Fig. 1 is a schematic application scenario diagram of a block chain-based digital information authorization system according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, and as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: the system comprises a background server, a client of a first user, a client of a second user and a blockchain, wherein the client of the first user and the client of the second user can be mobile terminals such as a smart phone, a portable notebook computer and a tablet computer, or terminal equipment such as a personal desktop computer (taking a mobile phone as an example in fig. 1), the background server can be a server for forwarding instant communication messages between the clients, the background server can be an independent server, or a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers;
specifically, in the process that a user utilizes instant messaging software to perform information interaction, the client receives instant messaging information input by the user aiming at the condition that the authorization requirement of the use right of digital information with intellectual property rights exists, and the instant messaging information comprises the use right authorization information of the digital information determined by negotiation of a first user and a second user. The background server extracts the right-of-use granting information of the digital information from the instant messaging information, uploads the right-of-use granting information to the block chain, so that the right-of-use granting information serves as a parameter of an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain, automatically executes authorization processing of target digital information between a first user and a second user through the intelligent contract, and sends the digital information to a client of the second user from the client of the first user, namely, in the process of transmitting the digital information based on the block chain, authorization processing is simultaneously performed on the right-of-use of the target digital information.
Based on the application scenario diagram of the block chain-based digital information authorization system in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, a background server may be an access block chain node serving as one block chain node in the block chain, or may communicate with at least one block chain node of the access block chain, in fig. 2, the background server accesses the block chain, and for example, a client of a first user is a sending end of digital information, and a client of a second user is a receiving end of digital information, where the block chain-based digital information authorization process specifically includes:
a client of a first user receives first instant messaging information input by the first user, and sends the first instant messaging information to a background server, namely, sends an information sending request carrying the first instant messaging information to the background server; wherein the first instant messaging message may include: at least one of regular chat information, target digital information, usage right grant information (i.e., usage right setting information) of the target digital information to be confirmed by the second user, and confirmation information of the usage right grant information transmitted to the client of the second user; the digital information may be at least one of a message, a document, a picture, audio, video, an expression, animation, and multimedia information registered on the blockchain and having a registered copyright, or a digital asset distributed on the blockchain;
the method comprises the steps that a background server receives first instant messaging information sent by a client of a first user and sends the first instant messaging information to a client of a second user;
the client of the second user receives second instant messaging information input by the second user based on the first instant messaging message and sends the second instant messaging information to the background server; wherein the first instant messaging message may include: the method comprises the steps that conventional chat information, confirmation information (namely, use right confirmation information) of the use right grant information sent by a client of a first user, and use right grant information of target digital information to be confirmed by the first user are obtained;
the background server determines whether an authorization request for authorizing the use right of the target digital information exists according to the first instant communication message and the second instant communication message; in particular implementation, in order to improve the accuracy of the usage right authorization processing of the digital information, the background server may determine that an authorization request exists after detecting that the first user and the second user have confirmed the final usage right authorization information and detecting a digital information receiving request of the client of the second user.
When determining that the authorization request exists, the background server determines final right-of-use granting information of the target digital information according to the first instant messaging information and the second instant messaging information, wherein the final right-of-use granting information is a condition for representing authorization of the right-of-use of the target digital information; and the final right-of-use granting information is the right-of-use granting information confirmed by the first user and the second user;
and the background server uploads the determined usage right granting information of the target digital information to the blockchain, so that authorization processing of the target digital information is performed between the first user and the second user based on the usage right granting information through an intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain.
In the application scenario, in the process of transmitting digital information with intellectual property rights between clients, the block chain technology is used for automatically completing authorization processing of the digital information, so that ownership of the digital information is protected more effectively, and further, the use right of the digital information is not abused, the phenomena of piracy and infringement of the intellectual property digital information are effectively solved, and the authorization operation of the use right of the digital information is automatically completed based on an intelligent contract arranged in a block chain.
Fig. 3 is a first flowchart of a block chain-based digital information authorization method according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, where the method in fig. 3 can be executed by the background server in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the method at least includes the following steps:
s302, acquiring instant communication information between a client of a first user and a client of a second user; wherein, the instant messaging information comprises: at least one of regular chat information, target digital information, usage right grant information of the target digital information to be confirmed by the other party, and confirmation information for the usage right grant information from the other party.
