Background
With the rising of material prices and the increasing of labor cost, the improvement of production efficiency and the reduction of processing cost become the primary tasks of various production enterprises at the present stage. At present, the traditional bag feeding type packaging machine, in particular to a large packaging bag, is influenced by the characteristics of the large packaging bag, so that the adjustment is complicated, the packaging speed can be greatly reduced, the production efficiency is reduced, the waste of resources is caused, and the production cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the intelligent adjusting bag feeding device which can feed bags with different sizes, has high automation degree, greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost and is simple and convenient to operate.
The invention provides an intelligent regulation bag feeding device, which comprises a frame main body, a bag taking sucker part, a bag feeding chain plate part, a bag following roller part, a bag feeding conveying part, a bag following regulating part and a bag feeding swinging arm part, wherein the bag taking sucker part is arranged at the front end of the frame main body, the bag feeding chain plate part is arranged below the bag taking sucker part, the bag conveying mechanism comprises a bag conveying chain plate part, a bag feeding roller part, a bag feeding adjusting part, a bag swinging arm part, a rack main body and a bag swinging arm part, wherein the bag conveying chain plate part is arranged above the bag conveying chain plate part, the bag feeding conveying part is close to the tail end of the bag conveying chain plate part, the bag swinging arm part is arranged above the rear part of the bag conveying part, the bag swinging arm part is arranged at the upper rear end of the rack main body, and the bag adjusting part is arranged below the bag swinging arm part.

Further, the upper bag conveying part comprises an upper bag motor, a conveying belt, a conveying supporting plate, a driving roller and a driven roller, the upper bag motor is arranged on the frame main body, a main shaft of the upper bag motor is connected with the driving roller, the conveying belt is sleeved on the driving roller and the driven roller, and the conveying supporting plate is arranged at the bottom of the upper layer conveying belt.

The intelligent bag feeding and adjusting device has the advantages that (1) the intelligent bag feeding and adjusting device is convenient to install, flexible in configuration, simple in structure and convenient to maintain, (2) bags with different sizes can be stopped and waited at the same position through intelligent adjustment, whether bags exist at the bag feeding position or not can be automatically detected, the bags can be reliably taken out in a certain quantity of bags no matter the bag thickness or the bag thickness, a plurality of groups of bag feeding supporting plates are arranged on the bag feeding chain plate part, and can be continuously and rapidly fed, the bag feeding and adjusting part can automatically adjust the width of the bag feeding baffle plate assembly according to the sizes of the bags to ensure that empty bags smoothly reach the designated position of the bags, and (5) the whole bag feeding and adjusting device is controlled by a PLC system, and can automatically adjust the bag feeding speed according to the packing speed, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the enterprise cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 2, the bag taking suction cup portion 2 is used for sucking empty bags, and comprises a bag taking suction cup 21, a suction cup mounting frame 26, an upper bag vacuum tube 24, a bag taking cylinder 23 and a material bag detection device 22, wherein the bag taking suction cup 21 and the material bag detection device 22 are mounted on the suction cup mounting frame 26, the suction cup mounting frame 26 is fixed on the upper bag vacuum tube 24 through a connecting plate 27, two ends of the upper bag vacuum tube 24 are connected with the frame main body 1, one end of the bag taking cylinder 23 is fixed on the frame main body 1, one end of a piston rod of the bag taking cylinder 23 is connected with the upper bag vacuum tube 24 through a bag taking connecting rod 25, the material bag detection device 22 can detect whether empty bags exist below the bag taking suction cup portion 2, and when the empty bags exist, the bag taking cylinder 23 controls the piston rod to shrink, so that the upper bag vacuum tube 24 is driven to rotate, and the bag taking suction cup 21 is driven to move downwards to suck the empty bags.

