Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a folding cart includes a cart frame having an unfolded state and a folded state, a front wheel assembly 10 provided at a front portion of a cart frame bottom, a rear wheel assembly 20 provided at a rear portion of the cart frame bottom, and a locking mechanism for locking the cart frame in the unfolded state.
The trolley frame comprises a front support 1, a rear support 2, a push rod frame 3, a seat frame 6, a vertical rod 4 and a connecting rod 5, wherein the front support 1, the rear support 2 and the push rod frame 3 respectively extend in the vertical direction in the unfolded state of the trolley frame, a front wheel assembly 10 is arranged at the bottom of the front support 1, and a rear wheel assembly 20 is arranged at the bottom of the rear support 2. The upper part of the front bracket 1, the upper part of the rear bracket 2 and the lower part of the putter frame 3 are rotatably connected, wherein a third one of them is rotatably connected to one of them, or the three are rotatably connected together around the same rotation center line.
The seat frame 6 extends in the front-rear direction, the rear part thereof is rotatably connected to the upper part of the front bracket 1, the upright rod 4 is positioned below the seat frame 6, one end part of the upright rod 4 is rotatably connected to the front part of the seat frame 6, the other end part of the upright rod 4 is provided on the front bracket 1 so as to be capable of rotating relatively and sliding along the length extending direction of the front bracket 1, one end part of the connecting rod 5 is rotatably connected to the rear bracket 2, and the other end part thereof is provided on the front bracket 1 so as to be capable of rotating relatively and sliding along the length extending direction of the front bracket 1.
Therefore, when the end parts of the upright rods 4 and the connecting rods 5 connected to the front support 1 slide downwards along the front support 1, the seat frame 6, the front support 1 and the rear support 2 can be driven to rotate relatively to fold, and the push rod frame 3 is turned to the rear side of the rear support 2, so that the frame of the cart can be folded. On the folded cart frame, the seat frame 6 is positioned at the outer side, and the arrangement of the seat frame 6 can not cause the condition that all the rods on the cart frame cannot be tightly folded.
Referring to the drawings, in this embodiment, a sliding member 7 is slidably disposed on the front bracket 1 along the length extending direction thereof, and the end of the upright rod 4 and the end of the connecting rod 5 are respectively rotatably connected to the sliding member 7, so that connection with the front bracket 1, which can be relatively rotated and can slide up and down along the length direction of the front bracket 1, is achieved. The upper part of the front bracket 1, the upper part of the rear bracket 2 and the lower part of the push rod frame 3 are rotatably connected around the same rotation center line, and the locking mechanism comprises a locking joint 9 which is arranged between the upper part of the front bracket 1, the upper part of the rear bracket 2 and the lower part of the push rod frame 3 and is used for locking the three relatively. In this way, when the locking joint 9 is unlocked, the sliding piece 7 slides downwards along the front bracket 1, so that the seat frame 6, the front bracket 1 and the rear bracket 2 can be rotated and folded, and meanwhile, the push rod frame 3 is turned backwards, so that the folding of the cart frame is completed.
Referring to the drawings, the cart frame further comprises a foldable seat pocket 8 grafted on the seat frame 6, the foldable seat pocket 8 comprises a seat plate 81 and a backrest plate 82, and the lower part of the backrest plate 82 is rotationally connected with the rear part of the seat plate 81, so that the foldable seat pocket 8 can be folded by relative rotation.
The seat plate 81 is detachably mounted on the seat frame 6, and it may be mounted in the forward direction or in the reverse direction on the seat frame 6. Specifically, the back plate 82 has a back support surface 82a, and the foldable seat pocket 8 is in a forward mounted state when the back support surface 82a faces the front of the cart frame, and in a reverse mounted state when the seat plate 81 is mounted to the seat frame 6 while being shifted by 180 °. The user can conveniently switch the forward or reverse installation state of the foldable seat pocket 8 according to the use requirement.
The foldable seat pocket 8 further includes a front armrest 83, the front armrest 83 being a U-shaped bar with an opening toward the rear, and the rear thereof being rotatably coupled to the lower portion of the back plate 82 and the rear portion of the seat plate 81, and a crotch guard 81a vertically extending upward in the middle of the front portion of the seat plate 81 for protecting a child sitting on the seat plate 81.
Referring to the drawings, in this embodiment, the front bracket 1 includes a front strut 11 extending obliquely upward from front to back, and a foot plate 12 fixed to the lower portion of the front strut 11, and the front wheel assembly 10 is provided with two groups, which are respectively mounted at bottoms of left and right ends of the foot plate 12. The sliding piece 7 adopts a sliding sleeve 7 sleeved on the front supporting rod 11, and the lower end part of the vertical rod 4 and the front end part of the connecting rod 5 are rotationally connected on the sliding sleeve 7 around the same rotation center line.
The rear bracket 2 is provided with two groups of rear struts 21 which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side, and a rear cross rod 22 which is fixedly arranged between the lower parts of the rear struts 21 at the two sides, the lower part of each group of rear struts 21 is provided with a rear wheel assembly 20, and each rear strut 21 extends inwards from bottom to top and is connected with the upper part of the front strut 11. The connecting rods 5 are provided with two groups, the front parts of the two groups of connecting rods 5 are connected to the sliding sleeve 7, and the rear parts of the two groups of connecting rods 5 are respectively and rotatably connected to the rear supporting rods 21 at the two sides. The push rod frame 3 comprises a lower push rod 31 and an upper push rod 32 which extend along the up-down direction and can relatively slide and stretch, and the lower part of the lower push rod 31, the upper parts of the front support rod 11 and the upper parts of the two rear support rods 21 are relatively rotatably connected together through the same rotating shaft and are locked through the locking joint 9.
In summary, when the folding cart of the present invention is in the unfolded state, referring to fig. 1 to 3, and fig. 7, the front frame 1, the rear frame 2 and the push rod frame 3 are unfolded relatively, the seat frame 6 is supported on the front frame 1, the foldable seat pocket 8 can be mounted on the seat frame 6 in the forward direction (as shown in fig. 1 and 2) or mounted on the seat frame 6 in the reverse direction (as shown in fig. 3), and the switching between the sitting function and the anti-sitting function can be achieved without reversing the push rod frame 3. When the folding cart needs to be folded, the foldable seat pocket 8 is folded, as shown in fig. 4, so that the foldable seat pocket 8 is folded to be folded above the seat frame 6, then the locking joint 9 is unlocked, the push rod frame 3 is turned backwards so that the push rod frame is folded behind the rear support 2, and then the foldable seat pocket 8 is pressed forwards, so that the sliding piece 7 slides downwards along the front support 1, so that the seat frame 6, the front support 1 and the rear support 2 rotate to be folded mutually, and the folding operation of the cart is completed. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the seat frame 6 and the foldable seat pocket 8 are located at the outer side of the folded trolley frame, so that interference to each rod piece in the trolley frame can not be caused to influence the tight folding between the rod pieces, the height of the foldable seat pocket 8 does not exceed the highest height of the rest parts of the trolley frame, and in the embodiment, the height of the foldable seat pocket 8 does not exceed the highest height of the foot rest 12, so that the structure is compact and flat.
