Abstract
The invention discloses a bearing type hanging basket suspension casting construction method for a corrugated steel web part. The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1: connecting the rear branch point of the hanging basket with a hanging basket fixing device fixed on the concrete of the previous section; connecting the front supporting point of the hanging basket with the corrugated steel web of the section; step 2: after completing all construction tasks of the section, mounting the corrugated steel web of the next section by using hoisting equipment of the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part; and step 3: pushing the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part to move to the position required by the bearing type hanging basket suspension casting construction of the next section of corrugated steel web part; and 4, step 4: and installing the templates of the top plate and the bottom plate of the next section of box girder, binding reinforcing steel bars, and synchronously pouring concrete of the top plate and the bottom plate of the box girder. As shown in fig. 1, the specific structure of the load-bearing hanging basket with corrugated steel web portions according to the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises: hang basket truss 1, hang basket fixing device 2, hang basket back fulcrum 3, hang basket front pivot 4, lifting device 5 and work platform 6. The bearing type hanging basket for the corrugated steel web part mainly supports construction load by using the strength of concrete of a previous section and the strength of the corrugated steel web of the section together so as to pour the upper and lower webs of the section and install the corrugated steel web of the next section.
Specifically, the cradle fixing device 2 is fixed on the concrete of the previous section, and one end of the cradle fixing device is provided with a cradle rear supporting point foundation which is mainly used for connecting the cradle truss 1 and the front end concrete.
Preferably, the basket fixture 2 is anchored to the concrete of the previous section.

The hoisting equipment 5 is arranged at the front end (right side) of the cradle truss 1 and is mainly used for hoisting a rear section of corrugated steel web 9.
The working platform 6 is arranged below the cradle truss 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the construction method of the load-bearing cradle suspension casting of the corrugated steel web part according to the preferred embodiment of the invention is suitable for the construction of the cantilever section of the continuous beam bridge cantilever casting method of the corrugated steel web, and mainly utilizes the strength of the concrete of the previous section and the strength of the corrugated steel web of the section to support the cradle construction load together so as to cast the upper and lower webs of the section and install the corrugated steel web of the next section. The construction method for the bearing type hanging basket suspension casting of the corrugated steel web part specifically comprises the following steps:

and step 3: the fixed connection between the hanging basket fixing device and the concrete of the previous section and the bolt connection between the front supporting point foundation of the hanging basket and the corrugated steel web of the section are disassembled, a jack is used for synchronously pushing the traveling corrugated steel web part bearing type hanging basket to move to the required position of the next section of corrugated steel web part bearing type hanging basket suspension casting construction, and after the adjustment and the stabilization, the fixed hanging basket fixing device is fixedly connected with the concrete of the section and the bolt connection between the front supporting point foundation of the hanging basket and the corrugated steel web of the next section;

step 1: fixing a hanging basket fixing device of a bearing type hanging basket of a corrugated steel web part on the concrete of the previous section, and arranging a hanging basket rear supporting point foundation at one end of the hanging basket fixing device; then connecting the rear basket supporting point of the corrugated steel web part bearing type hanging basket with the rear basket supporting point foundation of the hanging basket fixing device; connecting a hanging basket front fulcrum of a bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part with the corrugated steel web of the section through a hanging basket front fulcrum foundation;
step 2: after all construction tasks of the suspension casting of the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part of the cost section are completed, a hoisting device of the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part is used for installing the corrugated steel web of the next section;
and step 3: the fixed connection between the hanging basket fixing device and the concrete of the previous section and the bolted connection between the front supporting point foundation of the hanging basket and the corrugated steel web of the section are disassembled, the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part is pushed to move to the position required by the bearing type hanging basket suspension casting construction of the corrugated steel web part of the next section, and then the fixed connection between the hanging basket fixing device and the concrete of the section and the bolted connection between the front supporting point foundation of the hanging basket and the corrugated steel web of the next section are fixed;
and 4, step 4: and installing the templates of the top plate and the bottom plate of the next section of box girder, binding reinforcing steel bars, and synchronously pouring concrete of the top plate and the bottom plate of the box girder.

The method for carrying out suspended casting construction on the bearing type hanging basket of the corrugated steel web part according to claim 1, wherein in the step 2, a supporting device is arranged between the corrugated steel web plate of the section and the corrugated steel web plate of the next section.
3. The method for carrying out suspended casting construction on the corrugated steel web part by using the hanging basket in the bearing mode according to claim 2, wherein the supporting device in the step 2 is a transverse bridge horizontal supporting device or an inclined supporting device.
4. The method for suspended casting of load-bearing baskets for corrugated steel web sections according to claim 3, wherein in step 3, the load-bearing baskets for corrugated steel web sections are moved by using jacks to synchronously push the load-bearing baskets.
