The method for the water-blended oil-discharging process of ground sesame seed oil by the water substitution method in the embodiment 1 comprises six steps, namely, screening of raw materials in the first step: removing impurities in the sesame such as soil, gravel, scrap iron, weed seeds and immature sesame grains by using a vibrating sieving machine to obtain qualified sesame raw materials; rinsing the raw materials in the second step: rinsing the qualified sesame seeds by an automatic washing machine, removing adhering impurities such as side mud, dust and the like in the sesame seeds, soaking the sesame seeds in water for 60-120 minutes to ensure that the sesame seeds are uniformly and thoroughly eaten and drained, and frying in a third step: frying the sesame seeds for 20 minutes by using an automatic stir-frying pan with strong fire, changing the appearance of the sesame seeds to be plump, frying the sesame seeds with slow fire, and uniformly cooking the sesame seeds under the condition of continuously stirring; after the sesame seeds are fried to be cooked, pouring cold water with the seed frying amount of about 3% into the pot, frying for about 1 minute, and taking the sesame seeds out of the pot after the sesame seeds are smoked; fourthly, raising smoke and blowing clean: immediately radiating heat of the sesame discharged from the pot, reducing the temperature, and removing smoke dust, coke powder and broken peel; and step five, grinding: grinding the fried and cleaned sesame into pulp by a stone mill or a carborundum wheel refiner, and grinding the sesame into finer and finer sesame; sixth step, slurry mixing and oil stirring: placing the ground slurry into an oil extraction container, wherein the periphery of the oil extraction container is provided with a heat insulation layer, and the temperature of the oil extraction container can be controlled within a certain temperature range in a steam or water bath or oil bath mode; and (3) adding hot water accounting for 80-90% of the total weight of the oil slurry uniformly at a low speed, and finishing a rapid stirring stage, a medium-speed stirring stage, a low-speed stirring stage and an oscillation oil outlet stage by the stirring action of the double-layer stirring paddle.

The method for the water-blended oil-out process of ground sesame seed oil by the water substitution method in example 6 is characterized in that the upper layer of the ground sesame seed oil has a spread size: vessel diameter =0.5: 1; the lower layer of paddles are arranged in the space of the bottom 1/4 of the vessel, and the upper layer of paddles are arranged in the space of the upper part 1/3 of the vessel; the temperature of the hot water is 50 ℃.

