技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化装置,尤其涉及一种维生素E生产废气净化装置。
背景技术
维生素E加工车间废气污染因子为工业粉尘、脂肪酸甲酯、醇类、烷烃、烯烃化合物、VOCs等恶臭气体以及无法生物降解的成分等污染物,虽然污染强度不大,但废气排放量大、污染成分复杂多变,尤其是废气中恶臭成分容易对周围环境、厂区环境造成较大的污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种维生素E生产废气净化装置,能够对维生素E生产加工产生的废气进行除尘、除臭等操作,从而降低维生素E生产加工废气对周围环境、厂区环境造成污染。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种维生素E生产废气净化装置,包括壳体、活性炭吸附装置、异味控制器和抽风机,其中,
所述壳体具有内腔,所述内腔一端开设有进气口,另一端开设有第一出气口;所述内腔内设置有从所述进气口向所述第一出气口方向依次排列的洗涤段、脱水段和复合光催化段;所述洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,所述复合光催化段位于第一出气口的一侧;所述洗涤段用于使气体中的臭味成分转移至液相以除去;所述脱水段设有脱水除湿层,所述脱水除湿层用于脱去气体中的水汽,以将气体中的絮状物拦截;所述复合光催化段设有紫外灯,用于分解或氧化气体中的恶臭分子;
所述活性炭吸附装置的进气端和所述第一出气口连通;
所述异味控制器的进气端和所述活性炭吸附装置的出气端连通;
所述抽风机用于使气体从所述进气口进入所述内腔,并依次经过所述洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置和所述异味控制器。
进一步地,所述洗涤段包括碱液洗涤段和除臭液洗涤段,所述碱液洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,所述除臭液洗涤段位于脱水段的一侧。
进一步地,所述碱液洗涤段包括多级第一交叉流洗池,所述第一交叉流洗池包括第一填料床和第一喷头,所述第一喷头用于朝所述第一填料床喷洒碱液。
进一步地,所述碱液洗涤段还包括第一循环水槽和第一循环泵,多级所述第一交叉流洗池分别与第一循环水槽连通,所述第一循环水槽用于回收碱液,所述第一循环泵的进端与所述第一循环水槽连通,所述第一循环泵的出端与所述第一喷头连通,用于给所述第一喷头输送碱液。
进一步地,所述碱液为氢氧化钠溶液。
进一步地,所述除臭液洗涤段包括多级第二交叉流洗池,所述第二交叉流洗池包括第二填料床和第二喷头,所述第二喷头用于朝所述第二填料床喷洒除臭液。

相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明设置洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置和异味控制器,如此,在抽风机的抽送作用下,废气依次经过洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置和异味控制器,而实现清除废气中的粉尘、颗粒物、絮状物和水溶性物质,以及硫化氢、氨及酸性分子、苯系物、VOCs等多种恶臭成分,如此,实现维生素E生产废气的净化。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
如图1所示的一种维生素E生产废气净化装置,包括壳体1、活性炭吸附装置2、异味控制器3和抽风机4,其中,
壳体1具有内腔,内腔一端开设有进气口,另一端开设有第一出气口;内腔内设置有从进气口向第一出气口方向依次排列的洗涤段、脱水段和复合光催化段;洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,复合光催化段位于第一出气口的一侧;洗涤段用于使气体中的臭味成分转移至液相以除去;脱水段设有脱水除湿层,脱水除湿层用于脱去气体中的水汽,以将气体中的絮状物拦截;复合光催化段设有紫外灯,用于分解或氧化气体中的恶臭分子;
活性炭吸附装置2的进气端和第一出气口连通;
异味控制器3的进气端和活性炭吸附装置2的出气端连通;
抽风机4用于使气体从进气口进入内腔,并依次经过洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置2和异味控制器3。在本实施例中,抽风机4优选为离心风机。
优选地,壳体1下方设置有支腿6,降低壳体1底部被腐蚀的可能。
