The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a medical microporous breathable skin color cloth.
Background
With the development of modern textile technology, textiles almost extend into various fields of human life, and medical textiles are taken as a branch of textiles, are a new field formed by combining textile technology and medical science, and are one of varieties with strongest creativity and highest technological content in the textiles. The medical field has higher requirements for textiles. At present, medical textiles become a high value-added product which integrates the interdisciplinary disciplines of textile, medicine, biology, high polymer and the like and is fused with high technology.
In view of the particularity of the medical textile, the performance requirements on the medical textile are very high. The most basic requirements are that the disinfectant is nontoxic and harmless, cannot cause cancer, has no bad stimulation, cannot cause allergy, cannot generate toxic or harmful substances by the action with human tissues or secretion, can be subjected to conventional sanitary disinfection treatment, and can keep stable performance under certain hot and humid conditions. For medical textiles in direct contact with skin, such as wound dressing cloth or plaster cloth, it is required to have good air permeability and moisture permeability, and good antibacterial property. The existing adhesive bandage cloth or plaster cloth is generally made of non-woven fabrics. However, after the non-woven fabric product in the prior art is in contact with skin for a long time, the problems of difficult healing of skin wounds, skin allergy damage and the like can be caused due to poor air permeability and moisture permeability, and the non-woven fabric product does not have an antibacterial function and easily causes wound reinfection.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a medical microporous breathable skin color cloth which not only has better breathability and moisture conductivity, but also has better antibacterial property, and is beneficial to wound healing or disease recovery when being used as a band-aid cloth or a plaster cloth.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a medical microporous breathable skin color cloth comprises a microporous membrane layer, a sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer, an antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and a skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer, wherein the microporous membrane layer and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer are compounded together through a hot pressing process, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer as well as the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer and the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer are bonded through a medical binder, and air holes are formed in the microporous membrane layer, the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and the skin color imitation non; the sweat-absorbing non-woven fabric layer is made of viscose fibers, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is made of hollow silver-carrying fibers and viscose fibers, the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer is made of polyamide fibers, the microporous membrane layer is made of antibacterial polyurethane materials, and the diameter of micropores of the microporous membrane layer is 0.2-8 nm.
Furthermore, the microporous membrane layer is prepared by taking an antibacterial polyurethane material as a raw material and adopting a dry-method membrane forming process.
Furthermore, the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer is prepared by taking viscose as a raw material through a needle punching process.
Furthermore, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is prepared by taking 60% of hollow silver-carrying fiber and 40% of viscose fiber as raw materials and adopting a needle punching process.
Furthermore, the skin-color-imitated non-woven fabric layer is prepared by taking polyamide fiber as a raw material and adopting a spunbond process.
Furthermore, the hollow silver-carrying fiber is prepared by adopting hollow polyester fiber as a main body and attaching silver particles on the hollow inner wall of the polyester fiber.
Further, the antibacterial polyurethane material is prepared by grafting and modifying polyurethane by utilizing chitosan and polyethylene glycol.
Further, the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer is subjected to immersion and antibacterial treatment through a nano silver dispersion liquid.
The invention also provides application of the medical microporous breathable skin color cloth, and particularly relates to the skin color cloth which can be used as adhesive cloth and plaster cloth.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the microporous membrane layer is made of an antibacterial polyurethane material, is of a fine porous structure, has the diameter of micropores of 0.2-8 nm, so that when the microporous membrane layer is in contact with skin, water vapor can diffuse outwards through the micropores, and has a good ventilation and moisture-conducting effect; the antibacterial polyurethane is prepared by grafting and modifying polyurethane by utilizing chitosan and polyethylene glycol, so that the biocompatibility and antibacterial property of the polyurethane material are improved, and the biocompatibility, antibacterial property and comfort of the whole microporous film layer are improved;
(2) the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer is made of viscose fibers, has a good moisture absorption effect, can suck moisture on the skin by matching with the polyurethane microporous film layer, has a sweat-absorbent effect, ensures the skin to be dry, and is beneficial to wound healing or disease recovery;
(3) the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is made of hollow silver-loaded fibers and viscose fibers, wherein the hollow silver-loaded fibers are made of hollow polyester attached silver particles, and can release silver ions to achieve a good antibacterial effect; the viscose fiber can improve the hygroscopicity of the hollow silver-loaded fiber;
(4) the skin color imitating non-woven fabric layer is made of nylon fiber, has good moisture absorption and wear resistance, and improves the service performance of the whole fabric.