The method for adding water into ground sesame seed oil and discharging oil by using water substitution method in the embodiment comprises the steps of adding 400g of oil slurry obtained by screening, rinsing, frying, raising smoke and blowing and grinding the previous raw materials into a 1000ml beaker, setting the water bath temperature to be 40 ℃, setting up a stirring platform, selecting an upper stirring paddle to be a straight paddle type, a lower stirring paddle to be a pushing type, wherein the paddle span size is 0.5 of the diameter of a container, the upper paddle is positioned at 1/3 on the upper part of the container, the lower paddle is positioned at 1/3 on the lower part of the container, starting mechanical stirring to start stirring, increasing the rotating speed to 100r/min, starting to add 350ml of 50 ℃ hot water, controlling the adding speed, completely adding all water in 1 minute under the condition of uniform speed, stirring for 20 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 50r/min, and continuing stirring for 20 minutes, and reducing the rotating speed to 20r/min, continuously stirring for 30min, then floating a large amount of oil, finally controlling the rotating speed to be 5r/min, continuously stirring for 20min, and taking oil once after stirring is finished, wherein the oil taking rate is measured to be 51.3%.
Example 20
The method for adding water into ground sesame seed oil and discharging oil by using water substitution method in the embodiment comprises the steps of adding 500g of oil slurry obtained by screening, rinsing, frying, raising smoke and blowing and grinding the raw materials in the previous stage into a 2000ml beaker, setting the water bath temperature to be 60 ℃, building a stirring platform, selecting an upper layer stirring blade to be a straight blade disc turbine type, a lower layer stirring blade to be an anchor type, wherein the blade span size of the upper layer stirring blade is 0.9 of the diameter of a container, the position of the upper layer stirring blade is located at 1/3 of the upper part of the container, the position of the lower layer stirring blade is located at 1/4 of the lower part of the container, starting mechanical stirring to start stirring, increasing the rotating speed to 160r/min, starting to add 420ml of 70 ℃ hot water, controlling the adding speed, completely adding all water under the condition of uniform speed for 4 minutes, stirring for 30 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 80r/min, and (3) continuing stirring for 40min, reducing the rotating speed to 30r/min, continuing stirring for 40min, enabling a large amount of oil to float upwards, controlling the rotating speed to 10r/min, continuing stirring for 30min, and taking oil once after stirring is finished, wherein the oil taking rate is measured to be 50.1%.
Example 21
The method for adding water into ground sesame seed oil and discharging oil by using water substitution method in the embodiment comprises the steps of adding 450g of oil slurry obtained by screening, rinsing, frying, raising smoke and blowing and grinding the raw materials in the previous stage into a 2000ml beaker, controlling the water bath temperature to be 80 ℃, building a stirring platform, enabling the blade span of a blade to be 0.8 of the diameter of a container, enabling the upper layer blade to be located at 1/2 on the upper part of the container, enabling the lower layer blade to be located at 1/4 on the lower part of the container, selecting the upper layer stirring blade to be of a three-blade type and raising the stirring blade, enabling the lower layer stirring blade to be of a frame type, starting mechanical stirring to start stirring, increasing the rotating speed to 200r/min, starting to add 400ml of 85 ℃ hot water, controlling the adding speed, completely adding all water in 6 minutes under the condition of uniform speed, keeping the stirring time to be 40 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 90r/min, and continuing to stir for 50, and reducing the rotating speed to 40r/min, continuously stirring for 50min, then floating a large amount of oil, finally controlling the rotating speed at 15r/min, continuously stirring for 40min, and taking oil once after stirring is finished, wherein the oil taking rate is measured to be 51.8%.
Example 22
The method for adding water into ground sesame seed oil and discharging oil by using water substitution method in the embodiment comprises the steps of adding 1000g of oil slurry obtained by screening, rinsing, frying, raising smoke and blowing and grinding the previous raw materials into a 2000ml beaker, setting the water bath temperature to be 70 ℃, setting up a stirring platform, selecting an upper layer stirring paddle to be a straight paddle type, a lower layer stirring paddle to be a spiral ribbon type, wherein the paddle leaf expansion size is 0.9 of the diameter of a container, the upper layer paddle position is located at 1/3 of the upper part of the container, the lower layer paddle position is located at 1/4 of the lower part of the container, starting mechanical stirring to start stirring, increasing the rotating speed to 300r/min, starting to add 850ml of 90 ℃ hot water, controlling the adding speed, completely adding all water under the condition of uniform speed for 10 minutes, stirring for 40 minutes, reducing the rotating speed to 100r/min, and continuing stirring for 60 minutes, and reducing the rotating speed to 50r/min, continuously stirring for 1h, then floating a large amount of oil, finally controlling the rotating speed at 15r/min, continuously stirring for 40min, and taking oil once after stirring is finished, wherein the oil taking rate is measured to be 52.5%.
The oil extraction rate is calculated in the following way: oil pick-up = mass of crude oil taken/mass of raw slurry oil 100%.
Example 23
In the method for the water-adding oil-discharging process of the ground sesame seed oil by the water substitution method in the embodiment, the stirring process of adding the slurry and stirring the oil is kept at the temperature of 40-80 ℃ by externally introducing water vapor or a water bath or an oil bath.
In the slurry mixing and oil stirring stage, hot water with a certain temperature is added in a slow speed mode by controlling the speed, and under the stirring of a stirring paddle with double-layer stirring blades, a better stirring oil outlet mode is finally achieved through the stirring in four stages. Through the optimization of these modes, the process of manual auxiliary stirring is reduced in the whole slurry mixing and oil stirring stage, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the degree of mechanization can be further improved, the process of shaking oil by independent oscillation is reduced, the time is saved, the whole slurry mixing and oil stirring process can be accurately and automatically controlled, the time can be saved, the production cost is reduced, and the industrial application prospect is better.

Claims (9)