在上述结构的基础上,使用本维生素E生产线废气净化装置时,维生素E生产线各岗位的废气,被集气罩和收集风管控制在固定的区域,在离心风机的作用下被送到洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置2和异味控制器3进行净化,以达到环保排放的目标。
作为本实施例中一种较佳的实施方式,洗涤段包括碱液洗涤段和除臭液洗涤段,碱液洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,除臭液洗涤段位于脱水段的一侧。
需要说明的是,碱液洗涤段包括多级第一交叉流洗池,第一交叉流洗池包括第一填料床和第一喷头,第一喷头用于朝第一填料床喷洒碱液。
另外,碱液洗涤段还包括第一循环水槽7和第一循环泵8,多级第一交叉流洗池分别与第一循环水槽7连通,第一循环水槽7用于回收碱液,第一循环泵8的进端与第一循环水槽7连通,第一循环泵8的出端与第一喷头连通,用于给第一喷头输送碱液。
值得一提的是,第一喷头可以为雾化头,用于将碱液雾化。
优选地,碱液为氢氧化钠溶液,即氢氧化钠与水的混合溶液。
具体地,碱液洗涤段是将废气收集和输送到多级第一交叉流洗池,在第一交叉流洗池中,气体水平地通过一个或多个第一填料床后得到净化。填料从顶部清洗,清洗液喷淋在填料顶部,流过填料后进入第一循环水槽7。在第一循环水槽7加入NaOH溶液,去除如NH3、H2S和硫醇类物质以及难分解的脂肪酸等。
用NaOH溶液做为洗涤剂时,硫化氢与氨气都有较好的去除效果。两种物质均能溶于水,而且能发生反应。氢硫酸是弱酸,在水中分级电离,氢硫酸是硫化氢气体的水溶液,是混合物,是易挥发的二元弱酸;而氨气极易溶于水溶液。

NaOH溶液对硫化氢有着较好的处理效果,其反应式如下:
H2S+2NaOH=Na2S+H2O(H2S足量)
H2S+NaOH=NaHS+H2O(H2S过量)
需要强调的是,除臭液洗涤段包括多级第二交叉流洗池,第二交叉流洗池包括第二填料床和第二喷头,第二喷头用于朝第二填料床喷洒除臭液。此处需要说明的是,除臭液可采用除臭液稀释溶液,即除臭液与水的混合溶液。
值得一提的是,除臭液洗涤段还包括第二循环水槽9和第二循环泵10,多级第二交叉流洗池分别与第二循环水槽9连通,第二循环水槽9用于回收除臭液,第二循环泵10的进端与第二循环水槽9连通,第二循环泵10的出端与第二喷头连通,用于给第二喷头输送除臭液。
值得一提的是,第二喷头可以为雾化头,用于将除臭液雾化。
优选地,除臭液中含有植物提取液,该植物提取液优选为NEW BIO-C除臭液,能有效的去除废气中的多种污染物。
更具体地,除臭液洗涤段是将废气收集和输送到多级第二交叉流洗池,在第二交叉流洗池中,气体水平地通过一个或多个第二填料床后得到净化。填料从顶部清洗,清洗液喷淋在填料顶部,流过填料后进入第二循环水槽9。在第二循环水槽9加入NEW BIO-C除臭液,能有效的去除废气中的多种污染物。
NEW BIO-C除臭液中含有脱臭粒子,脱臭粒子的表面不仅能有效地吸附空气中的异味分子,同时也促使吸附的异味分子的立体构型发生改变。脱臭粒子可以向臭气分子提供电子,加速与臭气分子发生反应;同时,吸附在脱臭粒子表面的臭气分子也能与空气中氧气发生反应。详细过程如下:
酸碱反应——如脱臭粒子中含有微量生物碱,它可以与硫化氢等酸性臭气分子反应。与一般酸碱反应不同的是,一般的碱是有毒的,不可食用的,不能生物降解的。而高纯度的植物提取液能进行生物降解,无毒。
催化氧化反应——如硫化氢等酸性气体在一般情况下,不能与空气中的氧进行反应。但在植物提取液的催化用下,可以与空气中的氧气发生反应。以硫化氢的反应为例:
R-NH2+H2S→R-NH3++SH-
R-NH2+SH-+O2+H2O→R-NH3+SO4 2-+OH-
R-NH3++OH-→R-NH2+H2O
氧化还原反应——例如甲醛具有氧化性,在植物液中有的有效分子具有还原性。它们可以直接进行反应。与甲醛和氨的反应:
HR-NH2+HCHO→R-HN2+H-C=CO2+H2O
R-NH2+NH3→R-NH2+N2+H2O
此时,废气依次经过碱液洗涤段、除臭液洗涤段后呈气液混合状态,为避免影响下一个处理工段,须经过高效脱水除湿层处理脱去气体中大部分的水汽。由于废气上升的惯性作用,水汽与脱水除湿层相碰撞而被附着在表面上,使得液滴越来越大,达到重力沉降。从而避免对后续中经过紫外灯等电器元件造成影响。之后,废气经过紫外灯,紫外灯发射紫外线,可进一步去除H2S、NH3和VOCs,具有较好的消毒和除臭效果。
经复合光催化反应后的废气,从第一出气口离开壳体1进入活性炭吸附装置2,在本实施例中,活性炭吸附装置2中设有碳床,由于活性炭是一种很细小的炭粒,有很大的表面积,而且炭粒中还有更细小的孔——毛细管。这种毛细管具有很强的吸附能力,由于炭粒的表面积很大,所以能与气体(杂质)充分接触。当这些气体(杂质)碰到毛细管被吸附,起净化作用(主要作用:去除大部分废气中的苯系物、非甲烷总烃、VOCs等有机物和恶臭浓度等)。活性炭吸附装置2中利用的活性炭吸附技术比较成熟、稳定,而且成本低廉,无毒无副作用,对硫化氢、氨气、甲醛、苯、挥发性有机物(VOC)的吸附效果很好,不会产生二次污染。
