When tool 329 moves, tool clamp cylinder 3295 drives cylinder connecting block 32951 and upwards lifts deflector 32952 for tool left side clamp assembly 3296 and tool right side clamp assembly 3297 on it move upwards, and clamp plate 32961 is upset down under the effect of clamping connecting rod 32963, presss from both sides tightly the lithium cell module.
Jig 329 has solved the tight problem of jig, and jig 329's advantage is through the articulated of connecting rod 32963 and clamp plate 32961, and ingenious realization is pressed from both sides tightly of lithium cell module.
As shown in fig. 7, the left-right moving assembly 33 includes a left-right moving base 331, a left-right moving motor 332, a left-right moving screw member 333, and a left-right moving connecting plate 334. The right and left movement base 331 is provided on the support frame 11. The left-right moving motor 332 is transversely installed at the left side of the left-right moving base 331. The left-right moving screw rod member 333 is transversely arranged inside the left-right moving seat 331, and the left-right moving screw rod member 333 is connected with an output end of the left-right moving motor 332. The left and right moving connecting plate 334 is slidably disposed on the left and right moving base 331, and the right moving connecting plate 334 is connected to the left and right moving screw member 333, and the left and right moving connecting plate 334 moves left and right by the left and right moving screw member 333.
When the left-right moving component 33 moves, the left-right moving motor 332 drives the left-right moving screw rod member 333 to rotate, and the left-right moving screw rod member 333 drives the left-right moving connecting plate 334 to move left and right.
The left-right moving assembly 33 solves the problem of left-right moving of the welding assembly 35, and the left-right moving assembly 33 has the advantages that the left-right moving connecting plate 334 moves left and right through the matching of the left-right moving motor 332 and the left-right moving screw rod component 333, so that the left and right moving of the welding assembly 35 is facilitated, and the welding quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 8, the up-down moving assembly 34 includes an up-down moving base 341, an up-down moving motor 342, an up-down moving screw member 343, and a welding assembly connecting plate 344. The up-down moving base 341 is provided on the left-right moving link plate 334. The up-and-down moving motor 342 is vertically provided at the upper portion of the up-and-down moving base 341. The up-down moving screw member 343 is vertically disposed inside the up-down moving base 341, and the up-down moving screw member 343 is engaged with an output end of the up-down moving motor 342. The welding assembly connecting plate 344 is slidably disposed on the up-and-down moving base 341, the welding assembly connecting plate 344 is connected to the up-and-down moving screw member 343, and the welding assembly connecting plate 344 moves up and down through the up-and-down moving screw member 343.
When the up-down moving assembly 34 moves, the up-down moving motor 342 drives the up-down moving screw member 343 to rotate, and the up-down moving screw member 343 drives the welding assembly connecting plate 344 to move up and down.
The up-down moving assembly 34 solves the problem that the welding assembly 35 moves up and down, and the up-down moving assembly 34 has the advantages that the up-down moving motor 342 is matched with the up-down moving screw rod component 343, so that the up-down moving of the welding assembly connecting plate 344 is realized, the up-down moving of the welding assembly 35 is facilitated, and the welding quality is further improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the welding assembly 35 includes a weld trim cylinder 351, a weld trim cylinder mounting plate 352, a welding head 353, and a welding pin 354. Weld trim cylinder 351 is mounted to weld stack attachment plate 344 by weld trim cylinder mounting plate 352. A welding head 353 is provided on the welding trimming cylinder 351. The welding pins 354 are disposed at the lower portion of the welding head 353, and the welding pins 354 are used to weld one side of the lithium battery module.
When the welding module 35 is operated, the welding fine adjustment cylinder 351 fine-adjusts the position of the welding head 353, and performs a welding operation on the lithium battery module after adjustment.
