Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a building wall leakage repairing method.
Background
At present, in a building wall, an outer wall is a special part which is easy to leak, and the main reason for water leakage is that the wall cracks due to partial shrinkage, expansion, uneven settlement and the like of an internal concrete structure of the building wall caused by temperature and humidity changes, so that the water tightness of the concrete structure is reduced, and the wall leaks.
At present, the method for repairing the leakage caused by the wall crack by workers mostly adopts water-based adhesive cement for repairing, but when the concrete structure of the wall causes partial shrinkage, expansion and uneven settlement of the internal concrete structure due to temperature and humidity changes, the crack can still be generated, the leakage phenomenon occurs, and the leakage prevention effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a building wall leakage repairing method with a good leakage prevention effect.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a building wall leakage repairing method comprises the following steps:
s1, marking along the length direction of the wall crack to mark the repairing position;
s2, cutting a crack slot, wherein a worker cuts a plurality of reinforcing slots intersected with the crack on the wall surface;
s3, cutting the wall surface, namely cutting a groove by using a portable cutting machine, cutting the wall body in the marking area to form a repairing groove, wherein the cutting depth of the repairing groove reaches the surface of the wall masonry, and the farthest distance from the repairing groove to the crack is smaller than the farthest distance from the reinforcing groove to the crack;
s4, performing groove bottom treatment, wherein workers use tools to perform texturing treatment on the groove bottom and the groove walls of the repairing groove so as to improve the surface roughness of the groove bottom and the groove walls of the repairing groove;
s5, cleaning the crack, wherein workers use tools to perform ash cleaning treatment on the bottom of the repairing groove, the bottom of the crack and the bottom of the reinforcing groove and keep the repairing groove, the bottom of the crack and the bottom of the reinforcing groove dry, and a layer of interface waterproof agent is coated in the repairing groove and the reinforcing groove after the repairing groove and the reinforcing groove are dried;
s6, filling cracks, namely filling waterproof mortar into the cracks until the waterproof mortar is solidified;
s7, plastering by using a wire mesh, when the waterproof mortar in the crack is semi-solidified, paving the wire mesh at the bottom of the repairing groove, plastering by using the waterproof mortar, and watering and maintaining;
and S8, detecting decoration, painting the decoration layer, and detecting whether the dried repairing area has no crack or empty drum.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, utilize the drawknot effect of wire net, make whole repair groove form wholly, will warp poor even dispersion in whole repair inslot, make its ability that warp jointly increase, reinforce the design in groove, increase the area of repairing the wholeness in groove, area shared when increasing the wall warp, increase the joint strength of wall after repairing and original wall simultaneously, the wall after making the repair is difficult for arousing the partial shrink of inside concrete structure because of the humiture changes, and the crack produces when inflation and inhomogeneous settlement, and then the difficult risk that produces the wall seepage once more after repairing.
Preferably, in the crack filling process, a plurality of steel wires are placed in the crack filled with the waterproof mortar, and then the steel wires extending out of the crack are fixed with the wire mesh through binding or welding.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, increase and repair groove and fissured wholeness, increase the joint strength of wall after repairing and original wall body, the wall after messenger repairs is difficult for producing the crack because temperature and humidity change arouses when the part of inside concrete structure contracts, inflation and inhomogeneous settlement, and then is difficult for producing the risk of the wall seepage once more after repairing.
Preferably, the depth of the reinforcing groove is the same as that of the crack, the reinforcing groove is perpendicular to the length direction of the crossed crack, and the lengths of the reinforcing grooves on two sides of the crack are the same.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the adhesive force between waterproof mortar and the wall body in the increase crack, waterproof mortar is difficult for droing after solidifying in the crack, and when the crack was enlarged once, the setting up of reinforcing groove made it receive rather than the ascending resistance of vertical direction, and the crack is difficult for enlarging, and then is difficult for producing the risk of the wall seepage once more after repairing.
Preferably, two ends of the crack in the length direction are respectively provided with a limiting groove perpendicular to the extending direction of the crack, and the depth of the limiting groove is the same as that of the reinforcing groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the direction that makes the crack extend receives vertically resistance, and the crack is difficult for extending, and the wall after making the repair is difficult for producing the crack because of temperature and humidity change arouses when partial shrink, the inflation and the inhomogeneous settlement of inside concrete structure, and then is difficult for producing the risk of the wall seepage once more after the repair.
Preferably, one end of the reinforcing groove, which faces away from the crack, is provided with a stabilizing groove perpendicular to the reinforcing groove, and two ends of the limiting groove are respectively provided with a stabilizing groove parallel to each other and perpendicular to the limiting groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, increase the joint strength between both and the wall in spacing groove and the reinforcing groove, the bearing capacity is strengthened, makes the difficult continuation of the gap of wall expand the extension, reduces the probability that the wall of repairing the department takes place the seepage phenomenon once more.
Preferably, steel wires fixedly connected with the steel wire mesh are placed in the reinforcing groove, the limiting groove and the stabilizing groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, joint strength and wholeness between reinforcing repair groove, crack, reinforcing groove, spacing groove and the firm groove, with the poor homodisperse of deformation of wall, make its ability that warp jointly increase, the wall after making the repair is difficult for producing the crack when partly shrink, inflation and the inhomogeneous settlement that arouses inside concrete structure because of the humiture change, and then is difficult for producing the risk of the wall seepage once more after the repair.
Preferably, in the crack cleaning process, a hot air blower is used for carrying out hot drying on the cracks, the repairing grooves, the reinforcing grooves, the limiting grooves and the stabilizing grooves.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, get rid of the internal moisture of wall, prevent that the internal moisture of wall from influencing the repair effect in later stage.
Preferably, the repair groove around the crack is provided with a plurality of sections and is matched with the extending track of the crack, and the corresponding groove walls of the repair groove are arranged in parallel.
By adopting the technical scheme, in the crack repairing process, the operation and calculation of workers are convenient, and the working efficiency is accelerated.
In conclusion, the beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the repaired wall surface is not easy to generate cracks due to partial shrinkage, expansion and uneven settlement of the internal concrete structure caused by temperature and humidity changes, and further the risk of secondary leakage of the repaired wall surface is not easy to generate.
