A straw smashing device with a dust removal function for organic fertilizers comprises a main body (1), two supporting columns (2) and two smashing devices, wherein the two supporting columns (2) are respectively fixed on two sides below the main body (1), the two smashing devices are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the main body (1), an operation plate (3) is arranged on the main body (1), and a PLC is arranged in the operation plate (3), and the straw smashing device is characterized by further comprising a screening mechanism and two dust removal mechanisms, wherein the screening mechanism is arranged at the bottom in the main body (1), and the two dust removal mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body (1);
the screening mechanism comprises a roller (17), a collecting box (19), a first bearing, a collecting pipe (18), a ring (16), a supporting component and two rotating components, wherein the lower part of the roller (17) is connected with the bottom in the main body (1) through the supporting component, a plurality of screening holes are formed in the periphery of the roller (17), the screening holes are uniformly distributed on the roller (17) in the circumferential direction, a feeding hole is formed in the upper part of the roller (17), a discharging hole is formed in the lower part of the roller (17), the outer ring of the first bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the discharging hole, the inner ring of the first bearing is fixedly connected with one end of the collecting pipe (18), a through hole is formed in the lower part of the main body (1), the other end of the collecting pipe (18) penetrates through the through hole and is arranged below the main body (1), the collecting box (19) is arranged below the main body (1, the other end of the collecting pipe (18) is communicated with a collecting box (19), the inner wall of the circular ring (16) is fixedly connected with the periphery of the roller (17), convex teeth are uniformly fixed on the periphery of the circular ring (16), two rotating assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the roller (17), the rotating assemblies are connected with the convex teeth, and the rotating assemblies are connected with a crushing device;
dust removal mechanism includes water tank (4), aspiration pump (5), first connecting pipe (6), second connecting pipe (8) and suction nozzle (7), suction nozzle (7) are fixed on the inner wall of main part (1), water tank (4) are fixed on one side of main part (1) that is close to suction nozzle (7), be equipped with the clear water in water tank (4), aspiration pump (5) are fixed in the top of water tank (4), aspiration pump (5) are through first connecting pipe (6) and suction nozzle (7) intercommunication, bottom intercommunication in aspiration pump (5) through second connecting pipe (8) and water tank (4), one side of keeping away from main part (1) of water tank (4) is equipped with the air outlet.

The straw crushing apparatus with the dust removal function for organic fertilizers according to claim 1, wherein the crushing device comprises a motor (9), a rotating rod (10) and a crushing plate (11), the motor (9) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (1), the motor (9) is in transmission connection with one end of the rotating rod (10), the other end of the rotating rod (10) is fixedly connected with one side of the crushing plate (11), sawteeth are uniformly fixed on the other side of the crushing plate (11), the rotating rod (10) is connected with a rotating assembly, and the motor (9) is electrically connected with a PLC.

The straw shredder with dust removing function for organic fertilizer according to claim 2, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a transmission shaft (14), a first gear (15), a transmission unit and a second bearing, the second bearing is fixed at the bottom inside the main body (1), the transmission shaft (14) is arranged parallel to the axis of the drum (17), one end of the transmission shaft (14) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing, the other end of the transmission shaft (14) is connected with the rotating rod (10) through the transmission unit, the first gear (15) is fixed on the transmission shaft (14), the first gear (15) is arranged coaxially with the transmission shaft (14), and the first gear (15) is engaged with the convex teeth.

The straw crushing apparatus with dust removing function for organic fertilizer according to claim 3, wherein the transmission unit comprises a first bevel gear (13) and a second bevel gear (12), the first bevel gear (13) is fixedly connected with one end of the transmission shaft (14) far away from the second bearing, the second bevel gear (12) is fixedly connected with the rotating rod (10), and the first bevel gear (13) is engaged with the second bevel gear (12).

The straw chopper with dust removal function for organic fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises an annular rail (20) and two support rods (21), the annular rail (20) is fixed at the bottom inside the main body (1), an annular groove is formed on the annular rail (20), the annular groove is coaxially arranged with the drum (17), the two support rods (21) are symmetrically arranged about the axis of the drum (17), one end of the support rod (21) is fixedly connected with the lower part of the drum (17), the other end of the support rod (21) is arranged inside the annular groove, the other end of the support rod (21) is matched with the annular groove, the support rod (21) is slidably connected with the annular groove, and the annular groove is a dovetail groove.
