Abstract
The invention discloses a batching mixer with sectional feeding, wherein a stirring barrel cover is arranged at the upper end of a stirring barrel, a stirring rotating shaft is arranged in the stirring barrel, a plurality of stirring rotating shafts are nested on the outer ring of the stirring rotating shaft, a feeding port is arranged at the right side end of the stirring barrel cover, a support frame is arranged at the right side end of the stirring barrel, a feeding rotating shaft is arranged on the support frame, a plurality of charging barrels are arranged at the side ends of the feeding rotating shafts, a baffle plate is arranged between each charging barrel and each charging barrel, discharging pipes are arranged at the lower ends of the charging barrels, a discharging port is arranged at the tail end of each discharging pipe, during the mixing of compound materials, the positions where the stirring blades cannot be stirred in the stirring barrel can be effectively stirred and the sinking of the materials can be prevented through the action of the air port and a blowing-up device, meanwhile, during the mixing of the compounds, the feeding with different, reduces the operation of artificially adding compounds and reduces the production risk.

the stirring barrel is characterized in that a support frame is arranged at the right side end of the stirring barrel, a feeding rotating shaft is installed on the support frame, a plurality of charging barrels are installed at the side end of the feeding rotating shaft, a baffle is arranged between each charging barrel and each charging barrel, a discharging pipe is arranged at the lower end of each charging barrel, a discharging port is arranged at the tail end of each discharging pipe, and a discharging valve is arranged in the middle of each discharging pipe.

Meanwhile, in the mixing process of the compounds, different chemical combination requirements are sensed for graded feeding, so that the working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the operation of artificially adding the compounds is reduced, and the production risk is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a batching mixer with a segmented feeding function includes a mixing tank 1, heaters 2, a mixing tank cover 3, an air pump 4, an air pipe 5, a first motor 6, a feeding port 7, a feeding rotating shaft 8, a material tank 9, a discharge valve 10, a discharge pipe 11, a discharge port 12, a support frame 13, a second motor 14, an air port 15, a mixing blade 16, a mixing rotating shaft 17, a blowing device 18, and a baffle plate 19, wherein the mixing tank cover 3 is disposed at an upper end of the mixing tank 1, a plurality of heaters 2 are disposed on an inner side wall of the mixing tank 1, the mixing rotating shaft 17 is disposed inside the mixing tank 1, the mixing rotating shaft 17 is connected to the first motor 6, the plurality of mixing rotating shafts 17 are nested on an outer ring of the mixing rotating shaft 17, the air port 15 is disposed at a tail end of the mixing rotating shaft 17, the air port 15 is communicated with, the air pipe 5 is connected with the air pump 4, the air pump 4 is arranged at the upper end of the stirring barrel cover 3, the lower tail end of the stirring rotating shaft 17 is provided with the blowing-up device 18, the blowing-up device 18 is connected with the air pipe 5, the right side end of the stirring barrel cover 3 is provided with the feeding port 7, the feeding port 7 is communicated with the inside of the stirring barrel 1,

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the mixing of the chemical combination materials, different chemical combination raw materials are put into different material barrels 9, the chemical combination raw materials in different material barrels 9 enter a stirring barrel 1 from a discharge port 12 through a feed port 7 by the matching of a discharge valve 10 and a discharge pipe 11 through the rotation of a feed rotating shaft 8, a heater 2 is used for heating, meanwhile, a first motor 6 drives a stirring rotating shaft 17 to rotate, so as to drive stirring blades 16 to rotate, meanwhile, an air pump 4 sucks air, the air is introduced into an air port 15 at the tail end of the stirring blade 16 and a blower 18 at the tail end of the stirring rotating shaft 17 through an air pipe 5, the air is discharged through the air port 15 to form a rotating air layer, places where some stirring blades 16 cannot be stirred in the stirring barrel 1 are stirred through the air, the air is discharged through the blower 18, the chemical combination materials at the bottom of the stirring barrel 1 are subjected to back blowing, and the chemical combination materials are prevented from sinking, in the stirring process, the second motor 14 drives the feeding rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the charging barrel 9 containing different materials is rotated, the discharging port 12 containing the charging barrel 9 to be thrown is rotated to the upper end of the feeding port 7, and the materials are thrown in a grading manner.

A batching mixer with segmented feeding comprises a mixing barrel, a heater, a mixing barrel cover, an air pump, an air pipe, a first motor, a feeding port, a feeding rotating shaft, a charging barrel, a discharge valve, a discharge pipe, a discharge port, a support frame, a second motor, an air port, mixing blades, a mixing rotating shaft, a blowing device and a baffle plate, and is characterized in that the mixing barrel cover is arranged at the upper end of the mixing barrel, the mixing rotating shaft is arranged in the mixing barrel, a plurality of mixing rotating shafts are nested on the outer ring of the mixing rotating shaft, the air port is arranged at the tail end of the mixing rotating shaft, the air pipe is arranged in the mixing rotating shaft and connected with the air pump, the air pump is arranged at the upper end of the mixing barrel cover, the blowing device is arranged at the lower tail end of the mixing rotating shaft and connected with the air;
the stirring barrel is characterized in that a support frame is arranged at the right side end of the stirring barrel, a feeding rotating shaft is installed on the support frame, a plurality of charging barrels are installed at the side end of the feeding rotating shaft, a baffle is arranged between each charging barrel and each charging barrel, a discharging pipe is arranged at the lower end of each charging barrel, a discharging port is arranged at the tail end of each discharging pipe, and a discharging valve is arranged in the middle of each discharging pipe.
2. The ingredient mixing machine with staged feeding of claim 1 wherein the mixer drum has heaters disposed on the inner side wall thereof.
3. The ingredient mixing machine with staged feeding of claim 1, wherein the mixing shaft is coupled to the first motor.
4. The ingredient mixing machine having a staged charge as in claim 1, wherein the air port is in communication with the air pipe via a conduit.
5. The ingredient mixing machine with staged feeding of claim 1, wherein the feed inlet is in communication with the interior of the mixing barrel.
6. The ingredient mixing machine with staged feeding of claim 1, wherein the feeding spindle is coupled to the second motor.
