粉碎组件包括有粉碎机壳51、主轴31、连接刀臂33,其中,粉碎机壳51内设有碎粉室,粉碎机壳51顶部设有机盖52,机盖52位于碎粉室上方,碎粉室内安装有主轴31,主轴31其中一端穿过粉碎机壳51与动力轮53连接,动力轮53由外部碎粉电机带动运转,主轴31另一端的机盖52上部开有粉碎进料口,主轴31上安装有轴套32,轴套32外周面上固定有连接刀臂33,连接刀臂33为四条,以主轴31中心为圆心均匀分布在轴套32外周面上,连接刀臂33外端扩展形成刀臂风板34,粉碎进料口一侧的刀臂风板34外侧固定有齿刀臂42,齿刀臂42外侧安装有侧向刀片35,相邻齿刀臂42内侧之间安装有齿刀刀片43;机盖52顶部设有粉碎出口,粉碎出口处的机盖52顶部连接有排料管54,排料管54出口处连接有分选筒55;分选筒55呈竖直的筒状,分选筒55上部一侧与排料管54出口连接,分选筒55上部另一侧设有纤维出口,纤维出口外侧的分选筒55上连接有纤维收集袋58,分选筒55底部逐渐收缩形成粗料收集筒57,粗料收集筒57底部出口处连接有返料管,返料管出口延伸至粉碎进料口上方;碎粉室内腔底部安装有弧形的碎粉筛网56,碎粉筛网56内弧面朝上,碎粉筛网56与刀臂风板34端部之间预留有抛洒区。刀臂风板34外端端部设有碎料齿牙37,轴套32外侧的主轴31上固定有侧向刀盘36,侧向刀盘36固定在轴套32端部,刀臂风板34内端与侧向刀盘36边缘接触,齿刀臂42外端与刀臂风板34连接,齿刀臂42内端与侧向刀盘36连接,齿刀刀片43固定在相邻齿刀臂42内侧之间,齿刀臂42外侧安装有侧向刀片35;侧向刀片35与连接刀臂33之间形成“T”形,侧向刀片35为T形横臂,侧向刀片35一侧设有刃口;齿刀刀片43呈扇形,齿刀刀片43端部向外折弯形成连接板,连接板与齿刀臂42外端连接,齿刀刀片43外弧面上设有切碎齿牙44,齿刀刀片43内弧面中心处延伸形成有碎刀铰块45,碎刀铰块45上固定有碎刀轴46,碎刀轴46上活动安装有击碎刀片47。
生产中多余的余料、废料放至废料收集输送带上,由废料收集输送带带动送入废料收集斗统一收集,废料收集斗收集后通过废料输送管送入除铁进料口,除铁滚筒电机带动除铁滚筒旋转,除铁滚筒旋转时通过抓刺带动废料进入除铁机壳内,在进入过程中,废料内的颗粒物掉出落至网状的除铁滚筒内,当金属颗粒(碎片)落至吸铁支板上时,被磁铁吸住,其它颗粒物继续下落,穿过除铁滚筒和过渡筛网落至集尘箱内,废料通过除铁滚筒除铁后落至过渡筛网上,通过过渡筛网将废料风的杂质及颗粒物筛除,筛除出的杂物落至集尘箱内,除铁筛分后的余料通过筛分出口排至筛分过渡管内,
筛分过渡管将除铁后的余料通过废料进入斗进入筛分滚筒,滚筒电机带动筛分轴旋转,筛分轴带动分切叶片同步转动,筛分轴在带动分切叶片转动的同时带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮旋转时通过中间齿轮带动承托环旋转,通过中间齿轮过渡后筛分轴与承托环的旋转方向相反,从而使分切叶片和筛分滚筒形成反向切割传送,分切叶片在对网片废料进行推送的同时进行剪切,筛分滚筒在传送的同时将废料内的颗粒物等杂质筛除,筛除出的杂质落至集杂板上统一收集处理,剪切、筛分后的废料从筛分滚筒较低一端的出口落至粉碎进料口内;
碎粉电机带动主轴旋转,侧向刀片位于进料一侧,网片余料在进入粉碎机后,首先通过侧向刀片切成小断,然后通过齿刀刀片进行环切,环切后再进入相邻的连接刀臂(刀臂风板)之间,相邻的连接刀臂(刀臂风板)之间为缓冲切碎区,连接刀臂(刀臂风板)在运转时会产生风力,切成小断后的网片碎料在风力的作用下被无序抛起,在碎粉室内无序飘动,在抛起飘动的过程中通过碎料齿牙进行粉碎,粉碎到一定程度的粉料(纤维)随风抛起向上由粉碎出口、排料管进入分选筒,分选筒对进入后的粉料(纤维)进行分选,较重的粉料(未完全分解的碎片)在自重下下降通过粗料收集筒收集,最后由返料管送至粉碎进料口内进行循环粉碎,本方案采用四块齿刀刀片组合形成环形齿刀,切碎齿牙采用大齿,一块齿刀刀片弧长20-30cm,切碎齿牙为8-10个,击碎刀片无序击打碎料,从而使碎料粉碎效果更好,组合式结构便于更换和维护,击碎齿牙使粉碎效果更好。

1.一种渔网生产余料循环利用系统,它包括有安装在网片成型机处的废料收集输送带,其特征在于:废料收集输送带输出端位于废料收集斗(61)上方,废料收集斗(61)出口处连接有废料输送管(62),废料输送管(62)出口位于除铁组件入口上方,除铁组件出口处连接有筛分过渡管,筛分过渡管出口位于筛分组件入口上方,筛分组件出口与粉碎组件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔网生产余料循环利用系统,其特征在于:除铁组件包括有除铁机壳(1)、除铁滚筒(2)、除铁滚筒端板(3),其中,除铁机壳(1)内部上部安装有除铁滚筒(2),除铁滚筒(2)采用网片卷绕形成,除铁滚筒(2)表面固定有抓网条(11),