Background
The grinding machine is a machine tool for grinding a surface of a workpiece using a grinding tool. Most grinding machines use a grinding wheel rotating at a high speed for grinding, and the grinding machine is clamped on a grinding machine back plate by a clamping device before machining.
At present, when the plate is processed through the grinding machine, the plate needs to be fixed on the back plate of the grinding machine through the clamping device, after the upper edge is processed, the clamping device is disassembled, the plate is lifted through the travelling crane and manually rotated, the plate is clamped on the back plate again, the other edge is processed, the circulation is performed, four sides are processed, the operation is complex, the manual cooperation travelling crane is low in rotation speed, the processing efficiency is low, and potential safety hazards exist when an operator operates.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the existing grinding machine for processing the plate, and provides a double-layer clamp for the grinding machine, wherein the plate to be processed is clamped through a double-layer clamp base and a clamping mechanism arranged on the double-layer clamp base, the double-layer clamp base can rotate through a main shaft and a back plate, an operator is matched with the double-layer clamp base to finish the rotation of the plate under the condition that the clamping mechanism is not dismounted, and a cushion block at the bottom is matched with the double-layer clamp base to ensure the perpendicularity of the plate during processing, so that the peripheral processing effect of the plate is better, the processing efficiency is higher, the clamping direction is not required to be changed by crane lifting, and the double-layer clamp is time-saving and labor-saving.

The screw rod can drive the movable clamp head seat to advance or retreat along the guide rail, so that the detachable clamp head is driven to adapt to the requirements of different processed plates, the plates are clamped, the side edge of the movable clamp head seat is provided with a dimension line, the same clamping amount at two sides is convenient to adjust, and the processed plates can be placed more reasonably.
Preferably, diamond stripes are arranged on the back surface of the pressing backing plate. The diamond-shaped stripes increase the friction force of the pressing pad. Preferably, the cushion block is of a trapezoid structure, a lightening hole is formed in the middle of the cushion block, a triangular groove is formed in the bottom surface of the cushion block, and a multistage step top surface is arranged at the top of the cushion block.
Preferably, a plurality of groups of dustproof grooves are formed in the periphery of the front plate. And a dust cover is further arranged on the dust groove, and covers the front plate and the rear plate, so that waste scraps and cooling liquid are prevented from entering, and the machining precision is ensured.
Preferably, the base fixing mechanism comprises connecting bolts, the connecting bolts penetrate through the back plate and are matched with threaded holes in the back plate, a plurality of groups of connecting pins are arranged around the connecting bolts, and the connecting pins are uniformly arranged.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

(2) The double-layer clamp for the grinding machine is provided with the clamping mechanisms, the plates can be clamped by the clamping mechanisms, the plates are pressed and fixed on the front plate by the clamping mechanisms arranged on four sides, and when the top edge of the plates is processed, the upper clamping mechanism can be detached, so that the processing is convenient, and the four sides can be processed;
(3) According to the double-layer fixture for the grinding machine, the cushion blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the double-layer fixture, so that the verticality of the clamped plates can be guaranteed by matching the cushion blocks with the front plate, and the four-side parallelism of the plates during processing is guaranteed.
(4) According to the double-layer clamp for the grinding machine, the movable clamp seat of the clamping mechanism can penetrate into the space between the front plate and the rear plate through the rotation of the screw rod, and the movable clamp seat is matched with the guide rail to enter and exit stably, so that the dismounting can be ensured when the top edge is processed, the processing is safe and reliable, the cushion block on the bottom surface needs to be extracted, the movable clamp seat can be rotated through the screw rod to lift the plate, the extraction of the cushion block is facilitated, and the rotation of the main shaft is ensured.
(5) According to the double-layer fixture for the grinding machine, the 90-degree square is arranged on one side, and the vertical of the clamping mechanism can be ensured through the 90-degree square, so that the vertical of a plate is ensured, and the machining precision is improved.
