Abstract

When the supporting frame 1 is subjected to an upward impact force, for the lower side buffering assembly, the supporting frame 1 transmits the impact force to the suspension beam 6 through the base 5, two ends of the suspension beam 6 press the springs 7 upwards, the springs 7 press the connecting rod 8 upwards, the other end of the connecting rod 8 pulls the rubber connecting block 10 downwards, and the rubber connecting block 10 applies a downward pulling force to the heat sink 4, so that a part of the upward impact force applied to the heat sink 4 is offset, and the heat sink 4 is kept in a basically stable state. The rubber joint block 10 may be slightly deformed to protect the heat sink 4 and the joint thereof from being deformed by tension, but the deformation amount of the rubber joint block 10 is small with respect to the deformation amount of the spring 7, so that a downward tensile force can be effectively transmitted to the heat sink 4.
When the supporting frame 1 is subjected to upward impact force, for the upper side buffer assembly, the supporting frame 1 transmits the impact force to the radiator 4 and the buffer assembly through the transverse connecting piece 2, and the spring 7 of the buffer assembly upwards presses the end part of the suspension beam 6, so that the middle part of the suspension beam 6 has a downward deformation tendency, a downward pulling force is applied to the top edge of the supporting frame 1, a part of the upward impact force applied to the supporting frame 1 is offset, and the supporting frame 1 is quickly stabilized.
The suspension beam 6 comprises a fixing part 11 and force transmission parts 12 positioned at two ends of the fixing part 11, the fixing part 11 is arranged on the base 5, the fixing part 11 arches towards one side of the radiator 4, the force transmission part 12 sinks towards one side of the transverse edge of the supporting frame 1, and the spring 7 is arranged on the force transmission part 12. When the supporting frame 1 is subjected to upward impact force, the force transmission part 12 extrudes the spring 7 upwards for the buffer component on the lower side, and the spring 7 extrudes the connecting rod and then is subjected to the reaction force of the connecting rod 8, so that the force transmission part 12 is extruded downwards, the force transmission part 12 is slightly deformed, the vibration energy of the spring is absorbed, and the spring is rapidly stabilized.

A passenger car radiator support is characterized by comprising a supporting frame, transverse connecting pieces and longitudinal connecting pieces, wherein the left side and the right side of a radiator are respectively connected with the supporting frame through the transverse connecting pieces, and the upper side and the lower side of the radiator are respectively connected with the supporting frame through the longitudinal connecting pieces; the longitudinal connecting piece comprises a base, a suspension beam and a buffering assembly, the base is fixed in the middle of the transverse edge of the supporting frame, the middle of the suspension beam is fixedly installed on the base, the suspension beam is horizontally suspended between the radiator and the supporting frame, the left end and the right end of the suspension beam are respectively connected with the buffering assembly, the buffering assembly is installed on the radiator in a mirror image mode by taking the center of the suspension beam as a central line, and the buffering assembly can change the direction of the impact force of the supporting frame on the radiator to reduce the impact force, so that the radiator is kept stable.
