Abstract

本发明公开了一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,包括若干沿平行于车道延伸方向等间距分布的立柱,所述立柱朝向对应一侧车道的侧部设有一个防阻块,对应同一车道的所有防阻块连接有若干首尾相连的护栏本体,所述护栏本体的外侧设有若干延长度方向等间距分布的LED灯;所述立柱中有一个立柱还设有风力发电装置,所述风力发电装置能够产生电能为所述LED灯供电。本发明带来的有益效果是:能够利用自然风力和车辆驶过产生的气流实现风力发电,为护栏上的发光部件提供持续的电能。

Description

一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统
技术领域
本发明属于交通设施技术领域,具体涉及一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统。
背景技术
道路护栏是一种能够分流车辆和提供防护功能的设施。在远离城市的偏远地区的省道、国道及高速公路等道路,为了能够便于驾驶员的观测,通常在车道内侧的护栏上设置一系列的反光部件,利用车辆车灯的照射实现反光从而为驾驶员指示护栏的方向。但是由于反光距离有限,人们又利用发光部件取代反光部件来实现自主发光功能,从而扩展了驾驶员的视野距离,为夜晚行车提供安全保障。但是发光部件需要电力支持,对于偏远地区,基础设施落后,这种情况下使护栏上的发光部件连接市政电网则会增加道路的施工和建造成本,而且后期维护也不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,能够利用自然风力和车辆驶过产生的气流实现风力发电,为护栏上的发光部件提供持续的电能。
本发明是这样实现的:一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,包括若干沿平行于车道延伸方向等间距分布的立柱,所述立柱朝向对应一侧车道的侧部设有一个防阻块,对应同一车道的所有防阻块连接有若干首尾相连的护栏本体,所述护栏本体的外侧设有若干延长度方向等间距分布的LED灯;所述立柱中有一个立柱还设有风力发电装置,所述风力发电装置能够产生电能为所述LED灯供电。
进一步地,设有所述风力发电装置的立柱内还设有升降装置和由所述升降装置驱动从而伸出所述立柱或缩入所述立柱的套筒;所述风力发电装置的叶片在所述套筒上升的过程中能够向中央靠拢从而被所述套筒收容于其内部,所述风力发电装置为所述升降装置供电。
进一步地,所述升风力发电装置包括叶片、发电机壳、转子轴、定子和连杆;所述发电机壳固定设置,所述叶片的数目为三个,每个叶片的上下端分别通过一个所述连杆枢接于所述转子轴的顶部从而形成平行四连杆机构;所述转子轴的底部转动安装于发电机壳内,其外周设有转子,所述定子设于所述发电机壳的内壁并围设在所述转子外周;与所述叶片底部相连的连杆受到所述套筒的作用能够向内转动以使所述叶片向内收拢。
进一步地,所述转子轴的顶部设有顶盖,所述套筒上升到最高点时,其顶部被所述顶盖盖住。
进一步地,所述发电机壳的顶部设有轴座、底部设有固定座,所述固定座固定设置与所述立柱内并且与所述套筒滑动相连,所述套筒在所述立柱与所述固定座之间的环形缝隙内上下移动。
进一步地,所述固定座的外周设有若干滚轮,所述滚轮的轮缘与所述套筒的内壁形成滚动接触。
进一步地,所述护栏本体通过螺栓一与所述防阻块相连,所述立柱与其两侧的两个防阻块通过一个螺栓二相连。
进一步地,所述套筒上设有供所述螺栓二穿过的长腰孔。
进一步地,所述护栏本体为双波形护栏本体,所述LED灯设于所述护栏本体的两个波峰之间的凹陷处。
进一步地,相邻两个立柱之间的中心距为2m或4m。
本发明带来的有益效果是:能够利用自然风力和车辆驶过产生的气流实现风力发电,为护栏上的发光部件提供持续的电能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至7所示,一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其在双向车道的内侧依次设置多个,每个发光护栏系统包括若干沿平行于车道延伸方向等间距分布的立柱1,所述立柱1预埋在车道之间的混凝土基座6内,所述立柱1朝向对应一侧车道的侧部设有一个防阻块3,对应同一车道的所有防阻块3连接有若干首尾相连的护栏本体2,所述护栏本体2的外侧设有若干延长度方向等间距分布的LED灯4;所述立柱1中有一个立柱1还设有风力发电装置5,所述风力发电装置5能够产生电能为所述LED灯4供电。在风力资源较丰富的地区,该风力发电装置可以在自然风的吹拂下进行发电。除此之外,当车辆快速经过风力发电装置5时也会带动空气流动从而使风力发电装置工作进行发电,如此一来可以为LED灯4提供电能。
进一步地,设有所述风力发电装置5的立柱1内还设有升降装置7和由所述升降装置7驱动从而伸出所述立柱1或缩入所述立柱1的套筒8;所述风力发电装置5的叶片13在所述套筒8上升的过程中能够向中央靠拢从而被所述套筒8收容于其内部,所述风力发电装置5为所述升降装置7供电。当下雨或风力过大而不利于风力发电装置5工作时,升降装置7工作将套筒8升起从而完全收容风力发电装置5,避免其在恶劣天气下损坏而缩短使用寿命。
进一步地,所述升风力发电装置5包括叶片13、发电机壳10、转子轴11、定子15和连杆12;所述发电机壳10固定设置,所述叶片13的数目为三个,每个叶片13的上下端分别通过一个所述连杆12枢接于所述转子轴11的顶部从而形成平行四连杆机构;所述转子轴11的底部转动安装于发电机壳10内,其外周设有转子19,所述定子15设于所述发电机壳10的内壁并围设在所述转子19外周;与所述叶片13底部相连的连杆12受到所述套筒8的作用能够向内转动以使所述叶片13向内收拢。通过套8和平行四连杆机构原理实现叶片13的自主收拢。
进一步地,所述转子轴11的顶部设有顶盖18,所述套筒8上升到最高点时,其顶部被所述顶盖18盖住。通过顶盖18实现套筒8顶部的遮挡,防止污物和雨水进入内部造成短路。
进一步地,所述发电机壳10的顶部设有轴座14、底部设有固定座9,所述固定座9固定设置与所述立柱1内并且与所述套筒8滑动相连,所述套筒8在所述立柱1与所述固定座9之间的环形缝隙内上下移动。
进一步地,所述固定座9的外周设有若干滚轮23,所述滚轮23的轮缘与所述套筒8的内壁形成滚动接触。滚轮23不仅实现套筒8与固定座9之间的滚动连接,而且为套筒8的升降进行导向。
进一步地,所述护栏本体2通过螺栓一17与所述防阻块3相连,所述立柱1与其两侧的两个防阻块3通过一个螺栓二16相连。
进一步地,所述套筒8上设有供所述螺栓二16穿过的长腰孔21。长腰孔21能够避免螺栓二16的干涉而影响套筒8的运动。
进一步地,所述护栏本体2为双波形护栏本体,所述LED灯4设于所述护栏本体2的两个波峰之间的凹陷处。
进一步地,相邻两个立柱1之间的中心距为2m或4m,立柱1每隔20m设置一个风力发电装置5,并且立柱1内设置充电电池来存储多余电量。

