本发明涉及地质勘查、研究等所采取固体样品的运输、保存技术领域,具体涉及一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒。该存储盒包括盖体和盒体,所述盖体和盒体通过丝扣或者卡扣连接。其中,盒体有若干个,各盒体之间通过丝扣或卡扣连接。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:本装置的各盒体通过丝扣或卡扣连接将地勘样品有序的结合为一整体,一方面使样品装入盒体后不再与外界接触避免了样品受到污染,另一方面通过贴在盒体表面编码器打印的二维码标签使样品信息更加清晰,保存更久。

一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒
技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘查、研究等所采取固体样品的运输、保存技术领域,具体涉及一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒。
背景技术
目前地质勘查固体样品的存储、运输一般使用一次性塑料袋或者布袋。这种一次性塑料袋或者布袋在整理、运输过程中很有可能造成破损,如果遇到下雨会因淋雨或被其他液体侵蚀造成样品标签迷糊不清等不足,易造成样品顺序错乱,影响地质工作人员对样品信息的记录,增加工作量或者导致野外样品取样工作失败。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的提供一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒,该存储盒包括盖体1和盒体2,所述盖体1和盒体2通过丝扣3或者卡扣4连接。
进一步的,所述盒体2有若干个,各盒体2之间通过丝扣3或卡扣4连接。
进一步的,所述盒体2上设有条形码标签5,大小为7cm*5cm。
进一步的,所述盒体2上设有气嘴6,利用真空泵抽真空或向内充入保护性气体,方便长时间存放特殊样品。
进一步的,所述盖体1和盒体2材质为硬塑料。
进一步的,所述存储盒的盖体1和盒体2为圆柱体或者长方体。
优化的,所述圆柱体存储盒的盖体1和盒体2直径规格为10cm、20cm或30cm,盖体1高度5cm,盒体2高度规格为10cm、20cm或30cm,丝扣3的高度3cm。
优化的,所述长方体存储盒的盖体1和盒体2规格为长*宽=10~20cm*20~30cm,盖体1高度5cm,盒体2的高度规格为10~30cm。
进一步的,所述丝扣3为内丝扣31。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:本装置的各盒体通过丝扣或卡扣连接将地勘样品有序的结合为一整体,一方面使样品装入盒体后不再与外界接触避免了样品受到污染,另一方面通过贴在盒体表面编码器打印的二维码标签使样品信息更加清晰,保存更久。

如图1、2所示,一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒,该存储盒包括盖体1和盒体2,盖体1和盒体2通过丝扣3连接。其中,盒体2有若干个,各盒体2之间通过丝扣3连接;盒体2上设有条形码标签5,大小为7cm*5cm;盒体2上设有气嘴6;盖体1和盒体2材质为硬塑料;存储盒的盖体1和盒体2为圆柱体;盖体1和盒体2直径规格为10cm,盖体1高度5cm,盒体2高度规格为10cm,丝扣3高度3cm;
具体使用时,按照野外采样顺序打开盖体1在第一个盒体2内装入第一个样品,再通过编码器输入第一个样品信息,打印出条形码标签贴于第一个盒体2条形码标签5处。再将第二个样品装入第二个盒体2中,同样打印条形码标签贴于第二个盒体2条形码标签5处,再与第一个盒体2通过丝扣3连接。如此,装入若干样品,连接若干盒体2。

具体使用时,按照野外采样顺序打开盖体1在第一个盒体2内装入第一个样品,再通过编码器输入第一个样品信息,打印出条形码标签贴于第一个盒体2的条形码标签5处。再将第二个样品装入第二个盒体2中,同样打印条形码标签贴于第二个盒体2的条形码标签5处,再与第一个盒体2通过卡扣4连接。如此,装入若干样品,连接若干盒体2。

如图3、4所示,一种地质勘查固体样品存储盒,该存储盒包括盖体1和盒体2,盖体1和盒体2通过卡扣4连接。其中,盒体2有若干个,各盒体2之间通过卡扣4连接;盒体2上设有贴条形码标签处,大小为7cm*5cm;盒体2上设有气嘴6;盖体1和盒体2材质为硬塑料;存储盒的盖体1和盒体2为长方体;盖体1和盒体2规格为长20cm*30cm,盖体1高度5cm,盒体2的高度规格为30cm。
具体使用时,按照野外采样顺序打开盖体1在第一个盒体2内装入第一个样品,再通过编码器输入第一个样品信息,打印出条形码标签贴于第一个盒体2的条形码标签5处。再将第二个样品装入第二个盒体2中,同样打印条形码标签贴于第二个盒体2的条形码标签5处,再与第一个盒体2通过卡扣4连接。如此,装入若干样品,连接若干盒体2。