Referring to fig. 3, the bag feeding chain plate part 3 is mounted on the frame body 1, the bag feeding chain plate part 3 includes a bag feeding motor 31, a bag feeding pallet 34, chain wheels 38, bent plate chains 37, chain rails 36, and adjusting bearings 39, the bag feeding motor 31 is mounted on the frame body 1, the 8 adjusting bearings 39 are mounted on two sides of the frame body 1 in a rectangular shape, the adjusting bearings 39 on the left side and the right side are formed into 4 groups, each group is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the chain wheels 38 are mounted on two ends of each rotating shaft, annular chain rails 36 are mounted on the chain wheels 38 on the left side and the right side respectively, the bent plate chains 37 are mounted on the chain rails 36 in a flat manner, two ends of the bag feeding pallet 34 are mounted on the two bent plate chains 37 respectively, the bag feeding pallet 34 is provided with a plurality of adjacent two bag feeding pallets 34 with a space therebetween.
The rotating shaft comprises a driving shaft 33 and three driven shafts 35, a motor main shaft of the bag feeding motor 31 is connected with the driving shaft 33, the bag feeding motor 31 can drive the driving shaft 33 and the driven shafts 35 to rotate, a chain wheel 38 is driven to rotate so as to drive a bag feeding supporting plate 34 on a bent plate chain 37 to move, after the bag taking sucker 21 sucks empty bags, the bag feeding supporting plate 34 moves to the position below the bag taking sucker 22, and the bag taking sucker 22 is loosened so that the empty bags fall onto the bag feeding supporting plate 34. Referring to fig. 5, the upper bag transporting section 5 includes an upper bag motor 56, a transporting belt 55, a transporting pallet 53, a driving roller 52, and a driven roller 54, the upper bag motor 56 is mounted on the frame body 1, both sides of the transporting pallet 53 are mounted on the frame body 1, the driving roller 53 and the driven roller 54 are mounted on both sides of the frame body 1 through roller bearings 51, a main shaft of the upper bag motor 56 is connected with the driving roller 52, the transporting belt 55 is sleeved on the driving roller 52 and the driven roller 54, the transporting pallet 53 is disposed at the bottom of the upper transporting belt 55, and when the upper bag motor 56 is operated, the driving roller 52 is driven to rotate to drive the driven roller 54 and the transporting belt 55 to rotate, thereby transporting the empty bag to a designated position.
Referring to fig. 6, the sequential bag adjusting part 6 is mounted on the frame body 1, the sequential bag adjusting part 6 includes a servo motor 61, an adjusting guide rail 65, an adjusting screw 610, a left moving adjusting slider 64, a right moving adjusting slider 63, and a sequential bag baffle assembly, the servo motor 61 is mounted on the frame body 1, the adjusting screw 610 and the adjusting guide rail 65 are mounted on the frame body 1 parallel to a main shaft of the servo motor 61, a synchronizing wheel 611 is mounted at a main shaft end of the servo motor 61 and an end of the adjusting screw 610 at the same end as the servo motor 61, a synchronous belt 612 is sleeved on the two synchronizing wheels 611, the left moving adjusting slider 64 and the right moving adjusting slider 63 are simultaneously mounted on the adjusting guide rail 65 and the adjusting screw 610, and the left moving adjusting slider 64 and the right moving adjusting slider 63 are respectively positioned on left and right positive and negative threads of the adjusting screw 610, when the servo motor 61 is operated, the left moving adjusting slider 64 and the right moving adjusting slider 63 through the synchronous belt, and the sequential bag baffle assembly can be smoothly moved from left to right by the left moving adjusting slider 64 and the right adjusting slider 63 according to the width of the bag.
The bag following baffle plate assembly is provided with 2 groups which are respectively connected with a left shifting adjusting slide block 64 and a right shifting adjusting slide block 63. Each group of the bag following baffle assemblies comprises a bag following baffle 62, an L-shaped side baffle 67, a front baffle 68 and a bag following guide bar 66, wherein the L-shaped side baffle 67 is positioned at the rear end of the bag following baffle 62, the tail end of the bag following guide bar 66 is positioned above the L-shaped side baffle 67, the bottom end of the front baffle 68 is connected with a front baffle cylinder 69, the front baffle 68 is closely adjacent to the tail end of the L-shaped side baffle 67, the front baffle cylinder 69 is arranged at the rear end of the frame main body 1, the front baffle cylinder 69 can drive the front baffle 68 to vertically move, empty bags are prevented from falling from the tail of the upper bag conveying part 5, the empty bags are prevented from tilting, and the upper bag swinging arm part 7 is convenient to clamp the empty bags.
Referring to fig. 7, the upper bag swing arm 7 is used for clamping empty bags, the upper bag swing arm 7 comprises an upper bag rotating shaft 73, an upper bag swing arm 79, an upper bag clamp 78, an upper bag cylinder 71, a photoelectric detection device and a detection cam 74, two ends of the upper bag rotating shaft 73 are installed on the frame main body 1 through a rotating shaft bearing 75, one end of the upper bag swing arm 79 is installed on the upper bag rotating shaft 73, the upper bag clamp 78 is installed at the other end of the upper bag swing arm 79, one end of the upper bag rotating shaft 73 is connected with one end of a piston rod of the upper bag cylinder 71 through an upper bag connecting rod 72, the detection cam 74 is installed at the other end of the upper bag rotating shaft 73, the other end of the upper bag cylinder 71 is fixed on the frame main body 1, the photoelectric detection device comprises a photoelectric sensor 77 and a sensor mounting bracket 76, the photoelectric sensor 77 is installed on the sensor mounting bracket 76, the piston rod of the upper bag cylinder 71 is telescopic and can drive the upper bag rotating shaft 73 to rotate so as to drive the upper bag swing arm 79 to swing up and down, after the empty bag is lifted to a designated position, the upper bag 79 is clamped and taken, the upper bag is carried by the upper bag clamp 78, the upper bag is detected to have the upper bag moving to the designated position, the upper bag is just stopped, the upper bag is detected, the upper bag is lifted to the empty bag is detected, the upper bag is just above the position of the swing arm is detected, and the empty bag is detected, and the upper bag is stopped, and the upper bag is detected, and the upper bag is just after the position is lifted, and the upper bag is sensed. The upper bag clamp 78 may be a cylinder-controlled clamp, and the structure thereof is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

The working process of the embodiment is that the bag taking sucker part 2 sucks an empty bag on the empty bag placing table, the empty bag is placed on the bag conveying chain plate part 3, the bag conveying chain plate part 3 conveys the empty bag to the upper bag conveying part 5, the bag conveying roller part 4 above the bag conveying chain plate part 3 can flatten the empty bag, the empty bag is convenient to convey, the upper bag conveying part 5 conveys the empty bag continuously, and after the empty bag is conveyed to a designated position through the bag conveying regulating part 6, the upper bag swinging arm part 7 clamps the empty bag to execute the bag feeding action.