S304, determining whether an authorization request for authorizing the use right of the target digital information exists according to the acquired instant messaging information;
specifically, in the process of performing instant messaging by at least two clients through instant messaging software, there may be an authorization requirement for the usage right of the target digital information, that is, a requirement for trading intellectual property (e.g., copyright) of the target digital information, at this time, the instant messaging information includes the target digital information and the usage right authorization information of the target digital information confirmed by the at least two clients, and therefore, it is determined whether there is an authorization request for authorizing the usage right of the target digital information based on the instant messaging information, and then it is determined whether to perform authorization processing of the target digital information between at least two users.
If the determination result is yes, executing S306, and extracting the right of use granting information of the target digital information from the obtained instant messaging information, wherein the right of use granting information represents the condition for authorizing the right of use of the target digital information; correspondingly, the usage right grant information may include: at least one item of user identification with ownership, user identification granted with use right, authorization cost information, authorization deadline information and authorization scope information;
specifically, the extracted usage right grant information is the usage right grant information confirmed by the first user and the second user.
And S308, uploading the extracted usage right granting information to a block chain, and authorizing and processing the target digital information between the first user and the second user based on the usage right granting information through an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain.
Specifically, the authorization processing procedure of the target digital information may include: generating an authorization processing record for authorizing the use right of the target digital information so as to write the authorization record into the block chain; in addition, for the case where the usage right grant information includes authorization fee information. The authorization processing process of the target digital information specifically comprises the following steps: and automatically completing the processing operation that the user who obtains the usage right automatically pays the corresponding authorization cost to the user with the usage right, and generating an authorization processing record for authorizing the usage right of the target digital information, wherein the authorization cost payment among the users can be user account transfer.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, during a transmission process of digital information with intellectual property rights between clients, a blockchain technology is used to automatically complete authorization processing of the digital information, so as to ensure that ownership of the digital information is protected more powerfully, further ensure that the right of use of the digital information is not misused, effectively solve piracy and infringement phenomena of the intellectual property digital information, and implement automatic authorization operation of the right of use of the digital information based on an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, which not only can simplify an authorization process of the right of use of target digital information, improve the supervision efficiency of ownership and the right of use of the digital information, but also can ensure that uplink information cannot be tampered, and uplink information can be used as an information certificate, thereby improving subsequent information tracing efficiency and security.
Further, if the right of use granting information includes: authorization cost information; correspondingly, in the step S308, the extracted right-to-use granting information is uploaded to the blockchain, so that authorization processing of the target digital information is performed between the first user and the second user based on the right-to-use granting information through the intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain, specifically including:
uploading the extracted usage right grant information to a blockchain, so as to perform asset transfer between an account of a first user and an account of a second user based on the usage right grant information through an intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain;
specifically, the right-of-use granting information is used as a parameter of an intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain, and asset transfer is automatically performed through the intelligent contract, wherein the account of the first user has a first amount of digital assets, the account of the second user has a second amount of digital assets, and if the authorization cost in the right-of-use granting information is a third amount, the third amount is deducted from the account of the second user, namely the balance of the digital assets of the account of the second user is changed into the second amount minus the third amount; and adding a third amount to the account of the first user, namely changing the balance of the digital assets of the account of the first user into the first amount and adding the third amount;
and the asset transfer process between the account of the first user and the account of the second user is completed under the joint participation of a plurality of blockchain nodes in the blockchain, and the asset transfer result obtains the consensus of the plurality of blockchain nodes.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, during the process of transmitting digital information with intellectual property rights between clients, an asset transfer operation is automatically performed between an account of a first user and an account of a second user based on an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, so that a user obtaining a usage right automatically pays a corresponding authorization fee to the user having the usage right, the purpose of automatically realizing the purpose of enjoying the usage right for compensation during the process of transmitting the digital information is achieved, and the process of transferring the asset is automatically completed through the intelligent contract without the participation of a third party payment mechanism, thereby ensuring the security of asset transfer.
In the process of instant communication between the clients, if an authorization request of the use right of the digital information is identified, the step of authorization processing of the target digital information between the first user and the second user is automatically triggered. Specifically, for the process of identifying whether there is an authorization request for the usage right of the digital information, in step S304, determining whether there is an authorization request for authorizing the usage right of the target digital information according to the obtained instant messaging information, specifically includes:
step one, judging whether a first user and a second user confirm the usage right grant information of target digital information or not according to the acquired instant messaging information;
specifically, the right of use granting information may be right of use granting information sent by the client of the first user for the first time, and correspondingly, whether the obtained instant messaging information includes the confirmation feedback information of the client of the second user for the right of use granting information sent for the first time is determined; if yes, the first user and the second user are determined to confirm the usage right granting information of the target digital information.
