Background
The pneumatic nailing gun is also called a pneumatic nailing machine, the pneumatic nailing gun is a device which uses air pressure generated by an air pump (an air compressor), small gun air pressure [ 4-6.5 Kg/cm <2 > (Bar) ] and large nailing gun air pressure [ 5-8Kg/cm <2 > (Bar) ] as power sources, and uses high-pressure air to drive a firing pin in a nailing gun cylinder to perform hammering movement, so that the row nails in the row nails clamp are nailed into the objects or the row nails are emitted, or the nails are fixed on the objects in a rolling mode, and nails applied to the pneumatic nailing gun are collectively called as pneumatic nailing gun nails.
Pneumatic nailers have been widely used in various production applications, and are equipped with nails of different gauges in order to accommodate various production scenarios, so that the nails have different gauges. The length of the nail inlet of the gun mouth of the pneumatic nail gun is fixed, when a longer nail is used, the nail can be well positioned by utilizing the length of the nail inlet and can be kept stable in the process of firing, however, when a shorter nail is used, a certain gap is formed between the nail and the nail inlet, so that the nail is easy to displace in the process of conveying and firing and even rotates in the gun mouth, the problem of clamping the nail of the pneumatic nail gun is easy to occur, the failure rate of the nail gun is improved, the maintenance auxiliary time of the pneumatic nail gun is prolonged, and the use efficiency of the pneumatic nail gun is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the pneumatic nail gun nail limiting and pressing device which has a simple structure, is safe and reliable, can effectively limit the overturning deviation of a gun nail without tools, increases the firing stability of the gun nail and prevents the clamping nail of the pneumatic nail gun.
The pneumatic nail gun nail limiting and pressing device is characterized in that a gun nozzle nail guiding column is arranged in the gun nozzle, the gun nozzle nail guiding column is correspondingly communicated with a nail inlet of the nail guiding groove, paired hinged nail guiding sheets are arranged on the nail guiding groove and are positioned between the nail guiding groove and the gun nozzle nail guiding column, the nail guiding sheets extend into the gun nozzle from the nail guiding groove through the nail inlet to form a V-shaped opening shape, one end of the nail guiding sheet positioned in the nail guiding groove is flush with a nail guiding plane of the nail guiding groove, and symmetrical planes of the paired nail guiding sheets are respectively overlapped with symmetrical planes of the nail guiding groove and the nail feeding groove of the gun nozzle nail guiding column.
Preferably, one side of the nail guiding sheet corresponding to the nail guiding column of the gun nozzle is provided with a guiding inclined plane.
Preferably, a spring is arranged between the paired nail guiding sheets, and the spring enables the paired nail guiding sheets to keep a V-shaped open state and cling to the wall of the nail inlet of the gun nozzle.
Advantageous effects
The structure of the invention increases the anti-jamming protection on the nail inlet of the pneumatic nail gun by adopting the structure that a pair of movable nail guiding sheets are added in the nail inlet of the nail guiding groove between the nail feeding inlet and the gun nozzle. When the short nails are used, the guide conveying can be realized through the open-state nail guide sheets, and when the long nails are used, the nail feet of the long nails can overcome the spring force of the nail guide sheets to enable the nail guide sheets to be closed, so that the conveying of the long nails can not be influenced, the overturning deviation of the gun nails is limited, the firing stability of the gun nails is improved, and the effect of preventing the pneumatic nail gun from clamping nails is realized.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

A nail limiting and tabletting device of a pneumatic nail gun comprises a nail guiding groove 1 and a gun nozzle 3 arranged and fixed on the nail guiding groove 1, and is characterized in that a gun nozzle nail guiding column 2 is arranged in the gun nozzle 3, the gun nozzle nail guiding column 2 is correspondingly communicated with a nail inlet of the nail guiding groove 1, paired hinged nail guiding sheets 5 are arranged on the nail guiding groove 1, the nail guiding sheets 5 are positioned between the nail guiding groove 1 and the gun nozzle nail guiding column 2, the nail guiding sheets 5 extend into the gun nozzle 3 from the nail guiding groove 1 through the nail inlet to form a V-shaped opening shape, one end of each nail guiding sheet 5 positioned in the nail guiding groove 1 is flush with a nail guiding plane of the nail guiding groove 1, and symmetry planes of the paired nail guiding sheets 5 are respectively overlapped with symmetry planes of the nail guiding groove 1 and the nail feeding groove of the gun nozzle nail guiding column 2.
Preferably, a guiding inclined plane 31 is arranged on one side of the nail guiding sheet 5 corresponding to the gun nozzle nail guiding column 2.
Preferably, a spring 4 is arranged between the paired nail guiding sheets 5, and the spring 4 keeps the paired nail guiding sheets 5 in a V-shaped open state and is abutted against the wall of the nail inlet of the gun nozzle 3.
In practical application, the paired nail guiding sheets 5 are opened in a V shape under the action of the spring force of the spring 4, are flush with the nail feeding inlet and the nail guiding plane of the nail guiding groove 1, the code nails 6 penetrate through the nail feeding openings of the nail guiding groove 1 under the guidance of the nail pushing sheets 7 to enter the corresponding positions of the gun nozzle nail guiding columns 2, and the code nails 6 are buckled and positioned on the gun nozzle nail guiding columns 2.
As shown in fig. 3, when the code nail 6 used in the nail gun is a long nail, the nail foot length is enough to clamp the nail guide sheet 5 on the inner side of the code nail 6, the code nail 6 overcomes the spring force of the spring 4 to enable the paired nail guide sheets 5 to be closed, at the moment, the length of the code nail is enough to stably pass through the gun nozzle nail guide column 2, and the conveying and firing of the nail pushing sheet 7 can not generate the phenomenon of clamping nails such as overturning and shifting in the gun nozzle nail guide column 2.
As shown in fig. 4, when the code nail 6 used in the nail gun is a short nail, the length of the nail leg is insufficient, the spring force of the spring 4 fully expands the paired nail guide sheets 5 under the condition of no resistance, the nail guide sheets 5 are tightly attached to the inlet wall of the gun nozzle 3 and fill the gap of the nail inlet of the nail guide groove 1, at the moment, the nail guide sheets 5 are tightly attached to the end parts of the nail guide sheets 5 under the guidance of the guide inclined plane 31, the nail guide sheets 5 stably pass through the gap of the nail inlet of the nail guide groove 1 under the guidance of the nail guide sheets 5, and the conveying and firing of the nail pushing sheets 7 can not generate the phenomenon of nail clamping such as overturning and shifting in the nail guide column 2 of the gun nozzle.
