Abstract
本发明涉及一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,属于医疗器械技术领域,一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,该密闭组件包括硅胶套、伸缩套及密封套,气管镜的镜身依次通过所述硅胶套、伸缩套、密封套的内部,在所述硅胶套外圆周设置的卡簧可将镜身夹紧,在所述硅胶套内部靠近下端开口处的内侧圆周上设有硅胶套弹性瓣膜,所述密封套的下端开口密封固定在双腔支气管插管附件的台阶轴上;所述伸缩套的两端分别密封固定在所述硅胶套的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套的上端开口处的外圆周上。该发明可实现气管镜在操作过程中,该密闭组件不会使呼吸机漏气而导致检查中断,会让医生检查时间更充裕,有利于检查结果的真实性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件。
背景技术
支气管镜适用于做肺叶及支气管病变的观察,可进行活检采样、细菌学和细胞学检查、配合TV系统可进行摄影、示教和动态记录。现有支气管镜附有活检取样机构,能帮助发现早期病变,开展息肉摘除等体内外手术,对于支气管、肺疾病的研究和术后检查等来说是一种良好的精密仪器。
现有气管镜在插入双腔支气管插管附件上的硅胶膜过程中,遇到不同直径的气管镜,开口小、摩擦阻力较大,不能顺利插入抽出,必须采用刀片将硅胶薄膜切割成对称的四瓣,虽然可以插入进去,但是检查过程中抽拉或扭动时,由于呼吸机连通双腔支气管插管附件,导致非常容易漏气,患者会因缺氧造成检查中断,留给医生的有效检查时间很短,时间仓促,不利于清晰准确的检查结果,造成误诊。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种采用伸缩式密闭结构的气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,该密闭组件为中空结构且包括硅胶套、伸缩套及密封套,气管镜的镜身依次通过所述硅胶套、伸缩套、密封套的内部,并经双腔支气管插管附件进入双腔支气管插管;所述硅胶套为硅胶材料且其内部剖面为倒T形结构,在所述硅胶套外圆周设置的卡簧可将镜身夹紧固定在所述硅胶套内,在所述硅胶套内部靠近下端开口处的内侧圆周上设有硅胶套弹性瓣膜,所述镜身被所述硅胶套弹性瓣膜贴紧;所述密封套的下端开口密封固定在双腔支气管插管附件的台阶轴上;所述伸缩套为软质轻薄材料制成且可伸缩,所述伸缩套的长度大于所述气管镜的行程且其直径大于所述镜身的直径,所述伸缩套的两端分别密封固定在所述硅胶套的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套的上端开口处的外圆周上。
所述硅胶套内部靠近上端开口处为锥形漏斗状结构。
所述密封套靠近上端开口处的内侧圆周上设有呈锥形漏斗状的密封套弹性瓣膜。
所述伸缩套的材料为硅胶材料、塑料薄膜或乳胶材料。
所述伸缩套的长度大于所述气管镜操作的最大行程30cm。
所述伸缩套的两端通过卡环可拆卸的分别密封固定在所述硅胶套的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套的上端开口的外圆周上。
本发明具有以下积极效果:
通过设置硅胶套弹性瓣膜、密封套弹性瓣膜及密封的伸缩套保证了气管镜整个伸缩过程的两端都是密闭状态,中间不会漏气,不会因为漏气而检查中断,会让医生检查时间更充裕,有利于检查结果的真实性。
此外通过设置卡簧来固定镜身,由于伸缩套的长度大于现有内镜操作的最大行程,可保证镜身方便的插入及抽拉,且保证在操作的过程中呼吸机的气体不会通过该密闭组件泄漏。
该密闭组件是组合件,可以和现有的双腔支气管插管附件配套使用,连接简单快捷方便,更人性化,操作顺手,硅胶模具容易实现。

实施例:
参看附图1、2、3、4、5,一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,该密闭组件1为中空结构且包括硅胶套2、伸缩套3及密封套4,气管镜5的镜身6依次通过所述硅胶套2、伸缩套3、密封套4的内部,并经双腔支气管插管附件7进入双腔支气管插管8,该双腔支气管插管附件7可为现有市面上的插管附件,该双腔支气管插管附件7同时连通该密闭组件1、双腔支气管插管8及呼吸机13。