抓网条(11)呈条状或螺旋形分布在除铁滚筒(2)表面,抓网条(11)上固定有抓刺(12),除铁滚筒(2)两端固定有除铁滚筒端板(3),除铁滚筒(2)内固定有吸铁支板(6),吸铁支板(6)两端分别与相应的除铁滚筒端板(3)连接,吸铁支板(6)上安装有磁铁,除铁滚筒端板(3)中心处连接有除铁滚筒转轴,除铁滚筒转轴外端通过轴承环安装在除铁机壳(1)内,其中一条除铁滚筒转轴穿过除铁机壳(1)与除铁滚筒电机(4)的传动轴连接,除铁滚筒(2)一侧的除铁机壳(1)上部开口形成除铁进料口(5),除铁进料口(5)与废料输送管(62)出口连接,除铁滚筒(2)下方的除铁机壳(1)内倾斜安装有过渡筛网(7),过渡筛网(7)下方的除铁机壳(1)内放置有集尘箱,过渡筛网(7)较低一端的除铁机壳(1)上开口形成筛分出口(9),筛分出口(9)与筛分过渡管连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔网生产余料循环利用系统,其特征在于:筛分组件包括有筛分机架(21)、筛分滚筒(22)、集杂板(23)、分切叶片(25),其中,筛分机架(21)顶部呈卧式安装有筛分滚筒(22),安装后的筛分滚筒(22)沿水平方向倾斜10-15°,筛分滚筒(22)采用网格板卷绕形成的筒形,筛分滚筒(22)下方的筛分机架(21)内安装有集杂板(23),筛分滚筒(22)内安装有筛分轴(24),筛分轴(24)上呈螺旋形固定有分切叶片(25),分切叶片(25)分布有若干段分切齿牙(26),筛分滚筒(22)较低一端为出口,筛分滚筒(22)较高一端的筛分机架(21)上安装有废料进入斗(30);废料进入斗(30)下方的筛分机架(21)上安装有滚筒电机,滚筒电机的传动轴与筛分轴(24)一端连接;筛分滚筒(22)较高一端的筛分轴(24)上安装有传动齿轮(27),筛分滚筒(22)两端端部均设有承托环,承托环由筛分机架(21)内的托轮承托,筛分滚筒(22)较高一端的承托环内环面上设有传动齿牙(28),传动齿牙(28)与传动齿轮(27)之间设有中间齿轮(29),中间齿轮(29)通过轮板安装在筛分机架(21)上,安装后的中间齿轮(29)顶部与传动齿轮(27)啮合,底部与传动齿牙(28)啮合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔网生产余料循环利用系统,其特征在于:粉碎组件包括有粉碎机壳(51)、主轴(31)、连接刀臂(33),其中,粉碎机壳(51)内设有碎粉室,粉碎机壳(51)顶部设有机盖(52),机盖(52)位于碎粉室上方,碎粉室内安装有主轴(31),主轴(31)其中一端穿过粉碎机壳(51)与动力轮(53)连接,动力轮(53)由外部碎粉电机带动运转,主轴(31)另一端的机盖(52)上部开有粉碎进料口,主轴(31)上安装有轴套(32),轴套(32)外周面上固定有连接刀臂(33),连接刀臂(33)为四条,以主轴(31)中心为圆心均匀分布在轴套(32)外周面上,连接刀臂(33)外端扩展形成刀臂风板(34),粉碎进料口一侧的刀臂风板(34)外侧固定有齿刀臂(42),齿刀臂(42)外侧安装有侧向刀片(35),相邻齿刀臂(42)内侧之间安装有齿刀刀片(43);机盖(52)顶部设有粉碎出口,粉碎出口处的机盖(52)顶部连接有排料管(54),排料管(54)出口处连接有分选筒(55);分选筒(55)呈竖直的筒状,分选筒(55)上部一侧与排料管(54)出口连接,分选筒(55)上部另一侧设有纤维出口,纤维出口外侧的分选筒(55)上连接有纤维收集袋(58),分选筒(55)底部逐渐收缩形成粗料收集筒(57),粗料收集筒(57)底部出口处连接有返料管,返料管出口延伸至粉碎进料口上方;碎粉室内腔底部安装有弧形的碎粉筛网(56),碎粉筛网(56)内弧面朝上,碎粉筛网(56)与刀臂风板(34)端部之间预留有抛洒区。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种渔网生产余料循环利用系统,其特征在于:刀臂风板(34)外端端部设有碎料齿牙(37),轴套(32)外侧的主轴(31)上固定有侧向刀盘(36),侧向刀盘(36)固定在轴套(32)端部,刀臂风板(34)内端与侧向刀盘(36)边缘接触,齿刀臂(42)外端与刀臂风板(34)连接,齿刀臂(42)内端与侧向刀盘(36)连接,齿刀刀片(43)固定在相邻齿刀臂(42)内侧之间,齿刀臂(42)外侧安装有侧向刀片(35);侧向刀片(35)与连接刀臂(33)之间形成“T”形,侧向刀片(35)为T形横臂,侧向刀片(35)一侧设有刃口;齿刀刀片(43)呈扇形,齿刀刀片(43)端部向外折弯形成连接板,连接板与齿刀臂(42)外端连接,齿刀刀片(43)外弧面上设有切碎齿牙(44),齿刀刀片(43)内弧面中心处延伸形成有碎刀铰块(45),碎刀铰块(45)上固定有碎刀轴(46),碎刀轴(46)上活动安装有击碎刀片(47)。
