be in locking connection with the locking hole through the auxiliary locking column;
a locking groove provided in the assembly cavity;
a locking block and a plurality of code discs assembled in the assembling cavity; wherein: the unlocking grooves of the coded discs are respectively aligned with the tenons of the locking blocks, the locking grooves push the locking cylindrical surfaces of the locking blocks to swing to unlocking positions, and the locking columns are assisted to push the lock beams to move upwards to realize unlocking.
5. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 4, wherein the code wheel comprises a code wheel body, a code wheel shaft disposed on the code wheel body, a key engaging protrusion disposed on the code wheel shaft, an unlocking slot, and a combination post.
6. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 5, wherein the key-engaging protrusion is formed by two cylinders with different diameters intersecting each other, and a state in which a line connecting axes of the two cylinders is parallel to a central axis of the guide hole is a zero position of the wireless combination padlock.
7. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 6, wherein the code wheel body is disc-shaped, and the angle between the code post and the unlocking slot on the same code wheel body is the lock code of the code wheel with the locking slot matching with the tenon of the lockable block.
8. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 7, wherein the angle between the combination post and the unlocking slot is shaped at one time in the manufacturing loop.
9. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 4, wherein the code wheel comprises a first code wheel, a second code wheel and a third code wheel assembled adjacent in the assembly cavity, the first code wheel, the second code wheel and the third code wheel being secured by a code wheel positioning shaft.
10. The wireless combination padlock structure of claim 4, wherein the locking block has two opposite ends, one end of the locking block is provided with a shaft hole, and a locking block positioning shaft passes through the shaft hole to assemble the locking block in the assembly cavity;
the locking cylindrical surface and the tenon are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the other end of the locking block.
