Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统。其特征在于该系统:经太阳能集热器(1)预热的循环水进入到辅助加热器(2)再加热后,由水泵(3)将其送入到热交换器(4)中进行热交换后回到太阳能集热器中完成循环。由风机(5)吹出的空气与热交换器(4)进行热交换后进入到地板下方的风道中,热空气在风道流动的过程中经过导热片(6)将部分热量传递到结构层(7)和相变蓄热材料(8)中,另一部分热量直接由空气经过地面出风口(9)带入到室内。本发明结合了暖风和地面蓄热技术,既实现了对房间的快速预热,又实现了能量的大量储存,以达到对太阳能更高效利用的目的。

背景技术
随着我国经济的迅速发展,人们的生活水平的不断提高,居住条件得到改善,同时,建筑能耗快速增长,建筑用能占全社会能源消费量的比例约为30%,从而加剧了能源供应的紧张局势。在建筑能耗中,供热采暖用能约占45%,是建筑节能的重点领域。为降低建筑能耗,既要节约,又要开源,所以,我国相关科研人员正在致力于扩大可再生能源在建筑中的应用范围。太阳能是永不枯竭的清洁能源,是人类可以长期依赖的重要能源之一,利用太阳热能为建筑物供热采暖可以获得非常良好的节能和环境效益,长期以来,一直受到世界各国的普遍重视。近十余年来,欧洲、北美发达国家的太阳能供热采暖规模化利用技术快速发展,建成了大批利用太阳能的区域供热采暖工程,并编写出版了相应的技术指南和设计手册。我国很多寒冷地区的太阳能非常丰富,为充分利用这一自然能源,我国住建部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2009年3月19日联合发布《太阳能供暖采暖工程技术规范》(GB50495-2009),2009年8月1日实施。
太阳能是一种不稳定热源,会受到阴天、雨、雪天气的影响。太阳能的供给不论在量上还是在时间上都是变化的。能够获取太阳能只能是在白天,特别是直接日照,只有在晴天时才能获得,而生活中的能源,早晨和晚上要比白天集中。如果暂时能把太阳能储存起来,在必要的时候再次回收利用的话,既可以提高能源的便利性又能扩大适用范围。因此,该发明拟采用蓄热措施将白天的太阳热转移到夜间采暖用。如果供热量变动超过蓄热装置能力的场合,或是供热温度低于用户端要求的场合可以设置辅助热源进行补充。无论是集热效率还是集热温度,冬季都比夏季容易下降,因此,大型的太阳热利用系统一般采用锅炉或者热泵作为辅助热源。
当前,在我国的川西北、西藏、新疆等地区,昼夜温差很大,白天太阳辐射强度高,夜间温度较低。为更加合理利用太阳能,针对高原供暖的研究也越来越多。现阶段采用的结合太阳能供暖方式多为利用水箱蓄热方式来满足夜间供暖需求。例如公公开号为CN201910091235提供了一种利用水箱蓄热的供暖方案,但其在夜间供暖时常常为了维持水温于一定区间需消耗一定的 传统能源,且输送循环水也需要动力,无法真正实现夜间零能耗供暖,且若该类系统用于高寒地区也存在着因保温措施不到位而引起水体结冻进而引起水循环停滞,甚至爆管的风险。又如公开号为CN201720323159利用水箱蓄热,将热水送入每个房间的盘管,以热风的形式供暖,但该型蓄热供暖系统同样存在着水体结冻的风险,且无法实现夜间零能耗供暖。为了更好地为高寒地区提供供暖策略,目前人们正积极探索房屋结构蓄热的供暖方法,以替代传统的水箱蓄热模式。例如公开号为CN201510524099提供了一种墙体蓄热的供暖策略,利用热源供热、墙体蓄热的方式在夜间为房间供暖,且能够实现夜间零能耗供暖。但由于其使用石蜡作为墙体相变蓄热材料,使得该发明在实际应用时常常面临材料密封的技术障碍以及施工的困难等问题,而且也无法实现房间的快速预热。
由于利用太阳能集热系统对空气加热,空气为介质,有着不会结冰,系统无腐蚀、无结垢、无承压的要求,如有泄漏也不致影响系统的使用,太阳能空气集热器直接加热空气用于采暖,无需二次换热等优点,因此太阳能空气集热器采暖系统拥有比太阳能热水采暖系统更高的采暖效率,许多人也研究了太阳能在空气预热方面的应用。例如公开号为CN201811491947提供了一种利用太阳能加热气体,由气体加热循环水达到为室内供暖的目的。但该系统没能实现蓄热功能,受水体结冰的限制,该系统难以应用于极寒地区。公开号为CN201811394630公开了一种利用真空管集热器为空气加热后送入到房间及储热设备中,既有效利用了太阳能,又实现了蓄热功能。但这种系统在利用蓄积的热量时存在着多次换热,既降低了换热效率,又增大了系统复杂度从而增加了初投资,且取热环节仍然需要风机等动力设备的运行,没有真正实现夜间零能耗供暖,另外,由于太阳能具有在时间和空间上分布的不确定性,而该系统并没有结合传统能源作为辅助手段,因此该系统在长期阴雨天气时段无法起到理想的供暖效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明设计了一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统。