Claims (10)

1.一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,包括若干沿平行于车道延伸方向等间距分布的立柱(1),所述立柱(1)朝向对应一侧车道的侧部设有一个防阻块(3),对应同一车道的所有防阻块(3)连接有若干首尾相连的护栏本体(2),其特征在于:所述护栏本体(2)的外侧设有若干延长度方向等间距分布的LED灯(4);所述立柱(1)中有一个立柱(1)还设有风力发电装置(5),所述风力发电装置(5)能够产生电能为所述LED灯(4)供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:设有所述风力发电装置(5)的立柱(1)内还设有升降装置(7)和由所述升降装置(7)驱动从而伸出所述立柱(1)或缩入所述立柱(1)的套筒(8);所述风力发电装置(5)的叶片(13)在所述套筒(8)上升的过程中能够向中央靠拢从而被所述套筒(8)收容于其内部,所述风力发电装置(5)为所述升降装置(7)供电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述升风力发电装置(5)包括叶片(13)、发电机壳(10)、转子轴(11)、定子(15)和连杆(12);所述发电机壳(10)固定设置,所述叶片(13)的数目为三个,每个叶片(13)的上下端分别通过一个所述连杆(12)枢接于所述转子轴(11)的顶部从而形成平行四连杆机构;所述转子轴(11)的底部转动安装于发电机壳(10)内,其外周设有转子(19),所述定子(15)设于所述发电机壳(10)的内壁并围设在所述转子(19)外周;与所述叶片(13)底部相连的连杆(12)受到所述套筒(8)的作用能够向内转动以使所述叶片(13)向内收拢。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述转子轴(11)的顶部设有顶盖(18),所述套筒(8)上升到最高点时,其顶部被所述顶盖(18)盖住。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述发电机壳(10)的顶部设有轴座(14)、底部设有固定座(9),所述固定座(9)固定设置与所述立柱(1)内并且与所述套筒(8)滑动相连,所述套筒(8)在所述立柱(1)与所述固定座(9)之间的环形缝隙内上下移动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述固定座(9)的外周设有若干滚轮(23),所述滚轮(23)的轮缘与所述套筒(8)的内壁形成滚动接触。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述护栏本体(2)通过螺栓一(17)与所述防阻块(3)相连,所述立柱(1)与其两侧的两个防阻块(3)通过一个螺栓二(16)相连。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述套筒(8)上设有供所述螺栓二(16)穿过的长腰孔(21)。
9.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:所述护栏本体(2)为双波形护栏本体,所述LED灯(4)设于所述护栏本体(2)的两个波峰之间的凹陷处。
10.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种道路双向车道内侧发光护栏系统,其特征在于:相邻两个立柱(1)之间的中心距为2m或4m。