(6) According to the double-layer clamp for the grinding machine, the dustproof groove is formed in the front plate, so that impurities such as scraps and cooling liquid generated in the machining process can be drained, and the impurities can be prevented from entering between the front plate and a machined plate, and the machining precision is prevented from being affected.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-9, 11 and 12, the double-layer fixture for the grinding machine comprises a back plate 9, a grinding machine workbench 10 and four double-layer fixture bases arranged on the back plate 9, wherein the double-layer fixture bases are rotatably connected with the back plate 9 through a main shaft 6, the main shaft 6 penetrates through the back plate 9 and is tightly pressed on the back plate 9 through a main shaft fixing assembly 8, clamping mechanisms 3 are arranged on four sides of the double-layer fixture bases, base fixing mechanisms 7 fixed with the back plate 9 are arranged at the rear of the double-layer fixture bases, cushion blocks 5 used for assisting in machining of parallelism of plates are arranged on the grinding machine workbench 10, and the four base fixing mechanisms 7 are circumferentially arranged between the back plate 9 and the double-layer fixture bases. The double-layer clamp base comprises a front plate 1, and the rear part of the front plate 1 is fixedly connected with a rear plate 2 through a plurality of groups of connecting plates 11 which are uniformly arranged. A plurality of groups of dustproof grooves 1-1 are arranged around the front plate 1.
As shown in fig. 12, the rear end of the detachable chuck 3-2 is provided with an outer chamfer for easy insertion on the movable chuck base 3-1.
The pressing backing plate 3-5 is eccentrically arranged, a positioning groove which is matched with the pressing jackscrew 3-4 is formed in the pressing backing plate, a crank of the pressing backing plate 3-5 can be rotated, the pressing backing plate 3-5 is pressed on a processed plate, and the plate is fixed.
The use process of the invention is as follows:
The size of the plate to be processed is larger than that of a double-layer clamp for a grinding machine, when the double-layer clamp is used, the plate to be processed is hoisted on the front plate 1 through a crane, a cushion block 5 is padded at the bottom, the parallelism of the plate is ensured, the plate is clamped on the front plate 1 through a clamping mechanism 3, the double-layer clamp base is fixed through a base fixing mechanism 7, the front plate 1 is ensured to be fixed, the plate is enabled to be vertical through the front plate 1 and the cushion block 5, after the top edge is processed, a top grinding head is removed, the clamping mechanism 3 at the top edge is clamped, when the clamping mechanism is clamped, a movable clamping head seat 3-1 is screwed out through a screw rod 3-6, a detachable clamping head 3-2 is inserted into a groove of the movable clamping head seat 3-1 and is fixed through a connecting rod 3-8, the plate is pressed on the front plate 1 through a pressing base plate 3-5 and a pressing jackscrew 3-4 fixed on the connecting seat 3-3, opening a base fixing mechanism 7, unscrewing a fixing bolt and nut assembly 8-2, rotating a double-layer clamp base, matching a cushion block 5 to rotate a plate by 180 degrees, ensuring that the opposite side of the plate rotates to the uppermost surface, arranging the cushion block 5 below a machined plane, ensuring the parallelism of the plate and the machined surface, then disassembling a detachable chuck 3-2 at the top edge, fixing the double-layer clamp base by the base fixing mechanism 7, screwing the fixing bolt and nut assembly 8-2 at the rear side of a main shaft 6 to fix the fixing bolt and nut assembly, machining the opposite side, rotating the plate by 90 degrees after machining is finished, tightly attaching the clamping mechanism 3 to the right-angle edge of a 90-degree square 4 at one side of the equipment, and ensuring the perpendicularity of the machined surface and the machined finished surface, and rotating by 180 degrees after machining the surface.
Example two
As shown in fig. 10, the base fixing mechanism 7 includes a connecting bolt 7-4, the connecting bolt 7-4 penetrates through the back plate 9 and is matched with a threaded hole on the back plate 2, and a group of connecting pins 7-5 are arranged around the connecting bolt 7-4. The connecting hole terminal surface that main shaft 6 runs through all is equipped with the V-arrangement mouth, and a set of connecting pin 7-5 corresponds the four holes of A, B, C, D on backplate 9 upper and lower left and right sides four directions, and backplate 9 standing edge all is equipped with the sign, and during the rotation processing, can put the hole that reaches the position with this connecting pin 7-5 and fix a position, easy operation is convenient, reduces intensity of labour, and main shaft 6 can adopt the pipe processing, guarantees the machining precision of machined part more easily in the processing, and the rest is the same as embodiment one.
The invention is mainly applied to the place where the plate is clamped in the grinding machine processing.