The welding assembly 35 solves the problem of low welding precision, and the welding assembly 35 has the advantages that the welding fine adjustment cylinder 351 continuously adjusts the position of the welding head 353, so that the welding precision is improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the defective product discharge device 5 includes a defective product discharge rack 51, a defective product discharge cylinder 52, a pusher 53, and a defective product placement rack 54. The unqualified product discharging frame 51 is arranged at the unqualified product discharging end of the bottom plate 1, a discharging transmission shaft is arranged at the discharging port at the top of the unqualified product discharging frame 51, and the discharging transmission shaft is used for discharging the unqualified product. The defective product discharge cylinder 52 is provided at the top of the defective product discharge rack 51. The pushing block 53 is arranged at the output end of the unqualified product discharging air cylinder 52, and the pushing block 53 is used for pushing the unqualified product. The unqualified product placing frame 54 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and the unqualified product placing frame 54 is connected with the discharging end of the unqualified product discharging frame 51. The manipulator 7 is arranged on top of the reject holding rack 54.
When the qualified product discharging device 5 acts, the manipulator 7 grabs the unqualified lithium battery module to the top of the unqualified product discharging frame 51, and the unqualified product discharging cylinder 52 pushes the pushing block 53 to push the unqualified product into the unqualified product placing frame 54.
The qualified product discharging device 5 solves the problem of discharging of unqualified products, and the qualified product discharging device 5 has the advantages that the unqualified products are independently processed through the mechanical arm 7 and the unqualified product discharging cylinder 52, so that the product quality is ensured.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the non-defective product discharging device 6 includes a non-defective product discharging unit 61 and a non-defective product discharging gripper unit 62. The qualified product discharging assembly 61 is used for discharging qualified products, and the qualified product discharging assembly 61 comprises a qualified product discharging seat 611, a rodless cylinder 612, a qualified product mounting frame 613 and a qualified product discharging drag chain 614. The qualified product discharging seat 611 is arranged on the qualified product discharging end of the bottom plate 1. The rodless cylinder 612 is disposed on top of the accept outfeed block 611. The qualified product mounting rack 613 is slidably arranged on the rodless cylinder 612, and a clamp 6131 for mounting the lithium battery module is arranged at the top of the qualified product mounting rack 613. The lower part of the qualified product discharging drag chain 614 is arranged on the side surface of the qualified product discharging seat 611, the upper part of the qualified product discharging drag chain 614 is arranged on the side surface of the qualified product mounting frame 613, and the qualified product discharging drag chain 614 drags the qualified product mounting frame 613 to move through the rodless cylinder 612. The qualified product discharging gripper assembly 62 comprises a gripper support 621, a boom 622, a boom motor 623, a gripper cylinder 624 and a gripper 625. The hand grip support 621 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and the hand grip support 621 is located at the discharging end of the qualified product discharging assembly 61. The suspension arm 622 is arranged on the upper portion of the hand grip support 621, and the suspension arm 622 is provided with a rack 6221. Boom motor 623 is disposed on rack 6221. The gripper cylinder 624 is slidably disposed on the boom 622, the gripper cylinder 624 is fixedly connected to the boom motor 623, and the gripper cylinder 624 is connected to the boom 622 via a gripper chain 6241. A gripper 625 is provided at the output end of the gripper cylinder 624.
When the qualified product discharging device 6 acts, the rodless cylinder 612 drives the qualified product mounting frame 613 to move forward to the discharging end of the qualified product discharging seat 611, and the lifting arm motor 623 and the gripper cylinder 624 adjust the gripper to grip the lithium battery module and then discharge the lithium battery module.
The problem of the unstable ejection of compact of lithium battery module has been solved to certified products discharging device 6, and certified products discharging device 6's advantage is that rodless cylinder 612 and certified products ejection of compact tow chain 614 move together, stability when having guaranteed the ejection of compact.
A lithium battery module welding method adopts lithium battery module welding equipment, and sequentially comprises the following steps:
feeding a lithium battery module: the lithium battery modules are alternately fed by the first feeding assembly 23 and the second feeding assembly 24 through the feeding conveyor belt assembly 22, and the lithium battery modules are placed on the jigs 329 of the first welding device 3 and the second welding device 4 through the manipulator 7.