所述硅胶套2为硅胶材料且其内部剖面为倒T形结构,即其内部下半部分的内圆周直径大于上半部分的内圆周直径,在所述硅胶套2外圆周设置的卡簧9可将镜身6夹紧固定在所述硅胶套2内,为了避免卡簧9在夹紧时滑动,可将硅胶套2的外形设计为两头粗中间细的类似哑铃状结构,并在最细的外圆周上设置与卡簧9直径匹配的凹槽,以避免卡簧9滑动。
在所述硅胶套2内部靠近下端开口处的内侧圆周上设有硅胶套弹性瓣膜10,所述镜身6被所述硅胶套弹性瓣膜10贴紧,通过设置卡簧9夹紧镜身6及设置硅胶套弹性瓣膜10贴紧镜身6,可双重保证在该密闭组件1的上端不会漏气;所述密封套4的下端开口密封固定在双腔支气管插管附件7的台阶轴上;所述伸缩套3为软质轻薄材料制成且可伸缩,所述伸缩套3的长度大于所述气管镜5的行程且其直径大于所述镜身6的直径,通过此设计保证经身6能够在行程内插入双腔支气管插管内,以保证检查结果的有效性;所述伸缩套3的两端分别密封固定在所述硅胶套2的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套4的上端开口处的外圆周上。
所述硅胶套2内部靠近上端开口处为锥形漏斗状结构,所述密封套4靠近上端开口处的内侧圆周上设有呈锥形漏斗状的密封套弹性瓣膜11,通过设置锥形漏斗结构,更便于镜身6插入。
所述伸缩套3的材料为硅胶材料、塑料薄膜或乳胶材料,该类材料具备弹性且较柔软,便于医护人员操作。
所述伸缩套3的长度大于所述气管镜5操作的最大行程30cm。
所述伸缩套3的两端通过卡环12可拆卸的分别密封固定在所述硅胶套2的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套4的上端开口的外圆周上,通过卡环可拆卸的密封更便于日常清理及维护。
该密闭组件1的下端可通过密封套4密封固定在现有的双腔支气管插管附件7上,当镜身6插入该密闭组件1并进入双腔支气管插管8时,在卡簧9、卡环12、硅胶套弹性瓣膜10及密封套弹性瓣膜11的密封作用下,实现气管镜在操作过程中的整个伸缩套3两端都是密闭状态,在呼吸机13供气时不会导致漏气。

1.一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:该密闭组件(1)为中空结构且包括硅胶套(2)、伸缩套(3)及密封套(4),气管镜(5)的镜身(6)依次通过所述硅胶套(2)、伸缩套(3)、密封套(4)的内部,并经双腔支气管插管附件(7)进入双腔支气管插管(8);所述硅胶套(2)为硅胶材料且其内部剖面为倒T形结构,在所述硅胶套(2)外圆周设置的卡簧(9)可将镜身(6)夹紧固定在所述硅胶套(2)内,在所述硅胶套(2)内部靠近下端开口处的内侧圆周上设有硅胶套弹性瓣膜(10),所述镜身(6)被所述硅胶套弹性瓣膜(10)贴紧;所述密封套(4)的下端开口密封固定在双腔支气管插管附件(7)的台阶轴上;所述伸缩套(3)为软质轻薄材料制成且可伸缩,所述伸缩套(3)的长度大于所述气管镜(5)的行程且其直径大于所述镜身(6)的直径,所述伸缩套(3)的两端分别密封固定在所述硅胶套(2)的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套(4)的上端开口处的外圆周上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:所述硅胶套(2)内部靠近上端开口处为锥形漏斗状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:所述密封套(4)靠近上端开口处的内侧圆周上设有呈锥形漏斗状的密封套弹性瓣膜(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩套(3)的材料为硅胶材料、塑料薄膜或乳胶材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩套(3)的长度大于所述气管镜(5)操作的最大行程30cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种气管镜专用伸缩式密闭组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩套(3)的两端通过卡环(12)可拆卸的分别密封固定在所述硅胶套(2)的下端开口处的外圆周上及所述密封套(4)的上端开口的外圆周上。
