Description

Device for detecting attraction of recovery contactor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detection facilities for recovering electrical components, and particularly relates to a device for detecting the suction property of a recovery contactor.
Background
The contactor is mainly an alternating current contactor, and the attraction property is also called on-off property. The ac contactor is widely used in the industrial field for controlling the on/off of the circuit of an electric actuator such as a three-phase asynchronous motor. When the coil of the contactor is electrified, magnetic force is generated to drive the main contact to be closed under the action of electromagnetic force. A large current will flow into the device through the main contacts. When the coil of the contactor loses power, the main contact is separated under the action of the internal spring, the current is cut off, and the equipment stops working.
The main control object of the AC contactor is the motor equipped on various equipments, and when the equipment reaches a certain service life and is scrapped as a whole, the motor and the contactor for controlling the motor are scrapped. And the actual situation is: when the complete equipment is scrapped, the perfect probability of electrical components with relatively strict technical quality indexes, such as the contactor, is often high, and in addition, the cost of some equipment, such as various numerical control machines, milling machines and other contactors, is expensive and multiple, so that if the equipment is scrapped along with the equipment, the waste of resources is undoubtedly caused, which is contrary to the economical and energy-saving economic spirit and the circular economic spirit advocated by the whole society at present.
The market research results of the applicant show that: the electrical components such as the aforementioned contactor, which are relatively expensive and have a high recycling probability in the waste equipment recycling department, are regarded as waste copper and rotten iron because of the lack of a device having a relatively reasonable structure, a relatively low price, a relatively easy operation, and a relatively reliable detection accuracy rate, which is a non-trivial matter.
The published chinese patent literature shows technical information related to the detection of contactors, typically, "contactor detection device" as proposed in patent application publication No. CN110161367A, which can embody the technical effects described in paragraphs 0017 to 0019 of the specification, but the contactor detection device is self-customized by a manufacturer of contactors for grasping the quality of contactors produced by the manufacturer, and is relatively complex in structure and relatively expensive in price, and is not suitable for the application of a waste equipment recycling department. In view of the foregoing, the applicant has made active and useful investigations, and the technical solutions to be described below have been made in this context.

As shown in the figure, the number of the output electrode bars 63 in the group is three, and the dummy load is preferably a motor provided in the contactor test load box 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a transition conductive socket 633 is formed at the middle of each of the output electrode rods 63, the contactor load power lead wire 632 is electrically connected to the output electrode rods 63 at a position corresponding to the transition conductive socket 633 by a wire fixing screw 6321, and an insulating sheath 63211 is disposed at the outer side corresponding to the transition conductive socket 633, and the insulating sheath 63211 also extends downward of the output electrode rods 63.
As mentioned above, when the contactor 8 to be tested is under the clamping state by the contactor clamping mechanism 2 to be tested and the lifting platform driving mechanism 3 is working, the lifting platform 4 drives the contactor test power supply introducing mechanism 5 to be tested and the contactor load power supply introducing mechanism 6 to descend simultaneously, so that the three input electrode rods 51 (i.e. power supply input electrode rods) of the structural system of the contactor test power supply introducing mechanism 5 to be tested are inserted into the input electrode rod insertion holes 82 of the contactor 8 to be tested and inserted into the main contact positions. Since the power lead wire 632 of the contactor load is electrically connected to the motor (i.e., motor) as described above, the surface contactor can be reused if the condition is normal, i.e., the surface contactor can be opened and closed as required, after tens of times of closing and opening detection. And if the 220V voltage is connected, the contactor is still in a pull-in state after the contactor is not pulled in or the power supply is disconnected, the contactor has no recycling value. In the testing process, the tester needs to observe the voltage display screen 111, specifically: the voltage display screen 111 displays whether current flows through the load end, that is, the coil of the contactor is controlled to be electrified by the electrical controller 7 (namely, the 'device controller'), under normal conditions, the current enters the load end through the contacts 5 and 6 of the contactor, and by detecting the voltage value of the load end and displaying the value on the voltage display screen 111, current voltage information can be obtained so as to confirm that the currently detected contactor can be normally attracted. When the electric controller 7 controls the coil of the contactor to be tested to lose power, the current is normally disconnected between the contacts 5 and 6, so that the current voltage value of the load end can be displayed through the voltage display screen 111, if the voltage value is 0, the contactor to be tested can complete the normal disconnection function, and if the voltage still keeps the previous value, the contactor cannot reliably cut off the circuit.
In conclusion, the technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the invention task and truly realizes the technical effects of the applicant in the technical effect column.
