Crushing the crushed garbage into bulk through a material lifting shovel, throwing the bulk into a tank body of a first separation device, blowing the bulk upwards from the bottom by a high-pressure fan to separate plastic harmful substances from useful garbage in the garbage, instantly burning the plastic harmful substances floating at high altitude through a high-pressure flame thrower, sucking and recycling unburned plastic residues and harmful gases by a dust collection cover, discharging the useful garbage from the bottom of the tank body and conveying the useful garbage to a compression box, extruding 80% of water to form a dry cake shape, and conveying the dry cake of the garbage to a cutting crusher to cut and crush the dry cake into powder; and the powder garbage enters a second separation device again to destroy residual harmful residues in the powder garbage, and finally the organic composite soil is obtained. Background
The pollution of the domestic garbage is plastic and chemical fiber toxic products, the harmful treatment mode aiming at the domestic garbage at present is basically manual classification treatment, and the cost is too high after years of practice and is difficult to implement. Therefore, the common domestic garbage disposal method is to bury or pile up the domestic garbage and then burn the domestic garbage. In recent years, the nation gives high attention to environmental protection and treatment of municipal domestic waste, and invests a large amount of financial resources, material resources and manpower for treatment and control. Because of the relative lag in processing equipment and technology, the goal of ideal and effective processing is far from being achieved. The method is far from the road requirements of harmless treatment, reduction, resource utilization and industrialization of household garbage treatment.

The invention aims to provide a method for preparing organic composite soil from household garbage, which can realize harmless, quantitative reduction, recycling and industrial treatment modes of the household garbage.

(3) conveying the flocculent domestic garbage to a first separating device, shoveling and beating the flocculent domestic garbage by a toothed winnowing blade, raising the flocculent domestic garbage into a bulk and throwing the flocculent domestic garbage into a tank body of the first separating device, blowing the flocculent domestic garbage upwards from the bottom by a high-pressure fan at the bottom of the tank body, floating harmful substances of plastics and chemical fibers in the garbage in the upper space of the tank body by utilizing the difference of specific gravity of the plastics and the chemical fibers and other domestic garbage, quickly separating the harmful substances from useful garbage, instantly burning the plastic and chemical fibers floating in the upper space of the tank body by a high-pressure flame thrower, sucking and recycling unburnt plastic residues and harmful gases by a dust collection cover of the first separating device, and discharging the useful garbage from the bottom of the;
(4) conveying the useful garbage to a compression box of an extrusion device, extruding 80% of water by high-strength extrusion to form a dry cake, and allowing the extruded garbage sewage to flow into a methane tank or a municipal sewage pipe network through a pipeline;
(5) conveying the garbage formed into the dry cake into a cutting box of a cutting crusher for cutting and crushing to obtain powder;
(6) and conveying the powder garbage to a second separation device with the same structure as the first separation device, destroying residual harmful residues in the powder garbage in a tank body of the second separation device, finally obtaining organic composite soil, and conveying the organic composite soil to a stock yard for stacking.

The organic composite soil and the garbage sewage are used for methane fermentation, and methane formed by fermentation is used as fuel of a high-pressure flame thrower.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the beneficial effects that:
the problems that the existing garbage treatment process is too high in cost, complex in process, high in consumption, difficult to popularize, secondary pollution and the like are solved, particularly, the pollution-free and zero-emission can be realized by adopting the first separating device and the second separating device for twice aerial flame spraying treatment, the garbage treatment can be fully automated, the cost is ultralow, and the garbage treatment can be completed at one time. The invention has the advantages of large or small treatment mode, high popularization rate, applicability to large and small cities and towns, solves the problems of long-distance transportation, overhigh cost and the like in garbage treatment, and has strong popularization operability and practicability.

Referring to fig. 1, the method for preparing organic composite soil from domestic garbage according to this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 1, garbage enters a closed plant area, the scale of the plant area can be large or small, and the land occupation is generally 10-300 mu; classifying the garbage in a factory area, and separating domestic garbage and construction garbage; the construction waste can be treated by the existing mature treatment technology.
And 2, loading the domestic garbage (wet garbage) separated in the step 1 into a feeding box by using a hook machine or a forklift, enabling a conveying belt to penetrate through a discharge port at the lower part of the feeding box, enabling the domestic garbage in the feeding box to uniformly fall on the conveying belt to form a thin layer, conveying the thin layer to a cutting machine by using the conveying belt, cutting the thin layer into strips, and smashing the strips into flocculent shapes by using a rolling fork.
Step 3, conveying the flocculent household garbage obtained in the step 2 to a first separating device, wherein the first separating device is provided with a tank body, a feeding opening is formed in the tank body, a toothed material raising shovel is arranged at the feeding opening, and the flocculent household garbage is raised into a scattered state and thrown into the tank body through the rotating striking of the toothed material raising shovel; the bottom of the tank body is provided with a high pressure fan, the bulk garbage is blown upwards from the bottom by the high pressure fan, and the plastic and chemical fiber harmful substances in the garbage float in the upper space of the tank body by utilizing the difference of the specific gravity of the plastic and chemical fiber and other domestic garbage, so that the plastic and chemical fiber harmful substances are quickly separated from the useful garbage; the high-pressure flame thrower is arranged on the tank body, and plastic and chemical fiber harmful substances floating at high altitude in the tank body are instantaneously combusted through the high-pressure flame thrower; the upper part of the tank body is provided with a dust hood, unburned plastic residues and harmful gases are sucked away and recovered through the dust hood, and useful garbage is discharged from a discharge port at the bottom of the tank body and is conveyed to a material warehouse.
And 4, conveying the useful garbage obtained in the step 3 to a compression box of an extrusion device, wherein the compression box is of an upper high-strength extrusion structure and a lower high-strength extrusion structure, the useful garbage is extruded at high strength, 80% of water is extruded to form a dry cake shape, and the extruded garbage sewage flows into a methane tank or a municipal sewage pipe network through a pipeline.
And 5, conveying the dried garbage cakes obtained in the step 4 to a cutting crusher through a conveying belt, and cutting and crushing the dried garbage cakes in a cutting box of the cutting crusher to obtain powder.
And 6, conveying the powdery garbage obtained in the step 5 to a second separation device, wherein the second separation device and the first separation device have the same structure and working principle, destroying residual harmful residues in the powdery garbage in a tank body of the second separation device, finally obtaining organic composite soil, and conveying the organic composite soil to a stock yard for stacking.
The organic composite soil obtained in the embodiment of the invention is used for preparing organic fertilizer; the biogas fermentation tank can be conveyed together with garbage sewage to generate biogas through solar high-temperature fermentation, and the biogas is effectively recycled and stored for civil fuel or biogas power generation, particularly can be used as fuel of a high-pressure flame thrower of a first separation device and a second separation device, realizes self-sufficiency of fuel in garbage treatment, and residual waste residues after biogas fermentation can also be used for preparing organic fertilizers; can also be used for landfill and soil improvement; forming a circular economy.

(4) conveying the useful garbage to a compression box of an extrusion device, extruding 80% of water by high-strength extrusion to form a dry cake shape, and allowing the extruded garbage sewage to flow into a methane tank or a municipal sewage pipe network through a pipeline;
(5) conveying the garbage formed into the dry cake into a cutting box of a cutting crusher for cutting and crushing to obtain powder;
