the communication interface is used for receiving a remote operation command group sent by the upper computer and sending the remote operation command group to the microprocessor;
the human-computer interaction module is used for inputting a local operation command group and sending the local operation command group to the microprocessor; the remote operation command set and the local operation command set comprise a programming operation command and a single-step operation command; the human-computer interaction module is also used for displaying the running state of the control system and the states of the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch and the grounding switch;
the switching value input module is used for acquiring the states of the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch and the grounding switch and sending the states to the microprocessor;

the circuit breaker control module is used for receiving an operation command issued by the microprocessor and controlling an electric operation unit of the circuit breaker according to the operation command so as to control the circuit breaker to switch on or switch off;
the isolation knife control module is used for receiving an operation command issued by the microprocessor and controlling an electric operation unit of the isolation knife according to the operation command so as to control the isolation knife to switch on or switch off;
the grounding switch control module is used for receiving an operation command sent by the microprocessor and controlling an electric operation unit of the grounding switch according to the operation command so as to control the grounding switch to switch on or switch off;
and the motor hardware protection module is used for controlling the on-off of the motor by hardware and feeding the notification back to the microprocessor.

The ring main unit programmed control system according to claim 1, wherein: the control system also comprises an event recording module which is connected with the microprocessor and used for storing fault records, fault motor current curves, event records, remote operation records and local operation records.

run status → maintenance ground, the command set includes three operation commands that act in sequence: the breaker is opened, the isolation knife is opened and the grounding switch is closed;
maintenance ground → run state, the command set includes three operational commands acting in sequence: the grounding switch is opened, the isolation knife is closed and the breaker is closed;
run state → cold standby state, the command set includes two operational commands that act in sequence: the breaker is opened and the isolation knife is opened;
cold standby → run state, the command set includes two operational commands acting in sequence: closing an isolation knife and a breaker;
hot standby → maintenance ground, the command set includes two operation commands that act in sequence: the isolation knife is opened and the grounding switch is closed;
ground → hot standby status is maintained, the command set includes two operation commands acting in sequence: the grounding switch is opened and the isolation knife is closed;
run state → hot standby state, the command set includes an operation command: opening a breaker;
hot standby → run status, the command set includes an operation command: switching on a breaker;
hot standby → cold standby, the command set includes an operation command: separating the brake by an isolation knife;
cold standby → hot standby, the command set includes an operation command: closing the isolating knife;
cold standby status → maintenance ground, the command set includes an operation command: switching on the grounding switch;
maintenance ground → cold standby state, the set of commands comprising an operation command: the grounding switch is opened.

The ring main unit programmed control system according to claim 1, wherein: the single-step operation command comprises six groups of commands which are respectively as follows: the circuit breaker is switched on, the circuit breaker is switched off, the isolation knife is switched on, the isolation knife is switched off, the grounding switch is switched on, and the grounding switch is switched off.
5. The ring main unit programmed control system according to claim 1, wherein: the model of the microprocessor is STM32F103RBT 6.
6. A ring main unit programmed control method is characterized in that: the control method is realized by adopting the ring main unit control system as claimed in claim 1, and comprises the following steps:
step 1, judging whether the ring main unit has an electric five-prevention execution condition, and if so, entering step 2;
step 2, inputting a local operation command group through a human-computer interaction module, or receiving a remote operation command group through a communication interface;
step 3, analyzing and processing the local operation command group or the remote operation command group to obtain a specific operation command, and when the specific operation command is a single-step operation command, directly sending the single-step operation command to the circuit breaker control module, the disconnecting switch control module or the grounding switch control module by the microprocessor to control the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch or the grounding switch to carry out switching on and off operations;
when the specific operation command is a programmed operation command, the microprocessor gradually issues the operation commands contained in the programmed operation command to the circuit breaker control module, the isolation knife control module or the grounding switch control module according to the state obtained by the switch input quantity in sequence, and controls the circuit breaker, the isolation knife or the grounding switch to carry out switching-on and switching-off operations;
collecting the current of the isolation knife and the grounding switch motor in real time in the process of switching on or switching off the isolation knife and the grounding switch, judging whether the current exceeds a locked rotor fixed value, and if so, switching off the motor;
step 4, completing the operation command, and turning off the motor;
and 5, displaying the running state of the control system, and displaying the switching-on and switching-off states of the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch and the grounding switch.
7. The ring main unit programmed control method according to claim 6, wherein: when the motor stops because the current of the motor exceeds a locked-rotor fixed value, storing the fault record and a fault motor current curve;
when the microprocessor receives the remote operation command group, storing the remote operation record;
when the microprocessor receives the local operation command group, storing the local operation record;
and storing the switching-on/off signal deflection event records of the circuit breaker, the isolating switch and the grounding switch in the operation process according to the operation command.
8. The ring main unit programmed control method according to claim 6, wherein: the program operation command has twelve groups, which are respectively:

hot standby → maintenance ground, the command set includes two operation commands that act in sequence: the isolation knife is opened and the grounding switch is closed;
ground → hot standby status is maintained, the command set includes two operation commands acting in sequence: the grounding switch is opened and the isolation knife is closed;
run state → hot standby state, the command set includes an operation command: opening a breaker;
hot standby → run status, the command set includes an operation command: switching on a breaker;
hot standby → cold standby, the command set includes an operation command: separating the brake by an isolation knife;
cold standby → hot standby, the command set includes an operation command: closing the isolating knife;
cold standby status → maintenance ground, the command set includes an operation command: switching on the grounding switch;
maintenance ground → cold standby state, the set of commands comprising an operation command: the grounding switch is opened.

The ring main unit programmed control method according to claim 8, wherein: when the specific operation command analyzed by the microprocessor is a program operation command, and the program operation command includes more than two operation commands acting in sequence, the following operations are performed:
(1) the microprocessor transmits a first operation command in the programmed operation command to the circuit breaker control module, the isolating switch control module or the grounding switch control module to control the switching-on and switching-off operations of the circuit breaker, the isolating switch or the grounding switch;
(2) the switch input quantity module acquires the switching-on and switching-off states of the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch or the grounding switch controlled by the first operation instruction in real time, stops the first operation instruction when the switching-on and switching-off states are not correct, waits for the microprocessor to send the next operation instruction of the programmed operation instruction to the circuit breaker control module, the disconnecting switch control module or the grounding switch control module, and continues to control the circuit breaker, the disconnecting switch or the grounding switch to carry out switching-on and switching-off operations;
(3) and (5) repeating the step (2) until the execution of the programming operation command is finished.
