Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wind power generation, in particular to an adjusting device for installing an anchor bolt cage of a wind power generator and a construction method of the adjusting device.
Background
At present, the foundation of the domestic wind driven generator is generally a reinforced concrete independent foundation, and the main forms of the foundation are a foundation ring foundation and an anchor bolt cage foundation. The foundation ring is in rigid connection with reinforced concrete, and a gap is easily formed between the foundation ring and the concrete when the fan runs for a long time, so that the running safety of the fan is affected. The anchor bolt cage is generally composed of a lower anchor plate, an upper anchor plate, an anchor bolt, a PVC protective tube and the like, the PVC protective tube is used for isolating concrete from the anchor bolt between the lower anchor plate and the upper anchor plate, a tensioning jack is used for connecting the anchor bolt with a tower barrel to apply prestress to fasten the anchor bolt, when the anchor bolt bears tension, the anchor bolt is uniformly stressed on the upper part of the lower anchor plate of the anchor bolt, the whole anchor bolt becomes an elastomer, and no interface of a rigid part and an elastic part exists, so that the phenomenon of stress concentration can be avoided, and the safety reliability of the operation of the fan is improved relative to a foundation ring foundation.
The anchor bolt cage is required to be assembled and installed on site before foundation reinforced concrete construction, the installation accuracy is controlled at millimeter level, and high requirements are provided for installation quality control. The concentricity of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate of the traditional anchor bolt cage is adjusted by fixing a pile at every 90 DEG on the outer side (on a natural terrace surface) of a fan foundation, then connecting the upper anchor plate with the pile by using a pulling rope provided with a basket bolt, adjusting the basket bolts in four directions to enable the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate to be concentric (taking the central lines of the bolt holes of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate as a benchmark, measuring the verticality by using a theodolite, measuring 4 points in total, and enabling the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate to be concentric every 90 DEG, wherein the allowed concentricity deviation is less than or equal to 3 mm). The method needs pile fixing outside the anchor bolt cage, often interferes with the installation of steel bars and other operations, is unfavorable for the rapid construction of a fan foundation, needs repeated adjustment in four directions, and is low in efficiency.
The traditional anchor bolt cage installation process is as follows:
1. indwelling embedded part
The embedded part is used for supporting the anchor bolt cage through the supporting bolts, the embedded part is reserved according to the design positions and the number when cushion layer concrete is poured, the embedded part is generally made of steel plates, and the embedded part is required to be tightly combined with cushion layer concrete when reserved.
2. Installation of lower anchor plate
2.1 Selecting a proper crane, lifting the lower anchor plate, moving the lower anchor plate to a proper position above the embedded part, stopping, correspondingly penetrating a lower anchor plate supporting bolt into a supporting bolt hole on the lower anchor plate, respectively placing a nut on the lower anchor plate, and adding a gasket on the nut below the lower anchor plate. After the inner and outer support bolts are aligned with the embedded part, the crane places the lower anchor plate on the embedded part. The distance from the upper plane of the lower anchor plate to the embedded part is according to the design requirement of the basic drawing. The center of the lower anchor plate corresponds to the center of the foundation, allowing a maximum deviation of 5mm.
And 2.3, firmly welding the lower anchor plate supporting bolt with the corresponding embedded part, wherein the height of the welding leg is not less than 6mm.
2.4 Adjusting the supporting bolt to enable the lower anchor plate to reach the design elevation of the drawing, wherein the levelness of the lower anchor plate is not more than 3mm.
3. Upper anchor plate and adjusting bolt installation
3.1, Screwing nylon adjusting nuts at the upper ends of the adjusting anchors, wherein the distances from the top ends of all the adjusting anchors to the upper plane of the nylon nuts are consistent according to the design length.
3.2, Arranging all the adjusting anchor bolts in order, screwing a thin nut on the lower end of the adjusting anchor bolt, enabling the lower plane distance from the lower end of the adjusting anchor bolt to the lower plane distance of the thin nut to be consistent according to the design length, sleeving a PVC sleeve into the adjusting anchor bolt, and sleeving a heat shrinkage sleeve on the PVC sleeve.
And 3.3, lifting the upper anchor plate to a certain height by using a crane, and then, fully threading an adjusting anchor bolt in an inner adjusting bolt hole and an outer adjusting bolt hole of the upper anchor plate, wherein a temporary steel nut is arranged after the adjusting anchor bolt penetrates into the upper anchor plate.
