When the flue gas treatment device convenient for byproduct recovery is needed, firstly, a user can inject sodium hydroxide solution into the box body 1 through the water inlet pipe 6, the injection amount is higher than the height of a plurality of air holes of the air inlet pipe 5 for ensuring that the inner page of the box body 1 is, then, the water pump 201 is started, so that the inner solution of the box body 1 can be conveyed to the transverse pipe 208 through the water pipe 202, as the inner part of the transverse pipe 208 has continuous water flow circulation, the water flow can drive the blades 204 to rotate, the blades 204 can drive the transverse pipe 208 to rotate through the cross rods 206 and the connecting rods 207, and the water can be sprayed out from the spray heads 209 when the inner pressure of the transverse pipe 208 is enough, so that the circulation of the sodium hydroxide solution in the box body 1 is ensured, then, the user can inject flue gas into the box body 1 through the air inlet pipe 5, the flue gas can be discharged from the lower end of the water, most of the sodium sulfate can be separated out above the filter screen 404 after cooling, so that the generated solid sodium sulfate can fall above the filter screen 404, the gas can then move upwards to be re-desulphurised again in combination with the liquid sprayed at the spray head 209, and finally the gas can be discharged through the exhaust pipe 7, after the desulfurization is finished, the user can open the valve 9 to discharge the liquid in the box body 1, control the hydraulic rod 403 to extend upwards at the same time, drive the filter screen 404 to rise to the limit position, then start the waterproof motor 304, rotate the screw rod 310 to drive the slide block 312 to move leftwards, drive the slide block 312 to drive the scraper 311 to move leftwards, push the generated sodium sulfate leftwards, then the user can unscrew the screw 305, remove the end cover 307 to take out the accumulated sodium sulfate, then the waterproof motor 304 rotates reversely, and controlling hydraulic rod 403 to move device limit position downward effects device reset for reuse.