(II) welding the lithium battery module: the position of the lithium battery module on the jig 329 is continuously adjusted by the cooperation of the front-back moving assembly 31, the rotating assembly 32, the left-right moving assembly 33 and the up-down moving assembly 34, and the welding assembly 35 performs welding operation on the lithium battery module.
(III) discharging unqualified products: the manipulator 7 grabs the lithium battery module which is detected to be welded unqualified on the qualified product discharging frame 51, and the unqualified product discharging cylinder 52 drives the pushing block 53 to push the unqualified product into the unqualified product placing frame 54.
(IV) discharging qualified products: the manipulator grabs the qualified lithium battery module to qualified product discharging assembly 61, the qualified product is sent to the discharging end of qualified product discharging seat 611 through rodless cylinder 612, the positions of the hand grips 625 are adjusted by suspension arm motor 623 and hand grip cylinder 624, and the qualified product is grabbed and discharged by the hand grips 625.
The device drives a first feeding assembly 23 to feed forwards through a feeding conveyor belt assembly 22, and simultaneously, a second feeding assembly 24 moves backwards to prepare for mounting a lithium battery module to be welded on the second feeding assembly 24; after the first feeding assembly 23 finishes feeding, the first feeding assembly 23 moves backwards to prepare for installing the next group of lithium battery modules, and meanwhile, the second feeding assembly 24 moves forwards to feed, so that the first feeding assembly 23 and the second feeding assembly 24 are formed to feed alternately up and down. The feeding efficiency is effectively improved by continuously feeding the first feeding assembly 23 and the second feeding assembly 24 alternately up and down. The forward-backward movement motor 312 drives the forward-backward movement conveyor belt member 314 to move, and the forward-backward movement conveyor belt member 314 drives the forward-backward movement screw rod member 313 to change the rotation into the linear movement, so that the rotating assembly connecting plate 315 moves forward and backward along with the forward-backward movement screw rod member 313. The back-and-forth movement assembly 31 has an advantage in that the back-and-forth movement of the rotation assembly connection plate 315 is achieved by converting the rotation motion into the linear movement through the cooperation of the back-and-forth movement motor 312 and the back-and-forth movement screw member 313. The jig clamping and lifting plate 3293 is lifted upwards through the jig clamping cylinder 3292, the clamping element 32951 rotates to clamp the lithium battery module, the first rotating motor 322 drives the first rotating conveyor belt member 323 to rotate, the rotating disc frame 324 rotates in the horizontal plane, the position and the angle of the jig 329 are adjusted, the driving shaft 3242 is rotated through the second rotating motor 325, the jig 329 makes cradle motion on the rotating disc frame 324, and the position of the jig 329 is further adjusted. The rotating assembly 32 has the advantages that the first rotating motor 322 drives the first rotating transmission belt member 323 to rotate, so that the rotating tray frame 324 rotates in the horizontal plane, the position and the angle of the lithium battery module are convenient to adjust, the second rotating motor 325 rotates the driving shaft 3242, the jig 3241 makes cradle motion on the rotating tray frame 324, the position of the lithium battery module is further adjusted, and the subsequent welding operation is convenient.
The left and right moving motor 332 drives the left and right moving screw rod member 333 to rotate, and the left and right moving screw rod member 333 drives the left and right moving connecting plate 334 to move left and right. The left-right moving assembly 33 has the advantages that the left-right moving connecting plate 334 moves left and right through the matching of the left-right moving motor 332 and the left-right moving screw rod component 333, the left and right movement of the welding assembly 35 is facilitated, and the welding quality is improved. The up-down moving screw rod component 343 is driven to rotate by the up-down moving motor 342, and the up-down moving screw rod component 343 drives the welding assembly connecting plate 344 to move up and down. The up-down moving assembly 34 has the advantages that the up-down moving motor 342 is matched with the up-down moving screw rod component 343, so that the welding assembly connecting plate 344 can move up and down, the up-down moving of the welding assembly 35 is facilitated, and the welding quality is further improved. The position of the welding head 353 is finely adjusted through the welding fine adjustment cylinder 351, and the lithium battery module is welded after adjustment. The advantage of the welding assembly 35 is that the weld trim cylinder 351 continuously adjusts the position of the weld head 353, improving the accuracy of the weld. The unqualified lithium battery module to be detected is grabbed to the top of the unqualified product discharging frame 51 through the manipulator 7, and the unqualified product discharging cylinder 52 pushes the pushing block 53 to push the unqualified product into the unqualified product placing frame 54. The qualified product discharging device 5 has the advantages that the unqualified products are independently processed through the mechanical arm 7 and the unqualified product discharging cylinder 52, and the product quality is ensured. The rodless cylinder 612 drives the qualified product mounting frame 613 to move forward to the discharging end of the qualified product discharging seat 611, and the lifting arm motor 623 and the gripper cylinder 624 adjust the gripper to grip the lithium battery module and then discharge the lithium battery module. The qualified product discharging device 6 has the advantages that the rodless cylinder 612 and the qualified product discharging drag chain 614 move together, so that the stability during discharging is ensured.