进一步地,气体从活性炭吸附装置2的出气端流出后从异味控制器3的进气端进入异味控制器3,异味控制器3可以为Vaportek异味控制器3,其Vaportek脱臭膜片为主要除臭单元。依靠系统所产生的负压,将异味控制器3里的除臭微粒子带走,并迅速主动捕捉空气中的臭味气体分子,并将臭味粒子包裹住。Vaportek粒子为天然油性脱臭分子,该粒子通过分子间非极性相互作用与臭气分子发生非共价结合,从而大大稳定该类分子,降低其活性与刺激性,从而达到彻底去除臭味。如此,实现对废气中的对中恶臭分子进行处理,实现本维生素E生产线废气净化装置的净化。
具体地,异味控制器3的出气端与抽风机4的进气端连通。
此外,维生素E生产废气净化装置还包括竖向设置的导气管5,抽风机4的出气端与导气管5的底端连通,导气管5的顶端形成有第二出气口,实现废气的高处排放。如导气管5为烟囱,通过烟囱引高15米以上排放。

Claims (10)
1.一种维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:包括壳体、活性炭吸附装置、异味控制器和抽风机,其中,
所述壳体具有内腔,所述内腔一端开设有进气口,另一端开设有第一出气口;所述内腔内设置有从所述进气口向所述第一出气口方向依次排列的洗涤段、脱水段和复合光催化段;所述洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,所述复合光催化段位于第一出气口的一侧;所述洗涤段用于使气体中的臭味成分转移至液相以除去;所述脱水段设有脱水除湿层,所述脱水除湿层用于脱去气体中的水汽,以将气体中的絮状物拦截;所述复合光催化段设有紫外灯,用于分解或氧化气体中的恶臭分子;
所述活性炭吸附装置的进气端和所述第一出气口连通;
所述异味控制器的进气端和所述活性炭吸附装置的出气端连通;
所述抽风机用于使气体从所述进气口进入所述内腔,并依次经过所述洗涤段、脱水段、复合光催化段、活性炭吸附装置和所述异味控制器。
2.如权利要求1所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤段包括碱液洗涤段和除臭液洗涤段,所述碱液洗涤段位于进气口的一侧,所述除臭液洗涤段位于脱水段的一侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述碱液洗涤段包括多级第一交叉流洗池,所述第一交叉流洗池包括第一填料床和第一喷头,所述第一喷头用于朝所述第一填料床喷洒碱液。
4.如权利要求3所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述碱液洗涤段还包括第一循环水槽和第一循环泵,多级所述第一交叉流洗池分别与第一循环水槽连通,所述第一循环水槽用于回收碱液,所述第一循环泵的进端与所述第一循环水槽连通,所述第一循环泵的出端与所述第一喷头连通,用于给所述第一喷头输送碱液。
5.如权利要求3或者4所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述碱液为氢氧化钠溶液。
6.如权利要求2所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述除臭液洗涤段包括多级第二交叉流洗池,所述第二交叉流洗池包括第二填料床和第二喷头,所述第二喷头用于朝所述第二填料床喷洒除臭液。
7.如权利要求6所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述除臭液洗涤段还包括第二循环水槽和第二循环泵,多级所述第二交叉流洗池分别与第二循环水槽连通,所述第二循环水槽用于回收除臭液,所述第二循环泵的进端与所述第二循环水槽连通,所述第二循环泵的出端与所述第二喷头连通,用于给所述第二喷头输送除臭液。
8.如权利要求6或者7所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述除臭液中含有植物提取液。
9.如权利要求1所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述异味控制器的出气端与所述抽风机的进气端连通。
10.如权利要求1所述的维生素E生产废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述维生素E生产废气净化装置还包括竖向设置的导气管,所述抽风机的出气端与所述导气管的底端连通,所述导气管的顶端形成有第二出气口。
