When the speed reduction is required, the adjusting handwheel 66 in the manual brake assembly 6 is rotated firstly, the pushing shaft 63 can move to the side close to the turntable 2 on the mounting frame 62 under the driving of the adjusting handwheel 66, the end part of the pushing shaft 63 is rotated to abut against the back surface of the pressing block 61, so that the pressing block 61 can approach to the turntable 2 under the driving of the pushing shaft 63, the friction pad 612 fixed on the arc clamping plate 611 of the pressing block 61 can be gradually abutted against and pressed on the outer circumferential wall of the turntable 2, the rotating speed of the turntable 2 is reduced by adjusting the pressing force, and if a certain friction force is required to be provided for a long time to reduce the speed of the turntable 2, the locking mechanism rotationally arranged on the pushing rod can be rotated after the position of the pushing shaft 63 is adjusted, the end surface of the locking nut 64 abuts against the side of the mounting frame 62, the pushing shaft 63 is fixed on the side of the mounting frame 62 through the locking nut 64, the situation that the matching of the thread part of the pushing shaft 63 is loose due to vibration is prevented, and the speed reduction function cannot be realized on the braking force of the turntable 2.

The position adjusting assembly comprises a fixed bottom plate (52), a top seat (51) and a pushing mechanism, wherein the top seat (51) is arranged on the fixed bottom plate (52) in a sliding mode, and the pushing mechanism is connected between the top seat (51) and the fixed bottom plate (52) and used for adjusting the relative position of the top seat (51);
The pushing mechanism comprises a connecting block (54), a supporting block (56) and an adjusting screw (55), wherein the adjusting screw (55) is rotatably arranged on the supporting block (56), a threaded part of the adjusting screw (55) is rotatably arranged in the connecting block (54), the connecting block (54) is fixedly arranged on a top seat (51), and the supporting block (56) is fixedly arranged on a fixed bottom plate (52);
The hand brake assembly (6) comprises a mounting frame (62), a pushing shaft (63), a pressing block (61), a locking mechanism and an adjusting hand wheel (66), wherein the mounting frame (62) is fixedly arranged at the top of the support (3), the pushing shaft (63) is rotationally arranged on the mounting frame (62), the pressing block (61) is corresponding to one group of turntables (2), the pressing block (61) is rotationally arranged at one end, close to the turntables (2), of the pushing shaft (63), and the locking mechanism and the adjusting hand wheel (66) are connected to one end, far away from the turntables (2), of the pushing shaft (63).
