s9, cleaning: performing air drying treatment on the workpiece subjected to the anti-corrosion treatment, aligning a cleaning needle with high water pressure to an assembly hole of the hardware fitting, spraying a high-pressure water column into the assembly hole of the hardware fitting through the cleaning needle, forming a high-speed high-pressure vortex in the assembly hole of the hardware fitting by the high-pressure water column, cleaning the assembly hole of the hardware fitting, removing a rubber column, and performing air drying again to obtain a finished hardware fitting product;
and S10, packaging.
Preferably, in step S1, the blank is AL aluminum material, and the stamping oil is stamping oil of a sulfur-chlorine composite additive.

s8, antiseptic treatment: plugging a rubber column in the assembly hole of the hardware fitting after the grinding treatment and performing anti-corrosion treatment, wherein the anti-corrosion treatment is chromate oxidation treatment;
s9, cleaning: performing air drying treatment on the workpiece subjected to the anti-corrosion treatment, aligning a cleaning needle with high water pressure to an assembly hole of the hardware fitting, spraying a high-pressure water column into the assembly hole of the hardware fitting through the cleaning needle, forming a high-speed high-pressure vortex in the assembly hole of the hardware fitting by the high-pressure water column, cleaning the assembly hole of the hardware fitting, removing a rubber column, and performing air drying again to obtain a finished hardware fitting product;
and S10, packaging.
Compared with the traditional CNC direct processing technology for the aluminum material, the CNC is adopted for local precision processing after hardware is stamped, so that the CNC processing times and the waste of raw materials can be reduced, the processing period is shortened, and the labor and the cost are reduced. s8, antiseptic treatment: plugging a rubber column in the assembly hole of the hardware fitting after grinding treatment and performing anti-corrosion treatment;
s9, cleaning: performing air drying treatment on the workpiece subjected to the anti-corrosion treatment, aligning a cleaning needle with high water pressure to an assembly hole of the hardware fitting, spraying a high-pressure water column into the assembly hole of the hardware fitting through the cleaning needle, forming a high-speed high-pressure vortex in the assembly hole of the hardware fitting by the high-pressure water column, cleaning the assembly hole of the hardware fitting, removing a rubber column, and performing air drying again to obtain a finished hardware fitting product;
and S10, packaging.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S1, the blank is AL aluminum, and the stamping oil is a stamping oil containing a sulfur-chlorine compound additive.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flat plate structure after the parts are spread out is punched and formed on the plate material by a punch in one or more steps in step S2.
