Abstract
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂,该药剂的组分及重量百分比如下:低泡分散剂5‑10%,乳化剂10‑20%,渗透剥离剂5‑10%,催化剂清洗剂25‑30%,消泡剂0.1‑3%,其余为溶剂;使用时,将所述清洗药剂注入烯烃分离水洗塔补充水泵入口处,所述清洗药剂的添加量为50ppm‑100ppm,并且连续注入。该清洗药剂能够在水洗塔内有效分散垢物,适应水洗塔温度变化,垢物随着污水外排进入后续处理系统,后续处理系统温度120‑140℃,而药剂在该温度下分解,不会对后续处理系统产生影响。还可以解决现在水洗塔出现的压差升高现象,对新塔能够保证塔压差稳定,对于老塔能够降低塔内垢物的堆积、降低塔盘聚合物及催化剂细粉量,增大外排水浊度和COD,从而实时在线清水洗塔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,尤其是涉及一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂及其应用。
背景技术
现有工艺流程中,产品气/裂解气经烯烃分离水洗塔,洗掉部分黄油及其包裹的催化剂细粉,长期运行时,催化剂细粉、黄油会在水洗塔塔盘堆积,造成水洗塔压差升高,影响装置的常稳运行。
传统的方法是添加除盐水置换水洗塔内污水,从而将塔内垢物随污水外排,一般除盐水添加量为50-60t/h,外排水量为30-50t/h,此方法不仅产生大量的废水而且对催化剂细粉等清洗不完全,导致塔压差持续升高,在此基础上,我公司研发了一种水洗塔在线清洗药剂,可以实现在线清洗,有效降低水洗塔压差,保证水洗效果。目前国内无此类药剂应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂、制备方法及其应用,克服传统烯烃分离水洗塔长期运行垢物堆积、压差升高、水洗效果变差等缺点,有效解决了烯烃分离水洗塔堵塞及压差增大而无法进行正常的水洗等技术问题,实现了烯烃分离水洗塔的在线清洗。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂,该药剂的组分及重量百分比如下:低泡分散剂5-10%,乳化剂10-20%,渗透剥离剂5-10%,催化剂清洗剂25-30%,消泡剂0.1-3%,其余为溶剂;
低泡分散剂选自聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚、马来酸酐、特殊醇醚类无泡表活剂、乙氧基化异构十三醇等;
乳化剂选自吐温80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六醇与十六醇聚乙烯乙二醇醚反应产物等;
渗透剥离剂为改性高分子蜡乳液、改性环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、甲醇等;
催化剂清洗剂为丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物、丙烯酸三元共聚物钠盐等;
消泡剂为氟硅聚醚消泡剂、低硅消泡剂;
溶剂为去离子水。
本发明还提供该烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照重量百分比将低泡分散剂、乳化剂、渗透剥离剂、催化剂清洗剂、消泡剂、溶剂加入反应釜中,常温搅拌,待混合均匀后,过滤即得最终产品。
在实际生产中,使用时,将所述清洗药剂注入烯烃分离水洗塔补充水泵入口处即可。
具体的,所述清洗药剂的添加量为50ppm-100ppm,并且连续注入。
所述在线清洗药剂使用温度范围为30-80℃,在120-140℃分解。
本发明的有益效果是:该清洗药剂能够保证烯烃分离水洗塔清洗效果,防止烯烃分离水洗塔内结垢物进一步堆积和减少塔盘聚合物;
添加在线清洗药剂可以解决现在水洗塔出现的压差升高现象,对新塔能够保证塔压差稳定,分散新生成的垢物,对于老塔能够降低塔内垢物的堆积、降低塔盘聚合物及催化剂细粉的量,增大外排水的的浊度和COD,从而可以实时在线清水洗塔;
本药剂能够在水洗塔内有效分散垢物,适应水洗塔温度变化,垢物随着污水外排进入后续处理系统,后续处理系统温度120-140℃,而药剂在该温度下分解,不会对后续处理系统产生影响。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
取聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚10g,15g吐温80,改性高分子蜡乳液8g,丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物30g,氟硅聚醚消泡剂0.5g,水36.5g,混合均匀,过滤,即制备得到清洗药剂。
分散率及浊度测定:取100ml去离子水于烧杯中,加入清洗药剂1g,置于40℃水浴内,称取1g左右的塔内垢物放入上述溶液中,恒温搅拌60min,测定水样浊度。同时做空白水样对比实验。
按照如下的公式计算清洗药剂的分散效率。

通过上述数据可见,投加药剂后垢物质量明显减少,水体浊度增加,该清洗药剂,可以实现对塔内垢物的良好分散,实现在线清洗的作用。
在实际装置运行中,水洗塔的温度一般维持在30-80℃,通过在线输入,可以实现对塔内垢污物的实时处理。而进入后续工艺后,温度升高,该药剂结合垢物,直接分散,不会对后续工序造成影响。

Claims (5)
1.一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂,其特征在于:该药剂的组分及重量百分比如下:低泡分散剂5-10%,乳化剂10-20%,渗透剥离剂5-10%,催化剂清洗剂25-30%,消泡剂0.1-3%,其余为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂,其特征在于:所述低泡分散剂选自聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚、马来酸酐、特殊醇醚类无泡表活剂、乙氧基化异构十三醇中的至少一种;
乳化剂选自吐温80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六醇与十六醇聚乙烯乙二醇醚反应产物中的至少一种;
渗透剥离剂为改性高分子蜡乳液、改性环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、甲醇中的至少一种;
催化剂清洗剂为丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物、丙烯酸三元共聚物钠盐中的至少一种;
消泡剂为氟硅聚醚消泡剂或低硅消泡剂;
溶剂为去离子水。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:按照所述重量百分比将低泡分散剂、乳化剂、渗透剥离剂、催化剂清洗剂、消泡剂、溶剂加入反应釜中,常温搅拌,待混合均匀后,过滤即得最终产品。
4.权利要求1或2所述的一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂的应用,其特征在于:将所述清洗药剂注入烯烃分离水洗塔补充水泵入口处,所述清洗药剂的添加量为50ppm-100ppm,并且连续注入。
5.权利要求1或2所述的一种烯烃分离水洗塔在线清洗药剂的应用,其特征在于:所述在线清洗药剂使用温度范围为30-80℃,在120-140℃分解,先在水洗塔内以30-80℃的温度注入,在进入后续工序时,温度为120-140℃,即可分解。
