本发明涉及凉席技术领域,公开了一种石墨烯面料及应用该面料的凉席,包括席面层和席底层,席面层为机织面料层,席底层为针织面料层,席面层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱相互垂直配置,经纱采用石墨烯长丝或聚酯纤维长丝,纬纱采用石墨烯长丝、聚酯纤维长丝或纤维素纸型纱的组合或其中一组,编织席面层所选用的经纱和纬纱中至少有一种纱线是采用的石墨烯长丝,席底层下表面为弹性网孔结构,席面层和席底层采用层压定型的方式复合粘结。本发明的石墨烯凉席的席面部采用的面料是由石墨烯长丝与其他纤维长丝共同编织而成,具有良好的保健功能,同时席面部柔软透气,便于折叠收纳,且可提高凉席的使用舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及凉席技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯面料及应用该面料的凉席。
背景技术
现代社会由于夏季温度急剧升高,所以在炎热的天气中凉席已经成为家庭生活中人们消暑纳凉的必备物品之一。
现有的凉席多为竹制凉席,其由多组条状凉席编制而成,在实际的使用过程中由于凉席本身偏硬且透气性差,所以再实际的使用过程中会存在如下问题,如久睡后使用者的身上会压制出条印,且与竹席接触的皮肤处的透气性差使用时舒适性差,并且传统的竹席在清洗时较为困难不便于清洗容易滋生细菌,会对使用者的健康造成危害,不具有抗菌保健的功能。另外,现有的凉席不便于折叠,在存放时需要空间较大。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯凉席,该装置柔软透气舒适性高、方便折叠收纳并且具有抗菌保健的功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种石墨烯面料,包括席面层和席底层,其特征在于,所述席面层为机织面料层,所述席底层为针织面料层,所述席面层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述的经纱和纬纱相互垂直配置,所述经纱采用石墨烯长丝或聚酯纤维长丝,所述纬纱采用石墨烯长丝、聚酯纤维长丝或纤维素纸型纱的组合或其中一组,编织所述席面层所选用的经纱和纬纱中至少有一种纱线是采用的石墨烯长丝,所述席底层下表面为弹性网孔结构,所述席面层和席底层采用层压定型的方式复合粘结。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述石墨烯长丝基体为聚酯、锦纶或粘胶,所述石墨烯长丝和聚酯纤维长丝的细度均为100-900D。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述席底层所采用的聚酯纤维长丝的细度为30-400D。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述的纤维素纸型纱为一定门幅的纸卷裁切成0.1-5cm宽的纸条经加捻形成的细度为100-900D的纤维素纸型纱。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述席底层采用针织立体间隔织物组织,所述的间隔织物的厚度为0.1-1.5cm。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种石墨烯凉席,包括床笠部和席面部,其特征在于,所述席面部由上述权利要求1-5中任意一项权利要求所述的石墨烯面料构成,所述席面部可拆卸固定设置于床笠部的顶部,所述床笠部的三组侧壁面上可拆卸固定连接有感应式夜灯。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述床笠部与席面部通过拉链和/或魔术贴连接至一体。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述床笠部顶部设置有防水层。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述感应式夜灯设置为带状感应式夜灯,所述感应式夜灯通过魔术贴固定在床笠部的侧壁上。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的石墨烯凉席的席面部采用的面料是由石墨烯长丝与其他纤维长丝共同编织而成,由于石墨烯长丝辐射的红外波可以对人体产生强大的远红外功能,具有促进新陈代谢和血液循环、强化肝脏功、抗菌护肤等功能。
