The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, a weight transporting upstairs device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention for transporting weights upstairs includes a load bearing assembly, a pull rope assembly and a locking assembly.
The bearing assembly comprises a bearing bin 11 and an elastic roller 12, wherein the bearing bin 11 is used for accommodating heavy objects, the elastic roller 12 comprises an elastic part and a pulley, and the pulley is connected to the bottom of the bearing bin 11 through the elastic part. The pull rope assembly comprises a first pull rope 21 and a second pull rope 22, the first pull rope 21 is connected with one side of the bearing bin 11, and the second pull rope 22 is connected with the other side, opposite to the first pull rope 21, of the bearing bin 11. The locking assembly comprises a first locking piece 31 and a second locking piece 32, wherein the first locking piece 31 is connected with the first pull rope 21, the first locking piece 31 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface or the handrail on one side of the stair, the second locking piece 32 is connected with the second pull rope 22, and the second locking piece 32 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface or the handrail on the other side of the stair.
When the weight transporting upstairs going device 100 of the embodiment is used, a weight is firstly placed in the bearing bin 11, and the elastic roller 12 at the bottom of the bearing bin 11 is stressed in a compressed state. Then the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32 are respectively fixed on the wall surface or the handrail at two sides of the stair, the first pull rope 21 is pulled to make one side of the load bearing bin 11 rise by a plurality of steps, and the second pull rope 22 is pulled to make the other side of the load bearing bin also rise by a plurality of steps. In the process of pulling the pull rope, the elastic force of the elastic roller 12 at the bottom of the bearing bin 11 greatly reduces the force required for carrying, and meanwhile, the bearing bin 11 has certain stability and is not easy to topple over when rising, and the elastic roller 12 gradually recovers to the initial state in the rising process of the bearing bin. Then the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32 are taken down and fixed on the wall surface at the two sides of the stair or the higher position of the handrail, and the steps are repeated, so that the bearing bin 11 can be continuously lifted, and the heavy objects can be transported upstairs. The weight transporting upstairs going device 100 is convenient to use, cannot cause stair damage, greatly reduces the carrying difficulty, is low in cost, and is very suitable for carrying weights upstairs in a building without an elevator.

In one specific example, the load compartment 11 includes a bottom wall 111, a side wall 112, and a switch door 113, wherein the bottom wall 111 is connected to the side wall 112, and the switch door 113 is rotatably connected to the side wall 112. Thus, the opening and closing door 113 can be opened to more conveniently place the heavy object in the load compartment 11. Optionally, a door latch is provided on the opening/closing door 113 to keep the door stationary after closing.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom wall 111 includes a first region 1111 near the switch door 113 and a second region 1112 far from the switch door 113, the number of the elastic rollers 12 is plural, and the plural elastic rollers 12 are distributed in the second region 1112. Therefore, the edge of the bottom wall 111 close to the switch door 113 can be abutted against the ground by inclining the load bearing bin 11, and then the heavy object can be pushed into the load bearing bin 11 without lifting the heavy object, so that labor is saved. Optionally, the area of the first zone 1111 is about one fifth of the area of the bottom wall 111. Alternatively, the elastic roller 12 includes a spring and a roller, and one end of the spring is connected to the bottom wall 111 and the other end is connected to the roller.
In a specific example, a fixing rope (not shown) connected with the inner wall of the load-bearing bin 11 is further arranged in the load-bearing bin 11, and the fixing rope is used for fixing the heavy object so as to keep the heavy object stable during the carrying process. Optionally, a push-pull rod 13 is further disposed on the load bearing bin 11, and the first pull rope 21 and the second pull rope 22 are respectively connected to the load bearing bin 11 through the push-pull rod 13. Optionally, the ends of the first and second pulling ropes 21 and 22 far away from the load-bearing compartment 11 are provided with a pulling ring 23 to facilitate pulling the pulling ropes more conveniently.
In one specific example, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are suction cups or fixing claws, the suction cups can be sucked on the wall surface for fixing, the suction cups are provided with push switches to be easily removed from the wall surface, and the fixing claws can be locked on the armrests for fixing. It will be appreciated that the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 may also comprise both suction cups and fixed claws to better accommodate different stair conditions.
The method for transporting heavy objects upstairs by using the device 100 for transporting heavy objects upstairs in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: placing a heavy object in the bearing bin 11, then respectively fixing the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32 on the wall surfaces or handrails at two sides of the stairs, pulling the first pull rope 21 to enable one side of the bearing bin 11 to ascend a plurality of steps, and pulling the second pull rope 22 to enable the other side of the bearing bin 11 to ascend a plurality of steps; then the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are removed, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are fixed again, the steps of pulling the first pulling rope 21 and the second pulling rope 22 are repeated until the transportation of the heavy object upstairs is completed, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are removed.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
