The universal type side shaping trial-manufacturing die comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die is provided with a material pressing core, a side shaping material pressing block, a side shaping wedge and a side shaping convex die, the lower die is provided with a side shaping lower die component, and the key is that the side shaping material pressing block is detachably arranged on a material pressing core body, the side shaping lower die component is detachably arranged on the lower die, and the side shaping convex die is detachably arranged on the side shaping wedge.
The side shaping pressing block, the side shaping convex die and the side shaping lower die component are matched to perform side shaping on a workpiece, in the traditional side shaping die, the side shaping pressing block and the side shaping convex die are integrally formed with the upper die, and the side shaping lower die component is integrally formed with the lower die, so that the side shaping cannot be performed on workpieces in different shapes, and the cost and the time for manufacturing the complete upper die and the complete lower die are very much. According to the invention, the side shaping material pressing block and the side shaping convex die are designed to be separated from and detachable from the upper die, and the side shaping lower die component is designed to be separated from and detachable from the lower die, so that for different workpieces, the corresponding side shaping material pressing block, the side shaping convex die and the side shaping lower die component are only required to be produced and are respectively assembled on the upper die and the lower die for side shaping, and thus, the manufacturing cost and time of the die are greatly reduced.
Specifically, the side shaping punch is an L-shaped component integrally formed by a fixing plate and a punch insert, the fixing plate is connected with the side shaping slide block by a bolt which penetrates through the fixing plate and is screwed into the side shaping slide block, and the bolt is positioned at the fixing plate and cannot interfere with the punch insert, so that the normal side shaping work cannot be influenced.
The lower die is provided with a fixing through hole, and the side shaping lower die component is connected with the lower die by a bolt which upwards penetrates through the fixing through hole and is screwed into the side shaping lower die component. The material pressing core body is provided with a fixing through hole, and the side shaping material pressing block is connected with the material pressing core body by a bolt which downwards penetrates through the fixing through hole and is screwed into the side shaping material pressing block. The side shaping lower die component and the side shaping material pressing block are installed in a mode of arranging the fixing through holes and the bolts, and the bolts cannot be exposed out of the shaping surface of the side shaping lower die component and the side shaping material pressing block, so that normal side shaping work cannot be influenced.
Furthermore, the lower die is also provided with a workpiece supporting block for supporting the workpiece, so that the workpiece is kept stable in position and state in the side shaping process.

1. the lower die is provided with a fixing through hole, and the part supporting block is connected with the lower die through a bolt which upwards penetrates through the fixing through hole and is screwed into the part supporting block. 2. The lower die is provided with a horizontal guide rail facing the side shaping lower die component, the workpiece supporting block is composed of a base and a profiling block supported on the base by a support, the base is movably erected on the horizontal guide rail, and the height of the support is adjustable. The position of the supporting block of the workpiece can be conveniently adjusted through the horizontal guide rail, and the height of the bracket is adjustable, so that the supporting requirements of different workpieces can be met only by replacing the corresponding copying blocks for different workpieces, and the whole supporting block of the workpiece does not need to be detached, so that the workpiece supporting device is more convenient.

The side shaping material pressing block 4, the side shaping convex die 6 and the side shaping lower die component 7 are matched to perform side shaping on a workpiece, in the traditional side shaping die, the side shaping material pressing block 4 and the side shaping convex die 6 are integrally formed with the upper die 1, and the side shaping lower die component 7 is integrally formed with the lower die 2, so that the side shaping cannot be performed on workpieces with different shapes, and the cost and the time for manufacturing the complete upper die 1 and the complete lower die 2 are very much. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper die 1 body, the lower die 2 body, the material pressing core 3 body and the side shaping wedge do not need to be replaced, and only different workpiece supporting blocks 8, side shaping lower die components 7, side shaping material pressing blocks 4 and side shaping male dies 6 need to be selected for use, so that side shaping can be performed on different workpieces 9.

5. The universal side-reshaping trial mold as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the lower mold is further provided with a member supporting block for supporting the member.

The universal type trial side shaping mold according to claim 5, wherein the lower mold is provided with fixing through holes, and the work piece support block is connected to the lower mold by bolts which are upwardly passed through the fixing through holes and screwed into the work piece support block.

The universal side-shaping trial mold as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lower mold is provided with a horizontal guide rail facing the lower mold component for side shaping, the component support block is composed of a base and a profile block supported on the base by a bracket, the base is movably erected on the horizontal guide rail, and the height of the bracket is adjustable.
