Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement of the objects and the effects of the present invention easy to understand, an insert and an insert foil of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the embodiments and the drawings.
Example 1 ]
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an insert 100 in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the insert 100 is for adhering to a sheet for writing, and is composed of a writing portion 10 for writing and an adhering portion 20 for adhering to the sheet.
The writing part 10 is transparent paper or semitransparent paper, and is made of transparent parchment paper or plastic paper, and the size of the writing part is the same as that of paper to be adhered on the writing part.
The writing part 10 has adhesive parts 20 at four edges thereof, which are connected together by means of a perforated connection. The joints between the four edges of the writing part 10 and the pasting part 20 have a certain flexibility, and the pasting part 20 is not broken after being folded over the writing part 10.
In other embodiments, one or any several edges of the writing portion may be provided with the adhesive portion, and are not limited to four edges each having the adhesive portion in the present embodiment.
Two binding holes 101 are also provided at one side edge of the writing part 10. The binding holes 101 may be provided at either side edge of the writing portion 10, or may be provided at edges of different sides.
The adhesive part 20 is composed of a plurality of square parts 201, and the square parts 201 are connected in a point-break type tooth hole connection mode.
The adhesive portion 20 is formed by sequentially attaching a base layer, an adhesive layer and a protective layer. The base layer of the adhesive part 20 and the writing part 10 are coupled together by a click-type perforation.
The material of the base layer may be the same as or different from that of the writing part. The base layer is made of transparent parchment paper or plastic paper. And (3) smearing self-adhesive on the back of the base layer to be used as an adhesive layer for adhering to paper. Then, a protective layer is adhered to the self-adhesive, so that the adhesive layer is prevented from losing adhesion before use, and the insert 100 is easy to store and is not sticky. The adhesive layer may also be other substances having adhesive properties, such as polymeric adhesives. The protective layer is oily paper, plastic paper, etc. which is easy to tear off.
A plurality of holes 30 are provided at the junction of the writing part 10 and the pasting part 20, and a plurality of holes 30 are also provided at the junction between the square parts 201. The plurality of perforations 30 are sequentially spaced apart to form a perforation connection. In other embodiments, the shape and the aperture of the tooth hole at the connection between the square portion and the tooth hole at the connection between the writing portion and the adhesive portion may be different, and the distance between the tooth holes may be different, as the case may be.
In production, the writing part 10 and the pasting part 20 can be integrally formed, and holes can be punched at the positions where the tooth holes 30 are required.
In this embodiment, the insert 100 is rectangular, and the writing section 10 is 0.05mm cellophane, a rectangle having dimensions 260mm x 184 mm. The binding hole 101 is a circular hole having a diameter of 4mm provided at the left side edge of the writing section 10. The adhesive portion 20 has a width of 8mm and is composed of a plurality of square portions 201 having dimensions of 8mm by 4 mm. The sprocket holes 30 are 0.5mm circular sprocket holes, and the spacing between the sprocket holes 30 is 0.3mm. The adhesive layer is made of self-adhesive, the film layer of the self-adhesive is made of transparent polyester, and the adhesive is made of fiber and then uncovered.
The insert 100 may be used singly Zhang Shi or in multiple sheets, and the use method is schematically shown in fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing a single use method of an insert in embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, an insert 100 is taken, and the other part of the adhesive part 20 is torn away from the hole 30, and only four square parts 201 connected to four corners of the writing part 10 remain, which are respectively designated as 201a, 201b, 201c and 201d.
The textbook is opened, the page 200 to be noted is turned over, then the square part 201a and the square part 201b are turned upwards, the textbook is placed at the joint of the page and the upper page and the writing part 10 is aligned with the page, then the protective layer is torn off, the adhesive layer is leaked, and the direction parts 201a and 201b are adhered to the upper page with little effort. Similarly, as shown in the figure, the square portion 201c and the square portion 201d are attached downward to the back of the page, and the attachment of the sheet Zhang Chaye is completed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of two methods of using the onserts in example 1 of the invention.
The two inserts are used in a manner similar to that described above for the single insert. As shown in fig. 4, two inserts 100 are taken, labeled 100A and 100B, respectively. The remainder of the adhesive portion 20 in the insert 100A is torn off, and only two square portions 201, which are connected to the remaining corners on the left side of the writing portion 10, are labeled 201e and 201f, respectively. The remainder of the adhesive portion 20 in the insert 100B is torn off, and only two square portions 201, which are connected to the upper edge of the writing portion 10, are marked 201g and 201h, respectively. The square portions 201e and 201f are then attached to the upper page, such that the insert 100A is attached to the upper page between the upper page and the present page, and the square portions 201g and 201h are attached to the back of the upper edge of the present page, such that the insert 100B is attached to the present page.
When the paper is used, a plurality of inserts can be stuck on one page according to actual conditions, such as the lower edge, the right edge and the like of the paper, and a plurality of inserts can be stuck on the same side. When a plurality of inserts are stuck on the same side of one page, the reserved square parts for sticking are staggered, and the square parts are not overlapped when sticking, so that the sticking is firm, the thickness of the textbook is not particularly increased, the sequence of the inserts can be adjusted at any time, or the user can choose which insert to write on. When multiple inserts are used, students can record different types of notes on different inserts on the same paper surface. The content of one insert may be selected for viewing, or two or more inserts may be overlaid together for viewing.
Similarly, when the marks are recorded on different pages, a plurality of inserts are taken, and different areas are selected to store square parts according to the needs, so that the square parts are staggered when the marks are pasted, and the thickness of the textbook is not increased too much at the same position.
The inserts may be removed by tearing the writing portion along the perforations if one is not needed for a while, or if it is to be removed from the textbook. Binding is then carried out by using binding holes on the writing part, and the binding holes can be taken out again to be checked on the paper surface of the file when needed.
Example 2 ]
In this embodiment, the interposer foil is described in detail, and the same structures as those in embodiment 1 are given the same numbers, so that the description of the structures and functions will not be repeated.
The insert foils are connected by way of a plurality of insert 100 in example 1 by way of a perforation connection. When in use, the utility model is torn according to the requirement. When not in use, the two parts are folded together for storage.
