The connecting rod 16 plays a role of supporting the electric cylinder 17; the motor at the hinged position of the connecting rod 16 and the electric cylinder 17 plays a role in adjusting the inclination angle of the electric cylinder 17; the push rod of the electric cylinder 17 can drive the movable sweeping brush 18 to extend into the breeding cage 1 to sweep out the hermetia illucens corpses.
The temperature control system and the humidity control system in the environment control system 2 are provided with a temperature and humidity sensor, a spraying device 22 and a fan 23; an electric heating wire which can be independently closed is arranged in the fan 23; the light control system is provided with a light sensor and a light supplement lamp 21; a control screen 24 is provided outside the housing of the environmental control system 2. The temperature and humidity sensor constantly monitors the temperature and the humidity in the breeding cage 1; the light sensor constantly monitors the illumination degree of the breeding cage 1; the optimum growth temperature of the hermetia illucens is 25-30 ℃, the humidity is 55-70%, once the temperature or the humidity is not in the range, the master control system can control the spraying device 22 to spray, the fan 23 blows/exhausts air, and the electric heating wire is used for heating so as to control the temperature and the humidity in the appropriate range; natural light is preferentially adopted in the breeding cage 1, and when the illumination intensity is less than 1500lux, the light supplement lamp 21 is turned on for illumination compensation; the light supplement lamp 21 is a seven-color LED lamp bead light source, and the illumination intensity range is 2000 lux-4000 lux; the illumination time for reaching the illumination standard in the breeding cage 1 is more than 10 hours.
The bottom box 9 of the worm egg collector 5 is in a drawer form; a reticular ovum-inducing plate 10 is arranged in the bottom box 9, and an upright soft rubber button 31 is fixedly arranged; the bottom of the breeding cage 1 is hinged with a movable door plate 29 through a spring hinge; the movable door panel 29 is provided with a door opening hook 30 corresponding to the soft rubber buckle 31. The reticular egg-inducing plate 10 can attract the hermetia illucens to lay eggs thereon; when the breeding cage 1 is not in the environment control system 2, the movable door plate 29 is closed; when the breeding cage 1 enters the environment control system 2 along the track 6, the soft rubber buckle 31 hooks the door opening hook 30, and the movable door plate 29 is pulled away to expose the inducing hole.
The bottom of the breeding cage 1 is provided with a track wheel 7, and the side surface of the breeding cage is hinged with a cage door 32 through a spring hinge; the track wheel 7 is sleeved in the track 6 and is provided with a hub motor; and a waterproof motor is connected to the spring hinge of the cage door 32. The track wheel 7 drives the breeding cage 1 to move on the track 6 through the hub motor; the waterproof motor can drive the cage door 32 to open.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
breeding: a proper amount of hermetia illucens eggs are put into the breeding cage 1 positioned in the environment control system 2, and brown sugar water is put into the breeding cage; according to different growth stages of the hermetia illucens, corresponding parameters are set on the master control system, and the temperature, humidity and luminosity of the environment are adjusted to be in suitable states through the temperature control system, the humidity control system and the light control system of the environment control system 2, so that the hermetia illucens are incubated in the breeding cage 1, grow and die at last;
collecting worm eggs: in the breeding preparation working stage, egg inducing plates are placed in the bottom box 9 of the egg collector 5; when the hermetia illucens are about to lay eggs, the hermetia illucens can drill into the bottom box 9 from the trapping holes at the bottom of the breeding cage 1 through the top box 8, lay eggs on the egg trapping plate, and then drill back into the breeding cage 1 under the influence of food attraction and environment; the egg-trapping plate with the hermetia illucens eggs can be taken out from the movable opening on the side surface of the bottom box 9 and used for breeding hermetia illucens in the next round.
Updating and cleaning: after the hermetia illucens in the breeding cage 1 die, the breeding cage 1 moves to the position of the overturning track 11 through the track 6; the overturning track 11 drives the breeding cage 1 to overturn obliquely under the action of an overturning motor 15; the movable cleaning brush 18 is driven by the angle adjusting mechanism to adjust the angle, and then the telescopic mechanism pushes the movable cleaning brush 18 into the breeding cage 1; the angle adjusting mechanism presses down the movable sweeping brush 18, and the telescopic mechanism retracts the movable sweeping brush 18; the reciprocating action is carried out in such a way, so that the black soldier fly died in the breeding cage 1 is cleaned by the movable cleaning brush 18;
cleaning and disinfecting: the cleaned breeding cage 1 enters the cage body cleaning system 4 along the track 6; a water spray head 27 in the cage body cleaning system 4 sprays water to the breeding cage 1 for cleaning, and the breeding cage 1 is overturned left/right under the action of an overturning track, so that the cleaning is cleaner; after cleaning, the air heater 26 is opened, and the breeding cage 1 is dried; finally, the ultraviolet lamp 28 is turned on to sterilize the breeding cage 1; after cleaning and disinfection, the breeding cage 1 is returned to the environment control system 2 along the track 6 to prepare for the next round of breeding of hermetia illucens.
Example 2:
this example differs from example 1 in that: the updating and cleaning device 3 also comprises an insect blocking cover 19 which is connected to the side surface of the track 6 and covers the overturning track 11 in a semi-encircling manner; an insect conveying belt 20 is arranged below the insect blocking cover 19. The insect blocking cover 19 can block the fallen hermetia illucens corpses when the breeding cage 1 is cleaned, so that all the hermetia illucens corpses fall into the insect conveying belt 20 and are conveyed to the next procedure for processing.
The method of use of this example is the same as example 1.
Example 3:
this example differs from example 2 in that: a partition plate 14 is distributed in the cover body of the cage body cleaning system 4; the partition plate 14 divides the cage body cleaning system 4 into compartments corresponding to the number of the breeding cages 1; each group of compartments is internally provided with an independent water spray head, an air heater and an ultraviolet lamp. The compartment can be with carrying out abluent breed cage 1 and separate, avoids sprinkler head 27 to breeding cage 1 when wasing, two adjacent breed cage 1 mutual contamination.
The method of use of this example is the same as example 1.
Example 4:
this example differs from example 3 in that: the updating and cleaning device 3 also comprises an insect blocking cover 19 which is connected to the side surface of the track 6 and covers the overturning track 11 in a semi-encircling manner; an insect conveying belt 20 is arranged below the insect blocking cover 19. The insect blocking cover 19 can block the fallen hermetia illucens corpses when the breeding cage 1 is cleaned, so that all the hermetia illucens corpses fall into the insect conveying belt 20 and are conveyed to the next procedure for processing. A partition plate 14 is distributed in the cover body of the cage body cleaning system 4; the partition plate 14 divides the cage body cleaning system 4 into compartments corresponding to the number of the breeding cages 1; each group of compartments is internally provided with an independent water spray head, an air heater and an ultraviolet lamp. The compartment can be with carrying out abluent breed cage 1 and separate, avoids sprinkler head 27 to breeding cage 1 when wasing, two adjacent breed cage 1 mutual contamination.