该系统运行思路是:白天时,经太阳能集热器(1)预热的循环水进入到辅助加热器(2)再加热后,由水泵(3)将其送入到热交换器(4)中进行热交换后回到太阳能集热器中完成循环。由风机(5)吹出的空气与热交换器(4)进行热交换后进入到地板下方的风道中,热空气在风道流动的过程中经过导热片(6)将部分热量传递到结构层(7)和相变蓄热材料(8)中,另一部分热量直接由空气经过地面出风口(9)带入到室内。在夜间,可停止全部系统运行,由相变蓄热材料在白天储存的热量为房间持续供暖。进一步,若长时间没有太阳能可利用(如,长时间阴雨天气),可由辅助加热器(2)单独运行并将太阳能集热设备旁通掉,其系统运行流程和正常情况一致。本发明结合了暖风和地面蓄热技术,既实现了对房间的快速预热,又实现了能量的大量储存,以达到对太阳能更高效利用的目的。
其中,所述的太阳能集热器为真空太阳能集热管或太阳能集热板。
所述的太阳能集热器入口与热交换器通过管道相连接,出口与辅助加热器通过管道相连接。
所述的管道表面铺设有保温材料。
其中,所述的辅助加热器为燃气壁挂炉或电热水器。
所述的辅助加热器可通入自来水或地下水。
其中,所述的热交换器内部盘绕的管道为铜制管道。
所述的铜制管道上设置有铜制或铝制肋片。
其中,所述的导热片为铜片。
其中,所述的结构层有表面有用于支撑的凸起。
其中,所述的相变蓄热材料为石蜡和膨胀石墨按20:1所制成,相变温度为36.7℃。
其中,所述的导热片上半段按从下往上的顺序依次穿插于结构层和相变蓄热材料中
本发明的优点是:
1.利用填充在地板层中的相变蓄热材料储存白天热风中的热量,解决了太阳能夜间无法供暖的问题,实现了太阳能供暖、相变蓄热供暖方式的互补,最大限度地延长了太阳能供暖的时效性,并且能达到夜间零能耗供暖的目的;2.采用暖风下送的模式对房间空气预热,改变了传统利用风机盘管采暖方式造成的头热脚冷的问题;3.系统结构简单,无需设置大型蓄热水箱或其他蓄热装置,投资省,可应用范围广;4.大大减少循环水管的使用,可有效防止因为低温造成水体结冻而引起的水循环停滞,甚至水管爆裂的危险,提高延长了系统使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步非限制性说明。
本系统是针对高原地区气候寒冷、低温天气周期长的气候特点而设计发明的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统。白天时,经太阳能集热器(1)预热的循环水进入到辅助加热器(2)再加热后,由水泵(3)将其送入到热交换器(4)中进行热交换后回到太阳能集热器中完成循环。由风机(5)吹出的空气与热交换器(4)进行热交换后进入到地板下方的风道中,热空气在风道流动的过程中经过导热片(6)将部分热量传递到结构层(7)和相变蓄热材料(8)中,另一部分热量直接由空气经过地面出风口(9)带入到室内。在夜间,可排空循环水防止水体结冻,停止全部系统运行,由相变蓄热材料在白天储存的热量为房间持续供暖。进一步,若长时间没有太阳能可利用(如,长时间阴雨天气),可在白天由辅助加热器(2)单独运行并将太阳能集热设备旁通掉,其系统运行流程和正常情况一致。本发明结合了暖风和地面蓄热技术,既实现了对房间的快速预热,又实现了能量的大量储存,以达到对太阳能更高效利用的目的。
进一步,上述的循环水不仅可以是自来水还可以是温度较高的井水或地下水。
进一步,若该系统用于大型的建筑,可将辅助加热器(1)改为大型锅炉或热泵,进风可以是全新风,也可以是部分新风。
进一步,相变蓄热材料的填充量应根据房间负荷决定,相变材料蓄热量(45℃-15℃)为278MJ/m³,相当于75度耗电量。
进一步,若房间对空气预热速度有较高的要求,可在上述的相变蓄热材料中添加石墨烯,按石蜡、80目膨胀石墨、石墨烯质量占比分别是:94%、5%、1%的配比制成。
进一步,若该系统应用于空间较小的居室空间里,可采用全回风方式供暖。
