With reference to fig. 13 and fig. 14 and 15, dust-removing air-permeable cotton 49 is arranged above the forming box 40 as a top cover; a feed inlet 410 is fixed on the side wall of the forming box body 40; one end of the feed inlet 410 is connected with the discharge hose 34 of the feeding mechanism 3, and a plurality of nozzles 411 are fixed on the side wall of the forming box body 40; the nozzle 411 is connected to the outlet of the water pump 5, and a glass observation window 412 is also provided on the side wall of the forming box 40 for observing the stirring condition of the forming box 40.
The extrusion forming mechanism 6 pushes the front top block 42 to the extrusion bin 43 at the auxiliary oil cylinder 41, so that the extrusion bin 43 and the forming box body 40 form a closed space, the dust-removing air-permeable cotton 49 mainly has the function of discharging air after the granular paper medium at the feed inlet 410 enters the forming box body 40 and ensuring that the material is not discharged out of the extrusion forming mechanism 6, the spray head 411 is supplied with water by the water pump 5 above the water tank 4, and the water pump 5 can be opened or closed according to a signal sent by a humidity sensor inside the forming box body 40.
The structure forms the high-confidentiality paper medium destroying device, meets the requirement that the destroying of the confidential paper medium achieves high confidentiality, and enables the confidential paper medium to be finally extruded into a round cake shape after being destroyed by the device, so that the destroying state can not be recovered. The technical problem that paper media can only be smashed into strips and cannot be thoroughly destroyed in the prior art is solved.

Claims (8)
1. A high-security paper medium destroying device is characterized by comprising a crushing mechanism, a grinding mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a water tank, a water pump, an extrusion forming mechanism and a discharging conveyor belt; the grinding mechanism is arranged below the crushing mechanism, and the strip paper media crushed by the crushing mechanism are quickly ground through a main shaft in the grinding mechanism to be ground into granular paper media; one end of the feeding mechanism is connected with the grinding blanking bin of the grinding mechanism; the other end of the feeding mechanism is connected with the extrusion forming mechanism; the water tank is arranged below the extrusion forming mechanism, the water pump is arranged above the water tank, water is sprayed into the forming box body of the extrusion forming mechanism through the water pump, the granular paper media sprayed with the water in the extrusion forming mechanism are extruded into the round cake-shaped paper media, and the discharging conveyor belt conveys the round cake-shaped paper media.

The high-security paper medium destroying device according to claim 1, wherein said crushing mechanism further comprises a crushing bin, a crushing speed reduction motor, a driving sprocket, a chain, a driven sprocket, an upper gear, a lower gear, an upper cutter body and a lower cutter body; a crushing speed reducing motor is fixed above the crushing bin, an output shaft of the crushing speed reducing motor is in shaft connection with a driving chain wheel, and the driving chain wheel is connected with a driven chain wheel through a chain; the rear side of the driven chain wheel is coaxially connected with a lower gear; the lower gear is in meshing transmission with the upper gear; the driving chain wheel coaxially drives a lower cutter body arranged in the crushing bin; the upper gear coaxially drives an upper cutter body arranged in the crushing bin; the upper cutter body and the lower cutter body are meshed with each other.

The high security paper media destruction apparatus of claim 1, wherein the grinding mechanism further comprises a grinding motor, a grinding drive belt, a grinding drum, a shredding bin, a grinding spindle, a screen; a crushing discharge bin is arranged below the crushing mechanism; a grinding cylinder is arranged at the lower section of the crushing blanking bin; a belt pulley is arranged on one side of the grinding cylinder; the belt pulley forms belt transmission with the grinding motor through the grinding transmission belt; a belt pulley drives a grinding main shaft in the grinding cylinder; a screen is arranged on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder; a grinding blanking bin is arranged below the screen, and one side of the grinding blanking bin is connected with the feeding mechanism.

The high security paper media destruction apparatus of claim 3, wherein the grinding spindle further comprises a drive shaft, grinding blades; the front end of the grinding main shaft is in a regular quadrilateral shape; a plurality of transverse shafts are arranged on the symmetrical edges; the transverse shafts are alternately arranged in the vertical direction and the left-right direction; the grinding blades are connected on the cross shaft in an interference fit manner by pin shafts; the grinding blade is tetragonal.