(5) In addition, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is prepared by a needle punching process, and the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer as well as the complexion-imitating non-woven fabric layer and the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer are bonded by medical binders, so that the preparation method can prevent silver ions in the hollow silver-loaded fibers from being released due to damp heat in the preparation process.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will clearly and clearly define the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a medical microporous breathable skin color fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a microporous membrane layer 1, a sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2, an antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3, and a skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer 4, where the microporous membrane layer 1 and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2 are compounded together through a hot pressing process, a space between the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3 and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2, and a space between the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer 4 and the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3 are bonded through a medical adhesive, and the microporous membrane layer 1, the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3, and the skin color; the sweat-absorbing non-woven fabric layer 2 is made of viscose fibers, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3 is made of hollow silver-carrying fibers and viscose fibers, the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer 4 is made of polyamide fibers, the microporous membrane layer 1 is made of antibacterial polyurethane materials, and the diameter of micropores of the microporous membrane layer 1 is 0.2-8 nm.
The antibacterial polyurethane material is prepared by grafting and modifying polyurethane by utilizing chitosan and polyethylene glycol. The microporous membrane layer 1 is prepared by taking an antibacterial polyurethane material as a raw material, adding a DMF solvent and a pore-forming agent, and performing a dry film forming process. The microporous membrane layer 1 has good air permeability and moisture permeability.
The sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2 is prepared by taking viscose as a raw material and adopting a needle punching process. The sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer 2 has a good moisture absorption effect, can suck moisture on skin by matching with the polyurethane microporous film layer, has a sweat-absorbent effect, ensures the skin to be dry, and is beneficial to wound healing or disease recovery;
the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer 3 is prepared by adopting 60% of hollow silver-carrying fiber and 40% of viscose fiber as raw materials and adopting a needle punching process. The hollow silver-carrying fiber is prepared by adopting a hollow polyester fiber as a main body and attaching silver particles to the hollow inner wall of the polyester fiber, and can release silver ions to achieve a better antibacterial effect; the viscose fiber can improve the moisture absorption of the hollow silver-loaded fiber.
The skin color imitating non-woven fabric layer 4 is prepared by using polyamide fiber as a raw material and adopting a spunbond process. The imitated skin color of the non-woven fabric layer is obtained by dyeing through a dyeing process. And the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer 4 can be dipped in nano silver dispersion liquid for antibacterial finishing. The skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer 4 has good moisture absorption, wear resistance and antibacterial property, and the service performance of the whole fabric is improved.
The medical microporous breathable skin-color cloth can be used for manufacturing band-aid cloth and plaster cloth, and specifically, a medical adhesive can be sprayed on a microporous film layer of the skin-color cloth, then medical dressing or plaster is adhered on the microporous film layer, and release paper is adhered on the microporous film layer to serve as a band-aid or plaster.

A medical microporous breathable skin color cloth is characterized by comprising a microporous membrane layer, a sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer, an antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and a skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer, wherein the microporous membrane layer and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer are compounded together through a hot pressing process, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer as well as the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer and the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer are bonded through a medical binder, and air holes are formed in the microporous membrane layer, the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer and the skin color imitation non-; the sweat-absorbing non-woven fabric layer is made of viscose fibers, the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is made of hollow silver-carrying fibers and viscose fibers, the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer is made of polyamide fibers, the microporous membrane layer is made of antibacterial polyurethane materials, and the diameter of micropores of the microporous membrane layer is 0.2-8 nm.
2. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 1, wherein the microporous membrane layer is prepared from an antibacterial polyurethane material by a dry film forming process.
3. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 1, wherein the sweat-absorbent non-woven fabric layer is made of viscose as a raw material by a needle punching process.
4. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial non-woven fabric layer is prepared by taking 60% of hollow silver-loaded fibers and 40% of viscose fibers as raw materials and adopting a needle punching process.
5. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 1, wherein the skin color imitation non-woven fabric layer is prepared from polyamide fibers by a spunbond process.
6. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 4, wherein the hollow silver-loaded fibers are made of hollow polyester fibers serving as a main body and silver particles attached to the hollow inner walls of the polyester fibers.
7. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 2, wherein the antibacterial polyurethane material is prepared by grafting and modifying polyurethane by using chitosan and polyethylene glycol.
8. The medical microporous breathable skin color cloth according to claim 1, wherein the skin color imitation non-woven cloth layer is subjected to impregnation antibacterial treatment by nano silver dispersion liquid.
9. The application of the medical microporous breathable skin color cloth is characterized in that the skin color cloth can be used as a band-aid cloth and a plaster cloth.