Claims (9)
1. A full-automatic black soldier fly continuous breeding device comprises a breeding cage (1), an environment control system (2), a refreshing and cleaning device (3), a cage body cleaning system (4) and an insect egg collector (5); the method is characterized in that: the bottom of each group of breeding cages (1) is sleeved with two groups of tracks (6); the track (6) is sequentially connected with the environment control system (2), the updating and cleaning device (3) and the cage body cleaning system (4); the worm egg collector (5) is fixedly arranged in the environment control system (2) and is positioned below the track (6);
the worm egg collector (5) is divided into a top box (8) and a bottom box (9); the top and the bottom of the top box (8) are both open; the bottom of the breeding cage (1) is provided with an inducing hole which can be opened movably; the top of the top box (8) corresponds to the bottom of the breeding cage (1); the bottom of the top box (8) is communicated with the bottom box (9); one side of the bottom box (9) is a movable opening structure;
the updating and cleaning device (3) comprises a turnover track (11) and a movable cleaning brush (18); the section of the overturning track (11) is the same as that of the track (6), and the overturning track and the track (6) are positioned on the same straight line; the overturning track (11) is connected with an overturning motor (15); the movable cleaning brush (18) is connected with an angle adjusting mechanism and a telescopic mechanism;
the environment control system (2) and the cage body cleaning system (4) are respectively provided with a cover body outside; a temperature control system, a humidity control system and a light control system are arranged in the environment control system (2); the cage body cleaning system (4) is internally provided with a turnover track which is the same as that in the updated cleaning device (3), and is also provided with a water spray head (27), a hot air blower (26) and an ultraviolet lamp (28);
a master control system is arranged on the environment control system (2); the master control system is connected with the environment control system (2), the updating and sweeping device (3) and the cage cleaning system (4) in a conventional mode.
2. The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the two adjacent groups of overturning tracks (11) are connected with overturning rods (13); the two groups of tracks (6) corresponding to the turning tracks (11) are connected with fixed rods (12); the overturning motor (15) is arranged on the fixed rod (12), and the rotor is connected with the overturning rod (13); an electromagnet (25) is arranged in the overturning track (11).
3. The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the angle adjusting mechanism of the movable sweeping brush (18) is two groups of connecting rods (16) which are arranged obliquely, and the telescopic mechanism is an electric cylinder (17); one end of each of the two groups of connecting rods (16) is respectively connected to the rails (6) at the two ends of the overturning rail (11), the other ends of the two groups of connecting rods are hinged to the electric cylinder (17), and a motor is arranged at the hinged part; the movable cleaning brush (18) is connected with the end part of the push rod of the electric cylinder (17).

