Realizing sustainable utilization of water resources, restraining the aggravation trend of water pollution and even recovering a good water environment are problems which need to be solved urgently.
The theory and application research of water pollution control and water ecological restoration is carried out by combining the requirements of large-scale water resource protection management of a drainage basin and the means of combining indoor tests and engineering application of a water environment research institute. Researches on the removal mechanism of different aquatic plant pollutants (particularly nutrient salt N, P causing water eutrophication) are carried out. In the aspect of polluted water ecology, by combining regional environmental characteristics, effective water pollution control and water ecological restoration research is developed in regions such as Taihu lake, Dian lake, official reservoir and ocean river reservoir, and comprehensive technical system research combining a water conservancy regulation and control technology for improving water quality and an ecological restoration technology is actively explored.
In the process of water environment test and pollution detection, a large number of personnel are needed to collect water samples in the field, wherein the sampling of rivers mostly needs to use sampling barrels to perform suspended sampling on bridges on river reach. In the current experiment, two main problems still exist in the sampling bucket: 1. the bucket is troublesome to carry, and the whole occupied volume of the bucket is large, so that the bucket is troublesome to carry by workers in the sampling process of each sampling point, and even the workers are hindered from moving in a special section, thereby causing great inconvenience; 2. the water inlet is slow, the operation is complex, due to the particularity of the sampling mode, workers need to suspend the sampling barrel for sampling at a higher position through the rope, the sampling barrel can reach 30-50 meters even from the water surface to the positions of the workers, under the condition, the light sampling barrel is difficult to enter the water under the action of wind power and water surface buoyancy, the sampling barrel can be gradually submerged in the water by complex operation, the dead weight of the sampling barrel enough to overcome the buoyancy is overlarge, and the sampling barrel is difficult to lift to the shore after being full of a water sample.
In order to solve the problems, various river water sampling devices are produced at the same time, but most high-end equipment is high in manufacturing cost and depends on import, and the equipment is difficult to popularize and use on a large scale.
Disclosure of Invention
