Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数比的原料:水泥170‑300份;漂珠30‑60份;EVA泡沫颗粒50‑100份;胶粉3‑5份;纤维素醚2‑4份;纤维0.5‑1.75份;减水剂1.5‑2.5份。本发明公开的楼地面保温隔声砂浆使用废旧EVA颗粒作为保温隔声功能组分,能够有效提高分户楼板的保温隔热性能和撞击声隔声性能。并且废旧EVA颗粒的使用不仅实现了资源的再生利用,还可降低楼地面保温隔声砂浆的成本。

Description

一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,属于建筑材料生产技术领域。
背景技术
分户楼板作为分隔不同住户的建筑构件,其隔声性能的好坏对邻里关系有着极为重要的影响。通常,120mm厚的钢筋混凝土楼板的空气声隔声量为48~50dB。再加上楼板上的面层材料,这将会进一步提高楼地面的空气声隔声性能,能够很好的满足《民用建筑隔声设计规范》GB50118-2010中的相关要求。但是,楼板的撞击声压级通常在80dB以上,远达不到要求。对此,常用的改善分户楼板撞击声隔声性能的做法构造浮筑楼板,即在楼板上铺设隔声减振垫,再在隔声减振垫上浇筑细石混凝土。该做法虽然能够很好的改善楼板撞击声的隔声性能,但操作复杂,容易形成声桥。并且,浮筑楼板构造不能有效改善分户楼板的保温性能,使得分户楼板成为建筑物节能减排的短板。
而楼地面保温隔声砂浆兼具保温、隔声功能,在改善分户楼板隔声性能的同时,提高楼板的保温隔热性能,降低能耗。并且,保温隔声砂浆具有构造简单、操作方便、工期短、造价低的特点。目前,楼地面保温隔声砂浆主要使用漂珠、废旧橡胶粉和聚苯颗粒作为保温、隔声功能组分。其中,废旧橡胶粉虽能降低砂浆的动弹性模量,提高砂浆的隔声性能,但不利于提高砂浆的保温性能。而聚苯颗粒虽能提高砂浆的保温性能,但其不利于降低砂浆的撞击声隔声性能。且废旧橡胶粉和聚苯颗粒与水泥基体的粘结较差,会显著降低砂浆的强度。因此,其掺量不宜过高。这不利于进一步提高砂浆的保温隔声性能。而EVA泡沫颗粒具有大量密闭泡孔,弹性极好,能够有效吸收楼地面收到撞击时产生的振动能量,从而减小楼地面撞击声。并且,大量的密闭泡孔不利用热量的传播,能够提高砂浆的保温性能。并且,将废旧EVA泡沫破碎后用于楼地面保温隔声中,能够实现资源的再生利用,节能环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,该砂浆能够有效改善分户楼板的保温和隔声性能,并且施工方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述楼地面保温隔声砂浆包括下列重量份数比的原料:水泥170-300份;漂珠30-600份;EVA泡沫颗粒50-100份;胶粉3-5份;纤维素醚2-4份;纤维2-4份;减水剂1.5-2.5份。
进一步的,所述水泥为抗压强度大于42.5的硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥。
进一步的,所述漂珠为外表光滑的球形颗粒,堆积密度为300kg/m3左右,粒径为30~70目,中空球形率大于或等于95%。
进一步的,所述的EVA泡沫颗粒为乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)泡沫颗粒,由EVA泡沫材料经破碎处理所得,堆积密度小于100kg/m3,粒径为1-5mm。
进一步的,所述胶粉为可再分散乳胶粉。
进一步的,所述纤维素醚为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
进一步的,所述减水剂为粉末状聚羧酸高效减水剂。
进一步的,所述纤维为短切聚丙烯纤维。
本发明使用漂珠、EVA泡沫颗粒作为保温、隔声功能组分,能够有效提高砂浆的保温隔声性能。并且,所用EVA泡沫颗粒是EVA发泡鞋底或EVA发泡垫材经粉碎处理所得,实现了资源回收再利用,同时也降低了砂浆的成本以及分户楼板保温隔声工程的造价。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,由下列重量份数的原料组成:P.Ⅱ42.5硅酸盐水泥200份;30-70目漂珠30份;1-5mm废旧EVA泡沫颗粒50份;胶粉3份;纤维素醚2份;纤维1份;减水剂2份。
本实施例制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆的性能指标如下:
干密度:320kg/m3;抗压强度:1.7MPa;抗折强度:0.73MPa;导热系数:0.062W/(m·K);30mm后的保温隔声砂浆的撞击声改善量:31dB。
实施例2
一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,由下列重量份数的原料组成:P.Ⅱ42.5硅酸盐水泥250份;30-70目漂珠50份;1-5mm废旧EVA泡沫颗粒100份;胶粉4份;纤维素醚3份;纤维1.5份;减水剂2.5份。
本实施例制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆的性能指标如下:
干密度:280kg/m3;抗压强度:1.3MPa;抗折强度:0.66MPa;导热系数:0.060W/(m·K);30mm后的保温隔声砂浆的撞击声改善量:35dB。
实施例3
一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,由下列重量份数的原料组成:P.Ⅱ52.5硅酸盐水泥250份;30-70目漂珠70份;1-5mm目废旧EVA泡沫颗粒100份;胶粉4份;纤维素醚3份;纤维1.5份;减水剂2.5份。
本实施例制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆的性能指标如下:
干密度:290kg/m3;抗压强度:1.8MPa;抗折强度:0.75MPa;导热系数:0.060W/(m·K);30mm后的保温隔声砂浆的撞击声改善量:34dB。
应当指出上述实施实例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定,这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:水泥170-300份;漂珠30-60份;EVA泡沫颗粒50-100份;胶粉3-5份;纤维素醚2-4份;纤维0.5-1.75份;减水剂1.5-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述水泥为抗压强度大于42.5的硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述漂珠为外表光滑的球形颗粒,堆积密度为300kg/m3左右,粒径为30~70目,中空球形率大于或等于95%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述的EVA泡沫颗粒为乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)泡沫颗粒,由废旧EVA泡沫材料经破碎处理所得,堆积密度小于100kg/m3左右,粒径为1-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述胶粉为可再分散乳胶粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述减水剂为粉末状聚羧酸高效减水剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种利用EVA废料制备的楼地面保温隔声砂浆,其特征在于,所述纤维为短切聚丙烯纤维。