The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the updating and cleaning device (3) also comprises an insect blocking cover (19) which is connected to the side surface of the track (6) and covers the overturning track (11) in a semi-encircling manner; an insect conveying belt (20) is arranged below the insect blocking cover (19).

The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the temperature control system and the humidity control system in the environment control system (2) are provided with a temperature and humidity sensor, a spraying device (22) and a fan (23); an electric heating wire which can be independently closed is arranged in the fan (23); the light control system is provided with a light sensor and a light supplement lamp (21); and a control screen (24) is arranged outside the cover body of the environment control system (2).

The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: a clapboard (14) is distributed in the cover body of the cage body cleaning system (4); the cage body cleaning system (4) is divided into compartments corresponding to the number of the breeding cages (1) by the partition plates (14); each group of compartments is internally provided with an independent water spray head, an air heater and an ultraviolet lamp.

The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the bottom box (9) of the worm egg collector (5) is in a drawer form; a reticular ovum inducing plate (10) is arranged in the bottom box (9), and an upright soft rubber button (31) is fixedly arranged; the bottom of the breeding cage (1) is hinged with a movable door plate (29) through a spring hinge; the movable door panel (29) is provided with a door opening hook (30) corresponding to the soft rubber buckle (31).

The full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the breeding cage (1) is provided with a track wheel (7), and the side surface of the breeding cage is hinged with a cage door (32) through a spring hinge; the track wheel (7) is sleeved in the track (6) and is provided with a hub motor; and a waterproof motor is connected to the spring hinge of the cage door (32).
9. The use method of the full-automatic hermetia illucens continuous breeding device according to claim 8, wherein the use method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) breeding: a proper amount of hermetia illucens eggs are put into the breeding cage (1) positioned in the environment control system (2), and brown sugar water is put into the breeding cage; according to different growth stages of the hermetia illucens, corresponding parameters are set on the master control system, and the temperature, humidity and luminosity of the environment are adjusted to be in suitable states through the temperature control system, the humidity control system and the light control system of the environment control system (2), so that the hermetia illucens are incubated in the breeding cage (1), grow and die at last;
2) collecting worm eggs: in the breeding preparation working stage, egg inducing plates are placed in a bottom box (9) of the egg collector (5); when the hermetia illucens are about to lay eggs, the hermetia illucens can enter a bottom box (9) from an inducing hole at the bottom of the breeding cage (1) through a top box (8), lay eggs on an inducing egg plate, and then enter the breeding cage (1) again under the influence of food attraction and environment; an egg-trapping plate with the hermetia illucens eggs can be taken out from the movable opening on the side surface of the bottom box (9) and used for breeding hermetia illucens larvae and breeding hermetia illucens in the next round;
3) updating and cleaning: after the hermetia illucens in the breeding cage (1) die, the breeding cage (1) moves to the position of the overturning track (11) through the track (6); the overturning track (11) drives the breeding cage (1) to overturn obliquely under the action of an overturning motor (15); the movable cleaning brush (18) is driven by the angle adjusting mechanism to adjust the angle, and then the telescopic mechanism pushes the movable cleaning brush (18) into the breeding cage (1); the angle adjusting mechanism presses the movable cleaning brush (18) downwards, and the telescopic mechanism retracts the movable cleaning brush (18); the reciprocating action is carried out in such a way, so that the black soldier flies which die in the breeding cage (1) are cleaned by the movable cleaning brush (18);
4) cleaning and disinfecting: the breeding cage (1) which is cleaned enters a cage body cleaning system (4) along a track (6); a water spray head (27) in the cage body cleaning system (4) sprays water to the breeding cage (1) for cleaning, and the breeding cage (1) is overturned left/right under the action of an overturning track, so that the cleaning is cleaner; after cleaning, the air heater (26) is opened, and the breeding cage (1) is dried; finally, the ultraviolet lamp (28) is turned on to sterilize the breeding cage (1); after cleaning and disinfection are completed, the breeding cage (1) returns to the environment control system (2) along the track (6) to prepare for breeding the next round of hermetia illucens.