3.4 After the adjusting anchor bolts are penetrated, the crane slowly lifts the upper anchor plate and the adjusting anchor bolts, moves to the position right above the lower anchor plate, penetrates the adjusting anchor bolts into the corresponding lower anchor plate adjusting bolt holes, and tightens the whole nuts after the gasket is filled below the lower anchor plate. The whole nut tightening torque is required to be 300N m.
4. Adjustment and fixation of anchor cages
4.1 Fixing a pile at each 90 DEG position on the outer side of a fan foundation (on a natural terrace surface), then connecting an upper anchor plate with the pile by using a pulling rope provided with a basket bolt, adjusting the basket bolts in four directions to enable the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate to be concentric (taking the central lines of the bolt holes of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate as a reference, measuring the verticality by using a theodolite, measuring 4 points in total, and enabling the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate to be concentric every 90 DEG, wherein the allowed concentricity deviation is less than or equal to 3 mm).
4.2 After the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate are concentric, the levelness of the upper anchor plate is adjusted, namely, the levelness of a butt joint area of a plane cylindrical shell section on the upper anchor plate at the position of an adjusting anchor bolt (the middle position of an inner anchor bolt and an outer anchor bolt) is measured, and a nylon nut and a temporary steel nut are adjusted to enable the upper plane of the upper anchor plate to reach the design elevation of a drawing, wherein the levelness of the upper anchor plate is less than or equal to 1.5mm.
The anchor bolt cage installation core is to ensure concentricity of the lower anchor plate and levelness of the upper anchor plate through a set of installation process.
The levelness adjustment of the traditional anchor bolt cage installation anchor plate is divided into lower anchor plate levelness adjustment and upper anchor plate levelness adjustment, wherein the levelness of the lower anchor plate is not more than 3mm, and the levelness of the upper anchor plate is not more than 1.5mm. Because the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate are connected by adopting the adjusting anchor bolts, the fixed distance between the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate is equal, and because the levelness precision of the lower anchor plate is lower, the levelness adjustment difficulty of the upper anchor plate is high, the time consumption is long, and the levelness precision is not easy to guarantee.

s1, retaining an embedded part, and installing a lower anchor plate, an upper anchor plate, an anchor bolt and an adjusting device;
s2, adjusting a lower anchor plate supporting bolt to enable the lower anchor plate to reach a preset elevation, wherein the levelness of the lower anchor plate is consistent with that of the upper anchor plate;
s3, ensuring that the upper anchor plate, the lower anchor plate and two anchor bolts form a parallelogram by controlling the lower plane distance from the lower end of the anchor bolt to the thin nut to be consistent with the upper plane distance from the top end of the anchor bolt to the nylon nut;
S4, arranging two adjustable supporting pieces in an anchor bolt cage at an angle of 90 degrees on a plane, adjusting construction in the anchor bolt cage through adjusting flower baskets, and ensuring that the upper anchor plate, the lower anchor plate and two anchor bolts form a rectangle according to the preset distance between the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate of the adjustable supporting pieces;

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an adjusting device for installing an anchor bolt cage of a wind driven generator according to this embodiment, the anchor bolt cage 3 includes an upper anchor plate 31, a lower anchor plate 32 and a plurality of adjusting anchors 33 connected between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32, the adjusting device includes two vertically arranged adjustable supporting members 1, two ends of each adjustable supporting member 1 are respectively supported between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32, each adjustable supporting member 1 includes a supporting main rod 11 and a fixing member 12, two ends of each supporting main rod 11 are respectively connected with the upper anchor plate 31 or the lower anchor plate 32 through the fixing member 12, and each supporting main rod 11 includes an adjusting basket 112.
Two vertically arranged adjustable supports 1 are arranged in the anchor bolt cage 3, the distance between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 of the adjustable supports 1 is adjusted and constructed in the anchor bolt cage 3 through adjusting the flower basket 112, concentricity of the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 and levelness of the upper anchor plate 31 are quickly adjusted, accuracy of installation levelness of the lower anchor plate 32 is improved so as to meet control accuracy requirements of levelness of the upper anchor plate 31, installation of the anchor bolt cage 3 is prevented from being interfered with other construction procedures, and quick installation is realized.
