The paper cover warehouse feeding device is characterized by comprising a bottom frame, two paper cover storage devices symmetrically arranged on the bottom frame, a bracket arranged on the bottom frame, and a paper cover grabbing and scheduling device and a paper cover grabbing and conveying device arranged on the bracket; each paper cover storage device comprises a fixed shaft vertically arranged on the underframe, a tray sleeved on the fixed shaft and capable of axially moving along the fixed shaft, and a tray driving device for driving the tray to move; the paper cover grabbing and scheduling device comprises a sliding frame, a sliding frame driving device and two lifting devices, wherein the sliding frame driving device is used for driving the sliding frame to longitudinally move; each lifting device is provided with a rotary cylinder, each rotary cylinder is provided with a dispatching gripper, each lifting device is used for driving the rotary cylinder to lift up and down, each rotary cylinder is used for controlling the dispatching grippers to circumferentially rotate, each dispatching gripper corresponds to one paper cover storage device to achieve paper cover grabbing, and each paper cover grabbing and conveying device is used for grabbing and transversely conveying paper covers grabbed by the dispatching grippers; the sliding frame driving device is a first sliding table electric cylinder which is longitudinally arranged, and the sliding frame is fixedly arranged on a sliding table of the first sliding table electric cylinder; the paper cover grabbing and conveying device comprises a second sliding table electric cylinder which transversely extends and is downwards arranged, a conveying gripper connected with a sliding table of the second sliding table electric cylinder, a connecting frame used for clamping the second sliding table electric cylinder, and a connecting frame driving device used for driving the connecting frame to longitudinally move.

The paper cover stock feeding device according to claim 1, wherein two guide rail seats parallel to the first sliding table electric cylinder are symmetrically arranged on the top of the bracket, the two guide rail seats are respectively positioned on two sides of the first sliding table electric cylinder, and the bottom of the carriage is in sliding connection with guide rails on the guide rail seats through sliding blocks.

The paper cover stock magazine feeding device of claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises a synchronous pulley transmission mechanism fixedly arranged at one end of the carriage and a synchronous belt cylinder body capable of vertically moving relative to the synchronous pulley transmission mechanism, and a synchronous belt on the synchronous belt cylinder body is in meshed transmission with a synchronous pulley on the synchronous pulley transmission mechanism.

A paper cover stock feeding device according to claim 3, wherein the synchronous pulley transmission mechanisms in the two lifting devices realize synchronous motion through a synchronous driving device, and the synchronous driving device comprises a mounting frame arranged at the top of the carriage, a driving motor arranged on the mounting frame and a double-output shaft reducer in transmission connection with the driving motor; the two output ends of the double-output shaft speed reducer are respectively connected with corresponding synchronous pulley transmission mechanisms through a coupler and a transmission shaft.

A paper cover stock magazine feeding mechanism as recited in claim 3, wherein the rotary cylinder is disposed at a bottom of the timing belt cylinder, and the dispatch gripper includes a first suction cup mounting bracket disposed on the rotary cylinder turntable and a plurality of first suction cups disposed on the first suction cup mounting bracket.

The paper cover stock feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the fixed shaft is provided with an axial through hole, the tray driving device comprises a screw rod inserted into the axial through hole, a screw rod nut arranged on the screw rod, a speed reducing motor for driving the screw rod to rotate, and an induction switch arranged on the top of the fixed shaft; and a limiting groove extending along the vertical direction is formed in the outer wall of the fixed shaft, the lead screw nut is arranged in the limiting groove, and the lead screw nut is fixedly connected with the tray.
7. The paper cover stock feeding device of claim 1, wherein the connecting frame driving device comprises a third sliding table electric cylinder arranged at the top of the bracket, and a traction seat arranged on a sliding table of the third sliding table electric cylinder; the traction seat is connected with the connecting frame through a connecting rod; two guide rods extending longitudinally are symmetrically arranged at the top of the support, one end of each guide rod is fixedly connected with the connecting frame, and each guide rod is connected with the support in a sliding mode through a bearing seat.
8. The paper cover magazine feeding device of claim 1, wherein the transport gripper includes a second suction cup mounting frame and a plurality of second suction cups disposed on the second suction cup mounting frame with suction ends of the second suction cups facing the paper cover storage device.