The above-mentioned right of use granting information may also be the right of use granting information after the client of the first user and the client of the second user negotiate at least once for modification, that is, the right of use granting information that the second user sends for the first time to the client of the first user has a modification suggestion, correspondingly, judge whether the obtained instant messaging information includes the modification feedback information of the right of use granting information that the client of the second user sends for the first time and the confirmation reply information of the client of the first user to the modification feedback information; if yes, the first user and the second user are determined to confirm the usage right granting information of the target digital information.
If the first user and the second user confirm the usage right granting information of the target digital information, at this time, the obtained instant messaging information includes the usage right granting information negotiated and determined by the first user and the second user.
If yes, executing step two to judge whether the client of the second user receives the target digital information;
specifically, in consideration of the fact that there may be a case where the client of the second user refuses to receive the target digital information, in order to ensure the accuracy of the authorization process, at this time, the step of performing the authorization process of the target digital information between the first user and the second user does not need to be performed, where the granting information for the right of use includes: in the case of the authorization fee information, the second user does not need to pay the authorization fee of the usage right of the digital information, so after the two users confirm the usage right grant information, whether the client of the second user confirms to receive the target digital information is judged; for example, after the client of the second user detects a click receiving operation of the second user for the target digital information, the client of the second user sends a confirmation receiving request of the target digital information to the background server, and at this time, if the background server receives the confirmation receiving request, the client of the second user is determined to confirm that the target digital information is received.
If the target digital information is received, executing a third step to determine that an authorization request for authorizing the use right of the target digital information exists.
Specifically, after the instant messaging information includes the usage right granting information confirmed by both parties and the client of the second user has received the target digital information, it is determined that there is a usage right granting requirement for the target digital information between the first user and the second user, and the steps of performing the authorization processing of the target digital information (i.e., steps S306 and S308) are automatically triggered, thereby simplifying the authorization process of the target digital information. Wherein, the granting information of the right of use includes: under the condition of the authorization cost information, automatically triggering and executing a process of paying the authorization cost of obtaining the use right of the digital information, so that a receiving end of the target digital information pays corresponding authorization cost to an ownership user of the target digital information while obtaining the use right of the target digital information, namely in the process of sending the digital information with intellectual property rights, payment and transfer are carried out according to the corresponding value of the digital information, and the association of the transmission process of the digital information and the copyright payment process of the digital information is realized;
that is to say, the first user has ownership of the digital information, and at the same time, if the digital information is sent to the second user based on the blockchain network, this time is equivalent to granting the second user the right to use the digital information, when the second user confirms to receive the digital information, if the second user needs to pay the authorization fee of the corresponding right to use, the right to use is paid automatically, so that the information evidence based on the blockchain and the intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain are automatically executed, and the ownership and the right to use of the digital information are effectively and reasonably controlled.
In order to facilitate tracing and evidence obtaining in a subsequent authorization process for the usage right of the target digital information, based on this, after the asset transfer is performed between the account of the first user and the account of the second user, the method further includes:
receiving asset transfer information returned by the intelligent contract; wherein the asset transfer information comprises: at least one of asset transfer time, transfer amount, transfer account, and transfer account;
binding the asset transfer information and the right-of-use granting information and writing the binding into the block chain;
specifically, asset transfer information and usage right grant information for target digital information are packaged together to obtain usage right grant records of the target digital information, and the usage right grant records are written into a block chain; in addition, the instant messaging information can be simultaneously packaged into the usage right authorization record so as to write the instant messaging information into the block chain together, thereby being convenient for tracing and obtaining evidence in the subsequent authorization process of the usage right of the target digital information.
Further, considering that there may be a phenomenon that a bad user steals the target digital information by an illegal means and the target digital information is utilized or spread without authorization without paying the usage right fee, resulting in an infringement behavior, in order to further control the user infringement behavior, an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain may be used to automatically perform infringement pursuit, based on which, after the step S308 uploads the extracted usage right grant information to the block chain, the method further includes:
if the use operation of the client of the third user for the target digital information is detected, uploading the first identification information of the target digital information and the second identification information of the third user to the block chain, and judging the infringement behavior based on the first identification information and the second identification information through an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain; wherein the second identification information includes at least one of account information of the third user and identification information of a client of the third user.
Wherein the operation of using the target digital information may include: unauthorized use of copyrighted works or distribution of works in the form of distribution, reproduction, exhibition, broadcasting, performance, etc. In specific implementation, the first identification information and the second identification information are used as parameters of an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, and an infringement behavior judgment is automatically carried out through the intelligent contract, specifically, whether a third user has the use right or ownership of the target digital information is judged through the intelligent contract, that is, whether a related authorization processing record for granting the use right of the target digital information to the third user exists in the blockchain or whether a related registration record for granting the third user to the ownership of the target digital information exists in the blockchain is checked through the intelligent contract; and if the judgment result is negative, determining that the third user has infringement behavior.