The supporting main rod 11 comprises a main screw rod 111 and an end screw rod 113, the adjusting flower basket 112 is connected between the supporting main rod 11 and the end screw rod 113, and the end screw rod 113 is connected with the fixing piece 12.
In this embodiment, the main screw 111 of one of the adjustable supports 1 is a belt Kong Luogan, and the main screw 111 of the other adjustable support 1 passes through the hole of the hole screw. The main screw of the other adjustable support 1 is a straight screw.
The adjustable support 1 further comprises a cradle 14, the support boom 11 being connected to the fixed member 12 by means of the cradle 14.

In this embodiment, the fixing member 12 is made of round steel with a diameter of 25mm and a steel plate with a diameter of 10mm, the straight screw and the end screw 113 are made of a full-wire screw with a nominal diameter of 25mm and a round steel with a diameter of 25mm, and the screw with a hole is made of a full-wire screw with a nominal diameter of 25mm and a steel plate with a diameter of 10 mm. The locking piece 13 and the adjusting flower basket 112 are purchased in the market and assembled on site when in use.
The construction method of the anchor bolt cage of the wind driven generator specifically comprises the following steps of installing an indwelling embedded part and a lower anchor plate 32, installing an upper anchor plate 31 and an anchor bolt 33 and adjusting the anchor bolt cage 3.
The anchor bolts 33 are lifted by the porous supporting plate device 2 at one time, the porous supporting plate device 2 comprises a supporting plate body 21 and lifting lugs 22 vertically arranged on the supporting plate body 21, and a plurality of rod penetrating holes 211 for the anchor bolts 33 to pass through are formed in the supporting plate body 21, as shown in fig. 5 to 7.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate body 21 is made of a 10mm steel plate, the rod penetrating holes 211 on the supporting plate body 21 are drilled by a drilling machine, the diameter of the rod penetrating holes 211 is 5mm larger than the outer diameter of the anchor bolts 33, the center distance between the rod penetrating holes 311 is equal to the center distance of the anchor plate bolt holes, the lifting lugs 22 are made of round steel with the diameter of 20mm, and the rod penetrating holes 211 are firmly welded with the supporting plate body 21.
In this embodiment, the number of rod penetrating holes 211 is four, 4 anchor bolts 33 can be lifted at one time, and the rod penetrating holes 311 are installed at the same time, and the 4 anchor bolts 33 are penetrated into the four-hole support plate rod penetrating holes 311 on the ground before the anchor bolts are lifted by a crane, and the upper ends of the rod penetrating holes 211 are temporarily fixed by temporary nuts 24, and the 4 anchor bolts 33 are lifted at one time by using the multi-hole support plate device 2, as shown in fig. 8.
The working principle of the adjusting device of the invention is as follows:
1. The lower anchor plate 32 is made to reach the drawing design elevation by adjusting the lower anchor plate supporting bolts 34, and the levelness of the lower anchor plate 32 is not more than 1.5mm (consistent with the levelness of the upper anchor plate 31).
2. The length error of the processing length of each anchor bolt 33 is less than 0.1mm, and the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 and the anchor bolts 33 can form a parallelogram (on the same section) by controlling the length of the lower plane distance from the lower ends of the anchor bolts 33 to the thin nuts 35 and the length of the upper plane distance from the top ends of the anchor bolts 33 to the nylon nuts 36 to be consistent.
3. The two adjustable supports 1 are arranged in the anchor bolt cage 3 at 90 degrees on the plane, the adjustable basket 112 is adjusted in the anchor bolt cage 3, and the distance length between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 of the adjustable supports 1 is calculated in advance, so that the upper anchor plate 31, the lower anchor plate 32 and the anchor bolts 33 form a rectangle (on the same section).
4. The concentricity of the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 and the levelness of the upper anchor plate 31 are measured, and generally, once performance meets the requirement, if the performance cannot meet the requirement, the distance between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 of the adjustable support 1 is measured again, so that the distance between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 of the adjustable support 1 is free from errors with the distance calculated in advance, and the distance between the upper anchor plate 31 and the lower anchor plate 32 is measured again, and the nylon nut 36 and the adjustable support 1 are adjusted again until the requirement is met.
