Therefore, the prompt information can help parents to clearly know whether the sleep of the child is sufficient, and on the other hand, the prompt information can also serve as a positive psychological hint to tell the user that the user sleeps enough through scientific sleep monitoring.
Optionally, the pillow further comprises a control module and a playing module arranged on one of the end portions, the control module is connected with the playing module, and the playing module is used for playing audio data. Thus, the pillow can have the function of playing audio.

Detailed Description
The present application is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments or technical features described below may be arbitrarily combined to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a pillow provided with two ends 11 and a recess 12 disposed between the two ends 11, the recess 12 having a fixed shape. The pillow further comprises a movable part for the head to rest on, and the part of the movable part for the head to rest on is arranged in the concave part 12. The movable portion includes a movable sleeve 21 disposed on the inside of the recess 12 and a filling material 22 loaded in the movable sleeve 21, the filling material 22 being movable inside the movable sleeve 21 when an external force is applied.
The movable portion may be detachably connected to the recess 12. For example, a first engaging portion is provided on the movable portion, a second engaging portion is provided on the concave portion 12, and the movable portion and the concave portion 12 are detachably engaged with each other by the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion. In some embodiments, the movable portion extends above both end portions 11. The user may move on the surface of the pillow when he or she is not sleeping properly, and may contact the connection portion of the recess 12 and the two end portions 11 via a layer of the movable cover 21, and the user may feel uncomfortable at the connection portion if there is no cushion of the filling material 22, and the movable portion is extended to the two end portions 11, so that the user may be prevented from directly contacting the edge of the recess 12.
In some embodiments, the filler material 22 is a liquid or a gas, which can smooth the deformation process of the filler material relative to a solid filler material 22. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the pillow further includes a control module 31 and a vibration module 32, and the vibration module 32 is disposed at a side of the pillow close to the human body. The control module 31 is configured to send a control command to the vibration module 32 after a first predetermined time or a predetermined time interval, so as to start or stop the vibration module 32. Like this, the pillow has the function of alarm clock to can wake up the user with the mode of vibration, during the use, can set up in advance and wake up the user at certain predetermined time, also can be regularly, wake up the user after certain predetermined time interval. In this embodiment, the first predetermined time may be eight am every day, or may be eight am every day. The predetermined time interval may be 1 hour or 15 minutes.
In some embodiments, the pillow corresponds to one or more user terminals 40, and the pillow further includes a control module 31 and a respiration monitoring module 33. Respiration monitoring module 33 acquires the user's respiration data and sends it to control module 31.