If the third user has an infringement behavior, generating infringement penalty information aiming at the target digital information, and sending the infringement penalty information to a client of the third user;
wherein, the infringement penalty information may include: at least one item of first identification information, ownership information and penalty cost of the target digital information; specifically, the generated infringement penalty information is sent to the client of the third user, so that the infringement behavior of the third user is reminded and informed.
Specifically, on the basis of the data flow diagram shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 4, the process of authorizing digital information based on a block chain specifically further includes:
a client of a third user sends a use request aiming at the target digital information to a background server;
the background server uploads first identification information of the target digital information and second identification information of a third user to the block chain so as to judge infringement behavior based on the first identification information and the second identification information through an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain;
and if the background server determines that the infringement behavior exists, generating infringement penalty information aiming at the target digital information, and sending the infringement penalty information to the client of the third user.
For the convenience of tracing and evidence obtaining in the subsequent infringement behavior determination process for the target digital information, after the infringement penalty information for the target digital information is generated based on the tracing and evidence obtaining, the method further includes:
and writing the generated infringement penalty information into the blockchain so as to perform asset transfer between the account of the third user and the account of the first user with the ownership of the target digital information based on the infringement penalty information through an intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain.
Wherein, because the first user has ownership of the target digital information, the penalty fee needs to be transferred to the account of the first user;
specifically, the infringement penalty information is used as a parameter of an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, and asset transfer is automatically performed through the intelligent contract, wherein a first amount of digital assets are in an account of a first user, a fourth amount of digital assets are in an account of a third user, and if the penalty cost in the infringement penalty information is a fifth amount, the fifth amount is deducted from the account of the third user, namely the balance of the digital assets in the account of the third user is changed into the fourth amount minus the fifth amount; and adding a fifth amount to the account of the first user, namely changing the balance of the digital assets of the account of the first user into the first amount and adding the fifth amount;
and the asset transfer process between the third account and the first account is completed under the joint participation of a plurality of blockchain nodes in the blockchain, and the asset transfer result obtains the common identification of the plurality of blockchain nodes.
In particular implementation, for the process of asset transfer (i.e., transfer transaction) between two clients, if two clients each have their own digital currency account and the balance of the digital assets of the digital currency account of each client, which are digital assets issued on the blockchain, is recorded on the blockchain, then only a certain amount of digital money (bitcoin or ethernet coin) needs to be sent from one account to the other, wherein only the sender, recipient and amount of transferred digital money need to be specified when sending the transfer transaction. And when the digital information is the digital assets, the amount of the asset transfer between the account of the first user and the account of the second user is the amount of the digital assets which are requested to be transferred to the second user by the first user.
Further, to improve the ownership of the digital information and the management and control of the usage right, in step S302, before acquiring the instant messaging information between the client of the first user and the client of the second user, the method further includes:
acquiring ownership information of the target digital information; wherein the ownership attribution information may include: at least one item of first identification information, ownership user identification, ownership valid period, ownership starting date and ownership ending date;
uploading the acquired ownership information to a block chain, and performing ownership registration on the target digital information based on the ownership information through an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain;
specifically, for each target digital information, an ownership registration record is generated to subsequently identify whether the first user has ownership of the target digital information based on the ownership registration record.
Correspondingly, in the step S304, determining whether an authorization request for authorizing the right to use the target digital information exists according to the obtained instant messaging information, specifically includes:
uploading first identification information of target digital information requested to be sent in the acquired instant messaging information to a block chain, and judging whether ownership of the target digital information is registered and belongs to a first user or not based on the first identification information through an intelligent contract deployed in the block chain;
if so, determining whether an authorization request for authorizing the use right of the target digital information exists according to the acquired instant messaging information; specifically, refer to the specific processes of S3041 to S3043, which are not described herein again;
if it is determined that the ownership of the target digital information does not belong to the first user, the steps from S304 to S306 are stopped.
It should be noted that, in implementation, different implementation processes automatically executed by the intelligent contracts may be implemented by different intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain. The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), Cal, jhdware Description Language, langua, mylar, pams, Hardware (Hardware Description Language), langva, Lola, HDL, palmware, Hardware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhdware Description Language, and so on, which are currently used in the most popular languages. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