并且,该凉席所采用的石墨烯面料的席底层下表面为弹性网孔结构,由此可使得凉席的席面部变得柔软透气,便于折叠收纳,且可提高凉席的使用舒适性,并且该凉席分为席面部和床笠部,席面部可拆卸固定在床笠部上,通过此设置不仅可以使得席面部在后期的使用过程中与床笠部的顶面紧固在一起防止席面部随意滑动,而且还可以在需要清洗时及时与床笠部进行分离拆卸以便进行单独清洗,便于清洗不易滋生细菌。
另外,在床笠部的三侧面可拆线固定有感应式夜灯,可在使用者起夜时提供一定的亮度进行照明,可免去起夜时需要开关灯的不便。

请同时参见图1至图5,本发明一较佳实施方式提供一种石墨烯面料,包括席面层11和席底层12,席面层11为机织面料层,席面层11可根据需要编织出不同的花型,增加布料的美观性及多样性,席底层12为针织面料层,席面层11由经纱3和纬纱4交织而成,的经纱3和纬纱4相互垂直配置,其配置方式如图2所示,经纱3采用石墨烯长丝或聚酯纤维长丝,纬纱4采用石墨烯长丝、聚酯纤维长丝或纤维素纸型纱的组合或其中一组,编织席面层11所选用的经纱3和纬纱4中至少有一种纱线是采用的石墨烯长丝,为了保证面料具有远红外的抗菌保健功能,所以在经纱3或纬纱4中至少需要有一种选用的纱线为石墨烯长丝。席底层12下表面为弹性网孔结构,席面层11和席底层12采用层压定型的方式复合粘结。石墨烯长丝具有较高的远红外线的辐射和吸收功能,可以吸收和辐射8-15微米的远红外波,而人体组织的细胞分子中的碳-碳键、碳-氢键等的伸缩振动的谐振波大部分在3-15微米,和远红外线的波长和振幅相同,从而会引起共振共鸣。由此,渗入人体的远红外线便会引起原子和分子的振动,再通过共鸣吸收,形成热反映,促使皮下深层温度上升,微细血管扩张促使血液循环,从而加快新陈代谢加快体内毒素的排出,提高机体免疫能力,排除疲劳,缓和酸痛,具有良好的保健作用。
石墨烯长丝基体为聚酯、锦纶或粘胶,石墨烯长丝和聚酯纤维长丝的细度均为100-900D。席底层12所采用的聚酯纤维长丝的细度为30-400D。纤维素纸型纱为一定门幅(该门幅的宽度可根据实际需要进行选择,如可使用80cm门幅的纸卷)的纸卷裁切成0.1-5cm宽、80cm长的纸条,经加捻形成的细度为100-900D的纤维素纸型纱。
席底层12采用针织立体间隔织物组织,间隔织物的厚度为0.1-1.5cm。此结构可以增加透气性,增加使用者的使用舒适性。
一种石墨烯凉席,包括床笠部2和席面部1,其特征在于,席面部1由上石墨烯面料构成,席面部1可拆卸固定设置于床笠部2的顶部,床笠部2的三组侧壁面上可拆卸固定连接有感应式夜灯7。此可拆卸的方式可以为拉链或魔术贴8粘接的方式,由于席面部1所采用的面料为石墨烯面料,所以此凉席具有石墨烯面料的所有优点,另外,将凉席设置成床笠部2和席面部1相结合连接的方式,可在实际使用时将席面部1固定于床笠部2的上表面,这样可以防止再实际使用中不便于固定随意滑动的问题,另外,当需要进行清洗时,可方便的将席面部1拆下,单独进行机洗,由此便于进行对席面部1进行清洁可以抑制细菌的滋生,可保证凉席的清洁。
床笠部2顶部设置有防水层。床笠部2顶部可由防水面料制成或在床笠部2顶部涂刷防水材料,以实现防水的功能,由此在实际生活中即使不小心将水洒在床上也不会快速渗透至床垫内,由于床垫不易搬动无法晾晒,所以其湿润处无法及时晾干会影响使用,而在床笠部2顶部设置防水层后洒落的水会被截挡在床笠部2顶端,无法继续向下渗透从而保护床垫不受浸湿,在晾晒时只需要将凉席拆下进行晾晒清洗即可,不会影响床垫的正常使用。防水层也可以设置在床笠部2的顶部的内层面上,在床笠部2上设置防水层不仅可以防止水继续下渗,同时也不会影响席面层11的透气性。
在感应式夜灯7设置为带状感应式夜灯7,感应式夜灯7通过魔术贴8固定在床笠部2的侧壁上。在床笠部2的侧壁面上均布缝制固定有多组魔术贴8,该魔术贴8为竖直向设置的的条状魔术贴8,由于有些床箱为了防止床垫随意移动,会在床箱顶部设有放置床垫的凹槽,所以在床垫放置安装后会存在有部分靠下的位置被遮挡,所以需要将带状的感应式夜灯7粘贴安装在外露的魔术贴8上。同时在外露的魔术贴8上还可以粘设固定多组布料包,在各组布料包里面可以放置香料、驱蚊药草或生活常用的小部件等。
感应式夜灯7的上方设置有遮挡板,该遮挡板内侧涂有反光材料,且感应式夜灯7的下侧设置为磨砂透光板,由此可使发出的光更加分散柔和,内部的发光灯条的功率不需要太高,不然会使得灯光会刺激眼部。该感应式夜灯7内部设置有可充电式蓄电池,通过蓄电池直接为其供电,由此可减少外部设置的电源线,简化结构,更加方便使用。
