It is to be noted that the punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die, when in work, the convex die set 4.3 is fixedly connected with the elastic pressure discharging device 4.2 through the set screws 4.2-6, meanwhile, the female die 4-2 is fixedly connected with a female die fixing seat 4.4 through an inner hexagonal set screw 4.4-4, then a workpiece to be punched is placed on the workpiece positioning plate 4-1 for positioning, then a hydraulic cylinder system is started, the male die 4.3-2 is pressed down and matched with the female die 4-2 by the hydraulic cylinder system for punching operation, meanwhile, the male die 4.3-2 and the female die 4-2 can be replaced according to the use conditions, the female die 4-2 and the male die 4.3-2 with different matching sizes can be replaced quickly, hole pieces with different shapes and sizes can be punched, the flexibility is good, and the processing quality and the processing efficiency are high. The sliding positioning plate 4.5-3 is arranged on the supporting and positioning bent plate group 4.5 in an adjusting mode, the position of the sliding positioning plate 4.5-3 is limited by the locking screws 4.5-4, hole pieces with different position sizes are met, the use range is wide, the flexibility is good, meanwhile, the angle steel hole pieces can be punched by adjusting a side pressing plate on the female die fixing seat 4.4 and avoiding the vertical edges of angle steel, the machining efficiency and the machining quality of the hole pieces are greatly improved, and the hole pieces are convenient to use.

Claims (7)
1. A punching device composed of a multipurpose gantry press and an assembled punching die comprises the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die (4), wherein the multipurpose gantry press comprises a gantry assembling frame (1), a hydraulic cylinder system (2) and a workbench (5); the method is characterized in that: the working table (5) is installed on a channel steel upright post (1.1) of the gantry assembly frame (1), the hydraulic cylinder system (2) is installed on the gantry assembly frame (1), the hydraulic cylinder system (2) is located right above the working table (5), the assembled punching die (4) is installed on the working table (5) and fixedly connected with the working table (5), a connecting seat (3) is arranged above the assembled punching die (4), the top end of the connecting seat (3) is fixedly connected with the hydraulic cylinder system (2), the assembled punching die (4) comprises a die carrier (4.1), the die carrier (4.1) is composed of a lower die holder (4.1-1), an upper die plate (4.1-6) and a support (4-3), the lower die holder (4.1-1) is fixedly connected with the support (4-3), and a female die fixing seat (4.4) and a female die (4-2) are arranged on the lower die holder (4.1-1), the female die (4-2) is detachably connected with the female die fixing seat (4.4), the upper die plate (4.1-6) is provided with an elastic unloading device (4.2) and a male die set (4.3), the male die set (4.3) is fixedly connected with the elastic unloading device (4.2), and the male die set (4.3) is matched with the female die (4-2).

The punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the gantry assembly rack (1) comprises a cross beam (1-1), channel steel upright columns (1.1), support plates I (1-4) and bottom plates (1-6), the channel steel upright columns (1.1) are located on two sides of the gantry assembly rack (1), the support plates I (1-4) are fixedly connected with the cross beam (1-1) through double-head screws (1-3), one ends of the double-head screws (1-3) penetrate through the cross beam (1-1) and are connected with nuts (1-2), a hydraulic cylinder system (2) is located on the support plates I (1-4), the bottom plates (1-6) are located at the bottom end of the gantry assembly rack (1), reinforcing ribs (1-5) are arranged between the bottom plates (1-6) and the channel steel upright columns (1.1), an oil station and a control system placing rack (1-7) are connected to the channel steel upright columns (1.1) on one side of the gantry assembly rack (1), the gantry assembling frame is characterized in that a plurality of fixed pin shaft serial holes (1.1-1) are formed in channel steel upright columns (1.1) on two sides of the gantry assembling frame (1), and the workbench (5) penetrates through the fixed pin shaft serial holes (1.1-1) through pin shafts to be fixedly connected with the gantry assembling frame (1).

The punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the male die set (4.3) comprises a positioning cylinder (4.3-1), a male die (4.3-2) and a second coupling screw (4.3-3), and the male die (4.3-2) is coupled with the positioning cylinder (4.3-1) through the second coupling screw (4.3-3).

The punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the elastic pressure unloading device (4.2) comprises a replaceable pressure unloading plate (4.2-1), a supporting plate II (4.2-2), an elastic pressure rubber pad (4.2-3) and a male die fixing seat (4.2-4), the male die fixing seat (4.2-4) and the supporting plate II (4.2-2) are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the elastic pressure rubber pad (4.2-3), the male die fixing seat (4.2-4) and the supporting plate II (4.2-2) are fixedly connected with the elastic pressure rubber pad (4.2-3), the replaceable pressure unloading plate (4.2-1) is positioned at the lower end of the supporting plate II (4.2-2), the replaceable pressure unloading plate (4.2-1) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate II (4.2-2) through a first connecting screw (4.2-7), a mounting hole is formed in the elastic pressure unloading device (4.2), and the positioning cylinder (4.3-1) is positioned in the mounting hole, the convex die set (4.3) is fixedly connected with the elastic unloading device (4.2) through set screws (4.2-6), the elastic unloading device (4.2) is provided with fixing screws (4.2-5), and the elastic unloading device (4.2) is fixedly connected with the upper die plate (4.1-6) through the fixing screws (4.2-5).

The punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the die fixing seat (4.4) comprises a left side pressing plate (4.4-1), a middle seat (4.4-2) and a right side pressing plate (4.4-3), the middle seat (4.4-2) is located between the left side pressing plate (4.4-1) and the right side pressing plate (4.4-3), the middle seat (4.4-2) is provided with a groove, the die (4-2) is located in the groove, the left side pressing plate (4.4-1) and the right side pressing plate (4.4-3) are both provided with inner hexagonal set screws (4.4-4), the die (4-2) is fixedly connected with the die fixing seat (4.4) through the inner hexagonal set screws (4.4-4), and the die fixing seat (4.4) is fixedly connected with the lower die seat (4.1-1) through screws and a positioning cylindrical pin.

The punching equipment consisting of the multipurpose gantry press and the assembled punching die as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a guide pillar I (4.1-5) and a guide pillar II (4.1-8) are arranged between the lower die holder (4.1-1) and the upper die plate (4.1-6), a guide sleeve I (4.1-4) is arranged at one end of the guide pillar I (4.1-5), guide pillar fixing seats I (4.1-2) and guide sleeve fixing seats I (4.1-3) which are matched with the guide pillar I (4.1-5) and the guide sleeve I (4.1-4) are respectively arranged on the lower die holder (4.1-1) and the upper die plate (4.1-6), guide sleeves II (4.1-9) are arranged at one ends of the guide pillars II (4.1-8), guide pillar fixing seats (4.1-10) and guide sleeve fixing seats II (4.1-7) which are matched with the guide pillar II (4.1-8) and the guide sleeve II (4.1-9) are respectively arranged on the lower die holder (4.1-1) and the upper die plate (4.1-6), one ends of the guide post I (4.1-5) and the guide post II (4.1-8) are fixedly connected with the lower die holder (4.1-1) through screws (4.1-11), and the diameters of the guide post I (4.1-5) and the guide post II (4.1-8) are different.