1. A method for producing ground sesame seed oil by adding water into water by a water substitution method is characterized by comprising six steps of raw material screening: removing impurities in the sesame such as soil, gravel, scrap iron, weed seeds and immature sesame grains by using a vibrating sieving machine to obtain qualified sesame raw materials; rinsing the raw materials in the second step: rinsing the qualified sesame seeds by an automatic washing machine, removing the adhering impurities in the sesame seeds, soaking the sesame seeds in water for 60-120 minutes to ensure that the sesame seeds uniformly eat water thoroughly and drain, and frying: frying the sesame seeds for 15 to 25 minutes by using an automatic stir-frying pan with strong fire, wherein the appearance of the sesame seeds is swelled, and then frying the sesame seeds with slow fire, so that the sesame seeds are cooked uniformly under the condition of continuously stirring; after the sesame seeds are fried to be cooked, pouring cold water with the seed frying amount of about 1-5% into the pot, frying for 1 minute, and taking the sesame seeds out of the pot after the sesame seeds are smoked; fourthly, raising smoke and blowing clean: the heat of the sesame discharged from the pot is dissipated, the temperature is reduced, and smoke, coke powder and broken peel are removed; and step five, grinding: grinding the fried and crisp-blown sesame into pulp by a stone mill or a carborundum wheel refiner; sixth step, slurry mixing and oil stirring: placing the ground slurry into an oil extraction container, wherein a heat-insulating interlayer is arranged on the periphery of the oil extraction container, and the temperature of the oil extraction container can be controlled within a certain temperature range in a steam or water bath or oil bath mode; and (3) adding hot water accounting for 80-90% of the total weight of the oil slurry uniformly at a low speed, and finishing a rapid stirring stage, a medium-speed stirring stage, a low-speed stirring stage and an oscillation oil outlet stage by the stirring action of the double-layer stirring paddle.
2. The method for water-blended sesame seed oil and oil discharge according to claim 1, wherein the sixth step is performed by using a double-layer stirring paddle, wherein the lower layer stirring paddle is an axial-flow stirring paddle, the upper layer stirring paddle is a radial-flow stirring paddle, the lower layer stirring paddle stirs the lower oil slurry under the mutual cooperation of the double-layer stirring paddles, the upper layer stirring paddle is responsible for fully mixing the oil slurry and water in the upper half part, the mechanical stirring paddle is started to start stirring, hot water is gradually added into the oil slurry in a uniform speed and slow speed manner, and the stirring process after the water is added is divided into four stages: the first stage is a rapid stirring stage, the added water and the oil slurry are required to be uniformly mixed in the first stage, under the condition of high rotating speed, the added water is sufficiently and rapidly mixed with the oil slurry through the matching of axial flow and runoff, and after the water is added, the viscosity change of a system formed by the whole oil slurry and the water is relatively uniform; the second stage is a medium-speed stirring stage: reduce certain stirring speed, this stage further makes water and the abundant mixing of slurry oil, and the emulsification phenomenon that reduces speed between water and the oil takes place, and the third stage is the slow speed stirring stage: this stage is the oil-out stage, through the rapid mixing process of earlier stage, the oil slurry is the abundant mixing with water, and the oil that water contained in with the oil slurry is fully replaced out, and this stage stirring speed and intensity further reduce, and the thick liquid sediment that has adsorbed moisture begins layering gradually with the oil that is replaced out by water, and oil constantly assembles the come-up, and the thick liquid sediment constantly sinks, and the oil reservoir goes up to upper portion, and the thick liquid sediment sinks to the lower part, fourth stage: and in the oscillation oil outlet stage, the rotating speed in the stage is further reduced, the whole system is in an oscillation state under the driving of the stirring paddle, so that oil droplets wrapped on the slurry slag gradually float upwards and are gathered in an upper oil layer in the fourth stage, and the state of optimal oil outlet rate is achieved.

The method for water-blended sesame seed oil extraction process in accordance with claim 2, wherein the sixth step of the preparation of the stirring paddle is carried out in the form of a double-layer paddle: the upper layer of blades are in a runoff form, straight blade blades or straight blade disc turbine type or three-blade rear lifting type radial flow type stirring blades are selected, the stirred slurry is in a runoff state in the stirring process, the lower layer of blades are in an axial flow form, a push type or spiral belt type or screw rod type or anchor type or frame type or flap blade turbine type axial flow type stirring blade is selected, and the slurry at the lower part is stirred to the upper part in the stirring process, so that the slurry at the lower part is fully and uniformly mixed; the size of the paddle is in a certain proportion to the size of the container, and the position of the double-layer paddle is determined according to the volume of the container.

The method for the water-blended oil-discharging process of the ground sesame seed oil by the water substitution method according to claim 3, wherein the upper layer of the paddle leaf is as large as the leaf span: container diameter =0.5:1-0.9: 1; the lower layer of paddles are arranged in the space between the bottom 1/4 and the bottom 1/3 of the container, and the upper layer of paddles are arranged in the space between the upper part 1/3 and the upper part 1/2 of the container; the temperature of the hot water is 50-100 ℃.
7. The method for adding water into ground sesame seed oil and discharging oil according to claim 3, wherein the water to be added in the second step is added at a constant speed within 1-10 min.

The method for the water-blended oil-discharging process of ground sesame seed oil by the water substitution method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring rod in the first stage of the sixth step is controlled at 100-300r/min, and the stirring time is controlled at 20-40 min; the rotating speed of the stirring rod in the second stage is controlled at 50-100r/min, and the stirring time is controlled at 20-60 min; the rotating speed of the third stage is controlled at 20-50r/min, and the stirring time is controlled at 30-60 min; the rotation speed of the fourth stage is controlled within 15r/min, and the stirring time is controlled within 20-40 min.
9. The method for mixing refined sesame seed oil with water to produce oil as claimed in claim 8, wherein the temperature of the container is controlled to 40-80 ℃ by the heat-insulating interlayer during the whole stirring process.
