Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC硬质低发泡材料用高效复合发泡剂的制备方法,所述发泡剂按重量份配比材料组成包括:偶氮二甲酰胺20‑40份;辅助发泡剂40‑80份;改性剂8‑15份;分散剂2‑5份;加工助剂1‑5。所述的制备方法首先将分散剂和加工助剂加入混合机中,混合5分钟,然后依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、辅助发泡剂、改性剂,在混合机中均匀混合而成。本发明适用于PVC自由或结皮发泡板材、管材、型材及木塑等硬质PVC发泡材料。具有积极的效果:1、分解温度在155‑190℃,处于硬质PVC低发泡材料的加工温度范围内。2、次发泡剂具有吸放热平衡的特点,使发泡过程更稳定,更均匀,发泡过程更容易控制。3、制品成本更低,综合性能好符合使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一种PVC硬质低发泡材料用高效复合发泡剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代科技的不断发展,人们对环保的要求越来越高,PVC制品逐渐替代了一些木材和金属等为原材料的制品走进了人们的生活中。而PVC发泡制品作为PVC制品的很重要一部分,以价格低廉,环保,来源丰富的优势逐渐被人们重视。而作为发泡剂,单一的偶氮二甲酰胺存在强放热、突发性强、分解快等缺陷。因此,生产具有受热式分解缓慢,放出热量较小,获得的制品力学性能优异的复合型发泡剂具有重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发热量小,受热分解平缓、发泡效果明显应用于硬质PVC低发泡的复合型发泡剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种PVC硬质低发泡材料用高效复合发泡剂的制备,以重量份计包括以下组分:
偶氮二甲酰胺 20-40份;
辅助发泡剂 40-80份;
改性剂 8-15份;
分散剂 2-5份;
加工助剂 1-5。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述辅助发泡剂为碳酸氢钠、对甲苯磺酰肼、二磺酰肼、酐醚、柠檬酸钠、碳酸氢铵的一种或几种。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述改性剂为硬脂酸锌、氧化锌、硫酸锌、聚乙二醇、乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述分散剂是二氧化硅、碳酸钙、沸石、水滑石、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述加工助剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、氯化聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、邻苯二甲酸酯中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果在于:该新型复合发泡剂制作简单,受热时分解缓慢,发出热量少,发泡效果明显。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本发明示出了一种应用于硬质PVC低发泡制品的新型复合发泡剂的实施方式:它由下列重量份的原料组成:
偶氮二甲酰胺 40份
碳酸氢钠 65份
二磺酰肼 10份
氯化锌 5份
聚乙二醇 5份
二氧化硅 2份
沸石 2份
氯化聚乙烯蜡 1.5份
硬脂酸 2份
其制备方法是将分散剂和加工助剂加入混合机中,混合5分钟,然后依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、辅助发泡剂、改性剂,在混合机中混合2-35分钟,制得均一稳定的混合物。
本发明公开的应用于硬质PVC低发泡制品的复合型发泡剂是一种新型发泡剂。

1.一种硬质PVC低发泡材料的新型发泡剂,其特征在于所述发泡剂按重量份配比材料组成包括:偶氮二甲酰胺20-40份;辅助发泡剂40-80份;改性剂8-15份;分散剂2-5份;加工助剂1-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种硬质PVC低发泡材料新型发泡剂,其特征在于,所述辅助发泡剂为碳酸氢钠、对甲苯磺酰肼、二磺酰肼、酐醚、柠檬酸钠、碳酸氢铵的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种硬质PVC低发泡材料新型发泡剂,其特征在于,所述改性剂为硬脂酸锌、氧化锌、硫酸锌、聚乙二醇、乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种硬质PVC低发泡材料新型发泡剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂是二氧化硅、碳酸钙、沸石、水滑石、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种硬质PVC低发泡材料新型发泡剂,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、氯化聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、邻苯二甲酸酯中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种硬质PVC低发泡材料新型发泡剂,其特征在于,按重量份配比材料组成包括:偶氮二甲酰胺20-40份;辅助发泡剂40-80份;改性剂8-15份;分散剂2-5份;加工助剂1-5;所述的制备方法首先将分散剂和加工助剂加入混合机中,混合5分钟,然后依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、辅助发泡剂、改性剂,在混合机中混合2-35分钟,制得均一稳定的混合物。
