In an initial state, a piston rod of the internal support mechanism cylinder 21 is in an extending state, a connecting rod connected between the internal support mechanism sliding block 223 and the piston rod forms a certain included angle with a horizontal plane, namely, the distance between the internal support mechanism sliding block 223 and the piston rod in the horizontal direction is minimum, when the inner container is placed on the outer peripheral side of the internal support mechanism 2 by the mechanical arm, the piston rod is retracted until the piston rod and the internal support mechanism sliding block 223 are in the same horizontal plane, at the moment, the connecting rod is parallel to the horizontal plane, namely, the distance between the internal support mechanism sliding block 223 and the piston rod in the horizontal direction is maximum, the internal support mechanism sliding block 223 and the internal support mechanism buffer block 224 extend out to four corners. The inner supporting mechanism 2 only performs positioning in the horizontal direction, and the positioning capacity of the original dead weight can be enhanced in the vertical direction by adding the pressing and holding mechanism 4.

After the inner supporting mechanism 2 and the pressing and holding mechanism 4 act, piston rods on two sides of the double-piston rod cylinder 511 extend out to drive a vertical sliding block 5122 of the first sliding rail connecting rod assembly 512 to ascend, and move towards the ear cutting mechanism 3 through a horizontal sliding block 5124 and an outer supporting mechanism buffer block 5125 which are connected with the vertical sliding block 5122 through connecting rods, the second sliding rail connecting rod assembly 513 moves towards the ear cutting mechanism 3 in the same mode, the inner container is supported from the outer side of the inner container, and the inner container is supported from the other side of the inner container by the second outer supporting mechanism 52. In the ear cutting process, the buffer block 315 and the external support mechanism 5 of the ear cutting mechanism 3 support the cutting position from the inner side and the outer side respectively, so that the welding excess material to be cut is prevented from being bent towards the inner side or the outer side to cause insufficient cutting precision.

An ear cutting workstation of an oven liner assembly is characterized by comprising a workbench, an inner support mechanism and an ear cutting mechanism; the workbench comprises a horizontally placed cuboid-shaped workbench stand, a workbench plate arranged at the top of the workbench stand, a first support bedplate arranged above the workbench plate in parallel, a second support bedplate arranged above the first support bedplate in parallel, a first air cylinder installation block connected with the bottom surface of the first support bedplate and a second air cylinder installation block connected with the top surface of the second support bedplate, wherein the workbench plate is connected with the first support bedplate through a vertical plate, and the first support bedplate is connected with the second support bedplate through a vertical plate; the inner supporting mechanism penetrates through the second supporting bedplate and is connected with the second supporting bedplate; the ear cutting mechanism comprises a first ear cutting mechanism, a second ear cutting mechanism, a third ear cutting mechanism and a fourth ear cutting mechanism, the first ear cutting mechanism comprises a standard cylinder, an ear cutting mechanism sliding block, an ear cutting mechanism sliding rail and an ear cutting knife, the standard cylinder is connected with one side surface of the second cylinder mounting block, the standard cylinder is arranged above the second supporting bedplate, the ear cutting mechanism sliding rail is connected with the top of the second supporting bedplate, the length direction of the ear cutting mechanism sliding rail is consistent with that of the working bedplate, the ear cutting mechanism sliding block is coated on the ear cutting mechanism sliding rail, one vertical side surface of the ear cutting mechanism sliding block, which faces the standard cylinder, is connected with a piston rod of the standard cylinder, the ear cutting knife is arranged on the top surface of the ear cutting mechanism sliding block, and the second ear cutting mechanism, the third ear cutting mechanism and the fourth ear cutting mechanism are all the same as the first ear cutting mechanism in structure, the ear mechanism is cut out to the second with first earphone of cutting out be the mirror image set up in the both sides face of cylinder installation piece, ear mechanism is cut out to the third and fourth earphone of cutting out construct the mirror image set up in first supporting bench below the both sides face of first cylinder installation piece, first ear mechanism of cutting out with ear mechanism is cut out to the third sets up relatively, ear mechanism is cut out to the second with ear mechanism is cut out to the fourth sets up relatively.

The ear-cutting workstation of an oven liner assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner supporting mechanism comprises an inner supporting mechanism cylinder, a first inner supporting mechanism assembly, a second inner supporting mechanism assembly, a third inner supporting mechanism assembly and a fourth inner supporting mechanism assembly, the first inner supporting mechanism assembly, the second inner supporting mechanism assembly, the third inner supporting mechanism assembly and the fourth inner supporting mechanism assembly are all arranged below the second supporting bedplate and connected with a piston rod of the inner supporting mechanism cylinder, the inner supporting mechanism cylinder penetrates through the second supporting bedplate and connected with the second supporting bedplate, the first inner supporting mechanism assembly comprises an inner supporting mechanism slide rail, an inner supporting mechanism slide block and an inner supporting mechanism buffer block, the inner supporting mechanism slide rail is connected with the bottom surface of the second supporting bedplate, the inner supporting mechanism slide block covers the inner supporting mechanism slide rail, the orientation of the inner supporting mechanism sliding block is that one vertical side surface of the inner supporting mechanism cylinder is connected with a piston rod of the inner supporting mechanism cylinder through a connecting rod, and the other vertical side surface of the inner supporting mechanism sliding block, which is far away from the inner supporting mechanism cylinder, is provided with the inner supporting mechanism buffer block.
