The preparation method comprises the steps of adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to be 300-500r/min, slowly adding a proper amount of water, a proper amount of preservative, propylene glycol, a pH regulator, a dispersing agent and dodecanol, dispersing for 10 minutes at 800rpm/min after the addition is finished, and then adding the rest of thickening agent, acrylic emulsion and water for 10 minutes for later use.
The water-coated sand granite imitation coating is prepared by mixing 12.5% of protective glue, 66% of mixed color point and 22.5% of coating gloss oil according to the following mass percentages, preparing and adjusting a dispersion machine to 500r/min, adding the mixed color point, the protective glue and the coating gloss oil at one time, and uniformly mixing.
The 3 embodiments are mixed with the commercial sand-in-water artificial granite coating according to the waterborne multicolor coating HG/G
4343 the 2012 standard was used for storage stability comparison as shown in table 1:

In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: on the premise of meeting various indexes of the waterborne multicolor paint HG/G4343-2012, the storage stability is greatly improved, the storage time is effectively prolonged, and the wall-mounting texture effect is good.

Claims (7)

1. The sand-in-water granite imitation coating is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
10-20% of protective adhesive;
the mixed color point is 60-70%;
20-30% of coating gloss oil;
the mixed color point comprises 1-3 parts by mass of a suspending agent and 0.3-1 part by mass of a thickening agent, and the coated gloss oil comprises 0.3-1 part by mass of the thickening agent; the suspending agent is hollow plastic micro-beads, and the thickening agent is an associated water-based polyurethane thickening agent.
2. The sand-in-water granite imitation coating of claim 1, wherein the hollow plastic microspheres have a specific gravity of 0.03-0.04 and a particle size of 10-20 microns.
3. The sand-in-water granite imitation coating of claim 1, characterized in that the mixed color point base paint further comprises 5-10 parts by mass of 40-80 mesh crystal white sand and 5-10 parts by mass of 80-120 mesh crystal white sand.

The sand-in-water faux granite coating of claim 3, wherein the mixed color point base paint further comprises, in parts by mass: 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.3-1 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.5-1 part of propylene glycol, 0.05-0.2 part of pH regulator, 0.3-1.0 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.3-1.0 part of dispersant, 1-2 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 5-7 parts of kaolin, 10-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.1-3 parts of color paste and the balance of water.
5. The sand-in-water granite imitation coating of claim 1, wherein the protective glue comprises the following components in parts by mass: 90-99 parts of water and 1-10 parts of bentonite.

The sand-in-water granite imitation coating of claim 1, wherein the coated gloss oil further comprises, in parts by mass: 0.1-0.5 part of preservative, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol, 5-10 parts of dodecanol, 0.05-0.2 part of pH regulator, 20-30 parts of acrylic emulsion and the balance of water.
7. The method for preparing the sand-in-water granite imitation coating material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a protective adhesive: the raw materials and the mass ratio thereof are as follows: 90-99 parts of water and 1-10 parts of bentonite; adding water into a dispersion cylinder, adding bentonite under the stirring condition of 600-1200r/min, dispersing until the bentonite is fully dissolved without granular sensation, and standing for 2 hours for later use;
(2) preparation of base paint: the raw materials and the mass ratio thereof are as follows: 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.3-1 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.5-1 part of propylene glycol, 0.05-0.2 part of pH regulator, 0.3-1.0 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.3-1.0 part of dispersant, 1-2 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 5-7 parts of kaolin, 10-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 1-3 parts of suspending agent, 0.3-1 part of thickener and the balance of water;
adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to be 300-one-step at 500r/min, slowly adding water, a preservative, hydroxyethyl cellulose, propylene glycol, a pH regulator, 50% of a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a dispersing agent, adjusting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 700-one-step at 1000r/min after the addition is finished, slowly adding rutile titanium dioxide and kaolin, adjusting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 1000-one-step at 1200r/min after the addition is finished, slowly adding the remaining 50% of the defoaming agent, acrylic emulsion, a suspending agent and a thickening agent after the raw materials are dispersed for 30-40min, and continuously dispersing for 20-40min after the addition is finished to obtain the base paint;
(3) preparation of mixed color points: adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to be 300-500r/min, slowly adding the base paint prepared in the step (2), adding 0-3 parts of color paste to adjust the color of the required color point, then adding 5-10 parts of 40-80 mesh crystal white sand, 5-10 parts of 80-120 mesh crystal white sand and 5-8 parts of the protective adhesive and water prepared in the step (1), mixing for 10 minutes to obtain the mixed color point, and then putting the mixed color point into a granulator for granulation for later use;
(4) preparation of the coated gloss oil: the raw materials and the mass ratio thereof are as follows: 0.1-0.5 part of preservative, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol, 5-10 parts of dodecanol, 0.05-0.2 part of pH regulator, 0.3-1.0 part of thickening agent, 20-30 parts of acrylic emulsion and the balance of water;
adjusting the rotating speed of a dispersion machine to be 300-500r/min, slowly adding water, a preservative, propylene glycol, a pH regulator and dodecanol, adjusting the rotating speed to be 800rpm/min after the addition, carrying out redispersion for 10 minutes, and then adding an acrylic emulsion, a thickening agent and water for 10 minutes for later use;
(5) and adjusting the rotating speed of the dispersion machine to be 300-500r/min, adding the protective adhesive, the mixed color point and the coated gloss oil, and mixing for 5 minutes to obtain the water-coated sand granite-imitated coating, wherein the mass percentages of the protective adhesive, the mixed color point and the coated gloss oil are respectively 10-20%, 60-70% and 20-30%.