进一步,所述的地暖盘管可按回形,双回形,蛇形的方式盘绕,具体盘绕方式应由房间空间特征决定。
进一步,若该系统应用于太阳能资源不丰富的地区,可去除上述系统中的太阳能集热器,直接由壁挂炉或电加热在白天进行地面的蓄热及空气的预热。
进一步,若该系统应用于具有电价差的地区,可在夜间利用低价电加热循环水为房间供暖的同时给蓄热材料蓄热,到了白天电价恢复到高位时则无需耗电供暖。
进一步,若该系统应用于冬冷夏热且太阳能资源较为丰富的地区,如新疆、甘肃等省份时,需添置保温水箱,在冬季可旁通掉水箱按上述应用于高原地区的模式运行,在夏季气温较高时可旁通掉地暖循环单元,太阳能所产生的热水可储存于保温水箱中,作为生活用水取用。
进一步,该系统所使用的高潜热复合相变蓄热材料不仅可以应用于地面蓄热,还可以用于墙体蓄热,屋面蓄热以及水箱式蓄热的系统中。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作详细说明。
例如,该系统应用于高原地区的普通居民住宅中时,若住宅为低矮平房,则可将太阳能集热器安置于屋顶,尽量减少暴露于室外的管段,且必须对暴露于室外的管段做充足的保温措施,室内可安装小型的燃气壁挂炉或电热水器与太阳能集热器相连接,作为辅助热源。白天热循环水的热量通过换热器最大限度释放于空气中,在地下风道,暖风中一部分用于即时供暖,另一部分通过导热片储存于结构层和相变蓄热材料中。到了晚上,停止系统的运行,由地暖所蓄得的热量继续为室内供暖。若住宅为楼房,该系统的应用相对受限。但对于部分朝阳的户型来说仍是可使用的。其相对于本系统的主要应用区别在于,其集热器需使用太阳能真空集热管,集热管可设置于空调室外机位处,以替代传统的百叶窗,既美观,又能高效利用太阳能。
又如,该系统应用于高原地区的大型公共建筑中时,例如火车站大厅。由于像车站、机场航站楼等屋面空间大,可在屋面安装太阳能集热器,此时该系统中的太阳能集热器以选择板式集热器为优,辅助加热器可使用大型锅炉或空气源热泵,板式集热器在集热的同时也能将公共空间的热量锁住,热水通入地板下方,将一部分热量释放,另一部分热量储存,夜间在没有能源消耗的情况下也能为室内持续高效供暖。
以上所述仅是本发明较佳实施方式的举例,其中未详细述及的部分均为本领域普通技术人员的公知常识。本发明的保护范围以权利要求的内容为准,任何基于本发明的技术启示而进行的等效变换,例如相变蓄热材料配比的变更,太阳能集热器集热面积的变更等,也在本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于该系统:经太阳能集热器(1)预热的循环水进入到辅助加热器(2)再加热后,由水泵(3)将其送入到热交换器(4)中进行热交换后回到太阳能集热器中完成循环;由风机(5)吹出的空气与热交换器(4)进行热交换后进入到地板下方的风道中,热空气在风道流动的过程中经过导热片(6)将部分热量传递到结构层(7)和相变蓄热材料(8)中,另一部分热量直接由空气经过地面出风口(9)带入到室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的太阳能集热器为真空太阳能集热管或太阳能集热板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的辅助加热器为燃气壁挂炉或电热水器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的热交换器内部盘绕的管道为铜制管道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的铜制管道,其特征在于,所述的管道上设置有铜制或铝制肋片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的导热片为铜片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的结构层的表面有用于支撑的凸起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统,其特征在于,所述的相变蓄热材料为石蜡和膨胀石墨按20:1所制成,相变温度为36.7℃。
9.根据权利要求6、7、8所述的导热片、结构层、相变蓄热材料,其特征在于,所述的导热片上半段按从下往上的顺序依次穿插于结构层和相变蓄热材料中。
10.一种基于如权利要求1-9任一所述的结合太阳能的暖风供暖系统的太阳能供暖系统。