Claims (7)
1. A lithium battery module welding jig is characterized in that the jig (329) comprises a jig left side baffle (3291), a jig right side baffle (3292), a jig bottom plate (3293), a jig welding side plate (3294), a jig clamping cylinder (3295), a jig left side clamping assembly (3296) and a jig right side clamping assembly (3297); the jig clamping cylinder (3295) is installed on the lower end face of the jig base plate (3293), the output end of the jig clamping cylinder (3295) is connected with a cylinder connecting block (32951), the cylinder connecting block (32951) is installed on the lower portion of a guide plate (32952), and the guide plate (32952) is arranged on the lower portions of a jig left side baffle plate (3291) and a jig right side baffle plate (3292) in a sliding mode through four guide posts (32953); the jig left clamping assembly (3296) comprises a jig left vertical plate (32961), a clamping plate (32962) and a clamping connecting rod (32963); the jig left vertical plate (32961) is arranged on the guide plate (32952), and the jig left vertical plate (32961) is positioned on the left side of the jig left baffle (3291); the clamping plate (32962) is in a bow shape, the middle of the clamping plate (32962) is arranged in the middle of the top of the vertical plate (32961) on the left side of the jig, and the front end and the rear end of the clamping plate (32961) are used for clamping; the number of the clamping connecting rods (32963) is two, the lower end of each clamping connecting rod (32963) is hinged to a left baffle (3291) of the jig, and the upper end of each clamping connecting rod (32963) is hinged to a 'bow' -shaped groove of a left clamping plate (3296); tool right side clamping component (3297) structure the same with tool left side clamping component (3296), tool right side clamping component (3297) sets up on deflector (32952), and tool right side clamping component (3297) is located the right side of tool right side baffle (3292).

The lithium battery module welding jig of claim 1, wherein bosses are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the left baffle plate (3291) of the jig, and a groove is arranged on the upper part of the left baffle plate (3291) of the jig; the structure of the right side baffle (3292) of the jig is the same as that of the left side baffle (3291) of the jig.

The lithium battery module welding jig of claim 1, wherein the jig base plate (3293) is disposed between the jig left side baffle plate (3291) and the jig right side baffle plate (3292), the jig base plate (3293) has four corners, the four corners are disposed on four bosses of the jig left side baffle plate (3291) and the jig right side baffle plate (3292), and a pad plate (32931) for mounting the lithium battery module is disposed on the upper portion of the jig base plate (3293).
4. The lithium battery module welding jig of claim 1, wherein the inside of the base plate (32931) is provided with a sensing pin (32932), and the sensing pin (32932) is used for sensing whether the lithium battery module exists or not.

The lithium battery module welding jig of claim 1, wherein the jig welding side plates (3294) are provided with two pieces, which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the jig bottom plate (3293), and the jig welding side plates (3294) are provided with a plurality of welding grooves for a welding gun to extend into.

The lithium battery module welding equipment is characterized by comprising a base plate (1), a feeding device (2), a first welding device (3), a second welding device (4), an unqualified product discharging device (5), a qualified product discharging device (6) and a manipulator (7); the first welding device (3) adopts a lithium battery module welding device as claimed in claim 6.
