本发明公开了一种风光储一体化景观凉亭,包括凉亭主体(1)、位于所述凉亭主体(1)底部的凉亭基座(2)、位于所述凉亭主体(1)顶部的亭顶(3),所述凉亭基座(2)内设有总控制器模块及储能电池,所述凉亭主体(1)设有两层,第二层设有垂直轴风力发电机(6),第一、二层间隔的外周设有重檐(7),所述亭顶(3)、所述重檐(7)上均敷设琉璃瓦造型的光伏发电组件,所述光伏发电组件、所述垂直轴风力发电机(6)分别与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,以对太阳能发电及风能发电产生的电能进行控制、传送和存储。本发明可广泛应用于户外公共设施领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种户外公共设施,尤其涉及一种风光储一体化景观凉亭。
背景技术
传统的风力发电装置都是比较生硬的外形,且在适应环境上也有很多限制,不能完全发挥它对人类应有的贡献。另外,现有的太阳能发电装置普遍应用于房顶等平坦处,其也没有充分利用更广阔的空间,因此局限性较强。所以,对风力发电和太阳能发电等清洁能源进行延伸研发和利用,是一项非常有意义和发展前景的事业。
传统凉亭造型简单、性能单一,只能作为公园内的一个景观个游客小憩的地方,浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种利用风力和太阳能发电于一体且可存储的风光储一体化景观凉亭,该风光储一体化景观凉亭能够更充分的利用风能和太阳能清洁能源,满足电力需求的同时,清洁环保,且具有美化城乡环境的效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括凉亭主体、位于所述凉亭主体底部的凉亭基座、位于所述凉亭主体顶部的亭顶,所述凉亭基座内设有总控制器模块及储能电池,所述凉亭主体设有两层,第二层设有垂直轴风力发电机,第一、二层间隔的外周设有重檐,所述亭顶、所述重檐上均敷设光伏发电组件,所述光伏发电组件、所述垂直轴风力发电机分别与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,以对太阳能发电及风能发电产生的电能进行控制、传送和存储。
所述景观凉亭的外轮廓上布设LED灯条,所述LED灯条与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接。
所述光伏发电组件呈琉璃瓦状造型,与所述亭顶3、所述重檐7的形状相适配。
所述垂直轴风力发电机的发电功率为20~50kW。
所述光伏发电组件的总发电功率为5~10kW。
所述亭顶的顶部设有避雷针。
所述亭顶的顶部设有用于移动通信信号的传送和接收的通讯天线。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明包括凉亭主体、位于所述凉亭主体底部的凉亭基座、位于所述凉亭主体顶部的亭顶,所述凉亭基座内设有总控制器模块及储能电池,所述凉亭主体设有两层,第二层设有垂直轴风力发电机,第一、二层间隔的外周设有重檐,所述亭顶、所述重檐上均敷设光伏发电组件,所述光伏发电组件、所述垂直轴风力发电机分别与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,以对太阳能发电及风能发电产生的电能进行控制、传送和存储;本发明通过设置所述垂直轴风力发电机、所述光伏发电组件,利用风、光两种发电单元产生电能,通过所述储能电池将当前系统产生的电力储存起来,可以全天候利用清洁免费的自然能提供电力来源,将风、光发电系统完美的结合起来加以利用;同时,本发明将风、光发电及储能和景观凉亭相结合,使凉亭成为新能源的一部分,它不但美观,而且在设计上与艺术相结合,它设计新颖、造型美精,用材上乘,制作工艺考究精良,所以既可以作为公园景观的一部分,更提高了凉亭作为景观的观赏性,又可以产生清洁的电力,将有限的资源作最大化的利用,更是与全球节能环保的大环境极为贴切,具有美化城乡环境的效果,使新能源系统不再显得单调、无趣,使得风光发电系统也充满生机,本发明不但可以产生清洁的电力,可以单独使用,也可以组成阵列作为风力发电站使用,所产生的电力既可以自身使用,也可以并入电网,大量投入使用后将为社会创造极大经济效益和社会效益,还可以利用它对人们进行科普教育和环境保护教育,是一个利国利民利子孙的新能源项目,本项目通过自主研发设计、试生产及项目现场实际试用,对试用效果进行抗风、抗倒伏、风、光发电能力及效率、电能质量等多方面的测试和试验,各方面性能都达到设计要求,效果十分显著,取得完美成功;故本发明是一种利用风力和太阳能发电于一体且可存储的风光储一体化景观凉亭,该风光储一体化景观凉亭能够更充分的利用风能和太阳能清洁能源,满足电力需求的同时,清洁环保,且具有美化城乡的效果。

如图1所示,本实施例的风光储一体化景观凉亭包括凉亭主体1、位于所述凉亭主体1底部的凉亭基座2、位于所述凉亭主体1顶部的亭顶3,所述凉亭基座2内设有总控制器模块及储能电池,所述亭顶3的顶部设有避雷针5,以防止雷击产生破坏,所述亭顶3的顶部设有用于移动通信信号的传送和接收的通讯天线4,所述通讯天线4可作为5G基站使用,所述凉亭基座2采用混凝土框架结构,砖石垒砌,大理石饰面,所述凉亭主体1的梁柱采用钢结构制作,油漆饰面,所述凉亭主体1设有两层,第一层为凉亭亭间,第二层设有垂直轴风力发电机6,第一、二层间隔的外周设有重檐7,所述亭顶3、所述重檐7上均敷设光伏发电组件,所述光伏发电组件呈琉璃瓦状造型,与所述亭顶3、所述重檐7的形状相适配,所述光伏发电组件、所述垂直轴风力发电机6分别与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,以对太阳能发电及风能发电产生的电能进行控制、传送和存储,所述景观凉亭的外轮廓上布设LED灯条,所述LED灯条与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,可在夜间焕发光彩,让它不再显得单调、无趣,不再需要市政电网的接入,节约人力物力和运行成本以及社会资源,本实施例中,所述垂直轴风力发电机8的发电功率为20~50kW,所述光伏发电组件的总发电功率为5~10kW,本实施例的风光储一体化景观凉亭设计为六角形凉亭,当然也可以可以根据需要设计成其他各类造型。

1.一种风光储一体化景观凉亭,其特征在于:包括凉亭主体(1)、位于所述凉亭主体(1)底部的凉亭基座(2)、位于所述凉亭主体(1)顶部的亭顶(3),所述凉亭基座(2)内设有总控制器模块及储能电池,所述凉亭主体(1)设有两层,第二层设有垂直轴风力发电机(6),第一、二层间隔的外周设有重檐(7),所述亭顶(3)、所述重檐(7)上均敷设光伏发电组件,所述光伏发电组件、所述垂直轴风力发电机(6)分别与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接,以对太阳能发电及风能发电产生的电能进行控制、传送和存储。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风光储一体化景观凉亭,其特征在于:所述景观凉亭的外轮廓上布设LED灯条,所述LED灯条与所述总控制器模块及所述储能电池电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风光储一体化景观凉亭,其特征在于:所述光伏发电组件呈琉璃瓦状造型,与所述亭顶(3)、所述重檐(7)的形状相适配。