感应式夜灯7也可设置为外壳为抽拉式结构的感应式夜灯7,该感应式夜灯7包括底壳72、上盖71、灯条、感应控制组件和蓄电池,底壳72包括底板和两组一体成型在底板两端侧的侧端盖722,底壳72内部通过隔板721分为多个腔体,各腔体内可安置灯条、蓄电池和感应控制组件,并将灯条、蓄电池和感应控制组件进行电性连接,该连接方式以及灯条、感应控制组件和蓄电池均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。蓄电池安放置最靠近侧端盖722的腔体内,并将蓄电池的充电接口安设在侧端盖722上。底壳72上设置有滑槽723,上盖71滑设在底壳72上,上盖71与底壳72互相配合后形成一个完整的封闭空间,上盖71设置为截面为圆弧形的上盖71,且在上盖71内侧分为两个区域,上半部分的弧面上先涂设有不透光涂料,并在该不透光涂料的内侧再涂设一层反光材料,在上盖71内侧的下半区域设置为磨砂透光区,由于上盖71为圆弧形所以在其安装至床笠部2的侧壁面上后,在使用者上下床时不会磕碰到腿。同时,由于在上盖71的内侧分别设置了遮挡部711和透光部712,所以在使用中上半部会遮挡灯光向上射出而影响他人休息,另外上盖71和底壳72之间为滑动连接设置,当需要进行维修时,将上盖71滑开即可对内部进行维修。
席面部1的四周设有包边5,席面部1的四顶角处缝制有弹性紧固带6。通过此结构设置,可以单独将席面部1作为单独的凉席或床垫进行使用,可通过其四周的弹性紧固带6固定套设在床垫的四角处,由此可实现对席面部1的固定,通过此设置可以增加该凉席使用样式的多样性,可满足不同用户的不同使用要求。
工作原理:
在实际使用中,首先将床笠部2套设在床垫上,然后再将席面部1通过拉链或魔术贴8固定在床笠部2的上顶面上,由此实现对床笠部2及席面部1的固定,然后再调整各感应式夜灯7在床笠部2侧面的安装位置,使得感应式夜灯7处于外部无床箱遮挡的位置,并根据需要在魔术贴8上固定粘接布料包并在其中防止相关的香料或草药。
当需要进行清洗时,只需将席面部1从床笠部2上拆下即可,可单独对席面部1进行清洗,如果同时需要对床笠部2进行清洗则可以一并将床笠部2拆下,并将固定在其上的感应式夜灯7以及各种布料包拆下后进行清洗。

1.一种石墨烯面料,包括席面层(11)和席底层(12),其特征在于,所述席面层(11)为机织面料层,所述席底层(12)为针织面料层,所述席面层(11)由经纱(3)和纬纱(4)交织而成,所述的经纱(3)和纬纱(4)相互垂直配置,所述经纱(3)采用石墨烯长丝或聚酯纤维长丝,所述纬纱(4)采用石墨烯长丝、聚酯纤维长丝或纤维素纸型纱的组合或其中一组,编织所述席面层(11)所选用的经纱(3)和纬纱(4)中至少有一种纱线是采用的石墨烯长丝,所述席底层(12)下表面为弹性网孔结构,所述席面层(11)和席底层(12)采用层压定型的方式复合粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述石墨烯长丝基体为聚酯、锦纶或粘胶,所述石墨烯长丝和聚酯纤维长丝的细度均为100-900D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述席底层(12)所采用的聚酯纤维长丝的细度为30-400D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述的纤维素纸型纱为一定门幅的纸卷裁切成0.1-5cm宽的纸条经加捻形成的细度为100-900D的纤维素纸型纱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯面料,其特征在于,所述席底层(12)采用针织立体间隔织物组织,所述的间隔织物的厚度为0.1-1.5cm。
6.一种石墨烯凉席,包括床笠部(2)和席面部(1),其特征在于,所述席面部(1)由上述权利要求1-5中任意一项权利要求所述的石墨烯面料构成,所述席面部(1)可拆卸固定设置于床笠部(2)的顶部,所述床笠部(2)的三组侧壁面上可拆卸固定连接有感应式夜灯(7)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯凉席,其特征在于,所述床笠部(2)与席面部(1)通过拉链和/或魔术贴(8)连接至一体。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯凉席,其特征在于,所述床笠部(2)顶部设置有防水层。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯凉席,其特征在于,所述感应式夜灯(7)设置为带状感应式夜灯(7),所述感应式夜灯(7)通过魔术贴(8)固定在床笠部(2)的侧壁上。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯凉席,其特征在于,所述席面部(1)的四周设有包边(5),所述席面部(1)的四顶角处缝制有弹性紧固带(6)。
