FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the touch assembly of FIG. 3; the supporting plate in the touch assembly is provided with a hole, the upper surface of the supporting plate is slightly recessed, the recessed area is used for placing the light diffusion piece, the circuit board is provided with the light emitting piece, and light emitted by the light emitting piece can achieve an even display effect under the dispersion of the light diffusion piece, so that the touch assembly is more attractive.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the heating assembly of FIG. 3; the heating assembly comprises an upper bottom plate, a lower bottom plate and an annular heating plate fixed between the two bottom plates.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a stone needle moxibustion massager comprising an upper housing 4, a lower housing 5 and a light guide 6 between the upper and lower housings 5. The moxibustion acting element comprises a fixing component 1 for fixing moxa cakes and a heating component 2 for heating the moxa cakes, wherein the heating component 2 comprises an annular heating plate 21 and an annular hollow base for fixing the heating plate 21; the fixed subassembly 1 includes support frame 11, iron sheet 12 and magnet 13, and iron sheet 12 is fixed to be set up in the middle part of the base, and the magnetic sheet is fixed to be set up in the middle part of support frame 11 towards base one side, and when magnet 13 and iron sheet 12 laminating, there is a cavity that is used for placing the moxa cake between support frame 11 and the base.

Since the moxibustion member is required to conduct heat from the moxa cake during use, the support member must have a through hole 111 for heat dissipation. For convenience of use, the support frame 11 is required to have at least one through hole 111 for dissipating heat.
Specifically, the supporting frame 11 may be a net structure.

The base structure of the heating assembly 2 is shown in fig. 1 and 5, the base comprises an upper base 22 and a lower base 23 which are fixedly arranged in the shell, wherein the upper base 22 is a hollow structure, the lower surface of the upper base is upwards sunken to form a cavity (see fig. 1), the iron sheet 12 is positioned in the middle of the upper base 22, and the heating sheet 21 is positioned in the cavity; the lower base 23 is an annular structure, the upper end surface of the annular structure is provided with at least two protrusions 231, the outer peripheral side extends outwards to form at least two claws 232, the lower base 23 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the housing through the claws 232, and at this time, the heating plate 21 is clamped between the protrusions 231 and the upper base 22.
Through the structure, the heating sheet 21 can be fixed, and meanwhile, the lower surface of the heating sheet 21 can be exposed.
In an alternative embodiment, an annular bracket 3 is fixedly arranged at the lower half part of the lower shell 5, the inner side wall of the bracket 3 extends towards the axial direction of the shell to form a horizontal member 31, and the claw 232 is fixedly arranged in the shell through the horizontal member 31. Alternatively, a bracket 3 coaxial with the lower housing 5 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lower housing 5, the bracket 3 extends towards the axial direction of the housing to form a horizontal member 31, and the claw 232 is fixedly arranged in the housing through the horizontal member 31, as shown in fig. 1.
The above-mentioned touch member 42 is located on the upper end surface of the upper case 4, and the touch member 42 includes, from top to bottom, a panel 421, a touch film 422, a support plate 423, a main circuit board 424, and a battery 425, wherein the light diffuser 4231 is disposed on the support plate 423, the main circuit board 424 is located below the support plate 423, and the battery 425 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 424.
Note that the light diffusing member 4231 is a plastic product to which a light diffusing agent is added.
The light guide device 6 includes a light guide ring 61 and a circuit board 62, as shown in fig. 1, the cross section of the light guide ring 61 is a U-shaped structure with an opening at the lower end, and the circuit board 62 is provided with a plurality of lamp beads which are positioned below the opening of the light guide ring 61; the light guiding ring 61 is made of an opaque light guiding material.
The lamp beads on the circuit board 62 can be gathered and uniformly ejected through the light guide ring 61 by the opaque light guide ring 61, so that the uniform and consistent illumination brightness of the light guide ring 61 is ensured, and the product is more attractive.
It should be noted that the circuit board 62 is connected to the main circuit board 424, the area of the circuit board 62 that is lit is related to the battery 425 power, and the light on the circuit board 62 will light up or flash when the user is prompted to do so.
As an optional embodiment, a circular opening is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the lower shell 5, and an axial flow fan 7 is fixedly arranged at the circular opening; or, the axial flow fan 7 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the lower end of the upper shell 4, as long as the fan 7 is fixedly arranged near the joint of the upper shell 4 and the lower shell 5. At this time, the side wall of the upper housing 4 is provided with an air inlet 41.
The heat that produces the moxa-moxibustion effect piece that can relax through this fan 7 flows out and is used in skin through scraping effect piece 9, guarantees the moxa-moxibustion effect.
The axial flow fan 7 is electrically connected with the controller and operates under the driving of the controller.
As an alternative embodiment, a vibration motor 8 is further disposed in the housing, the motor 8 is located below the battery 425 and electrically connected to the main circuit board 424, and the motor 8 can provide at least two vibration strengths with different strengths and two vibration modes of continuous vibration and intermittent vibration.
Specifically, the vibration motor 8 can provide four different vibration modes, i.e., medium-intensity long vibration, high-intensity long vibration, medium-intensity intermittent vibration and high-intensity intermittent vibration.
As an alternative embodiment, the scraping action member 9 comprises a stone needle 91 and a heating film 92, wherein the heating film 92 is fixedly arranged on the stone needle 91 by means of adhesion, and the heating film 92 is located inside the casing. The heating film 92 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 424.
Specifically, the Bian stone 91 is Shandong Bian stone 91.
The concrete application mode and structure of the stone needle moxibustion massager of the invention are further described with reference to fig. 1-5 as follows:

As shown in fig. 3, a touch key, which is respectively a switch/massage, is printed on the panel 421, and the key can be turned on and off in the case of a long press, and generates 4 vibration modes in the case of a short press, which are respectively: medium-strength long vibration, high-strength long vibration, medium-strength intermittent vibration and high-strength intermittent vibration; the stone needle moxibustion massager can be switched between scraping and moxibustion modes by pressing a mode key in the middle for a short time, icons printed with scraping and moxibustion can be in different colors (a plurality of light emitting pieces with different colors are provided for explanation) when the icons are switched, the touch film 422 is adhered to the lower portion of the panel 421 through 3M glue, a light gathering hole is formed in the supporting plate 423 below the touch film 422, for example, in the position A in fig. 1, a light diffusion piece 4231 is adhered to the light gathering hole, and light on the main circuit board 424 can be gathered and uniformly displayed by the light diffusion piece 4231.
The main circuit board 424 under the supporting frame 11 is fixed by screws, the main circuit board 424 is a main control circuit board, power is supplied by a battery 425 under the main circuit board, and the battery 425 is a lithium battery 425. In order to fix the lithium battery 425, a battery 425 housing for fixing the battery 425 is provided in the upper case 4, and a space through which a power supply line passes is provided between both sides of the battery 425 housing and the inner side wall of the upper case 4.
The fan 7 is fixed to the bottom of the upper case 4 by screws, and the fan 7 provides a moxibustion feeling by blowing out heat during moxibustion.
The lower shell 5 is provided with a circuit board 62 fixed by screws, the edges of the circuit board 62 are uniformly provided with 16 double-color lamps, and the circuit board 62 can control the light transformation by signals transmitted by the main circuit board 424 to achieve the prompting effect.
A light guide ring 61 made of an opaque material is fixedly provided at an edge portion of a junction of the upper case 4 and the lower case 5, and the light guide ring 61 is assembled thereto by upper and lower grooves being fitted. The light guide ring 61 can display the light on the circuit board 62 uniformly. In order to achieve the effect of uniform and perfect light, the light guide ring 61 is opened towards the position of the bicolor lamp, so as to form a U-shaped groove, and the light irradiates on the U-shaped groove and gathers, thereby achieving the effect of uniform light diffusion. The light guiding ring 61 is also made of a plastic product containing a light diffusing agent.
As shown in fig. 1, the motor 8 is fixed on the lower housing 5 through a bracket 3, and the bracket 3 may be fixed by a rotary clamping manner, may also be fixed by a threaded connection manner, and may also be machined integrally with the lower housing 5. The motor 8 is fixed to the bracket 3 by screws.
The upper base 22 of the heating module 2 is fixed to the frame 3 by snap-fitting, as shown in fig. 1. The heating plate 21 is placed in a cavity of the upper base 22, and the middle of the cavity is provided with an iron plate 12.
It should be noted that the heating plate 21 is a ceramic heating plate 21, and the upper base 22 is also made of a high temperature resistant material. And an NTC temperature sensor is placed between the ceramic heating plate 21 and the upper base 22, and the sensor is adhered by heat-conducting silica gel.
The heating plate 21 is fixed by the upper base 22 and the lower base 23 so as to be positioned at the center of the lower surface of the support 3.
It should be noted that there is an annular space between the support 3 and the motor 8, which space communicates between the heating assembly 2 and the fan 7, thus forming a complete air duct. The wind generated by the fan 7 flows to the heating element 2 through the wind channel and blows out the heat generated by the heating element 2 through the holes on the scraping action element 9.
A high temperature resistant magnet 13 is embedded in the middle of the support frame 11, moxa cakes are placed around the magnet 13, and the moxa cakes are fixed through the interaction force between the magnet 13 and the iron sheet 12. As can be seen from the observation of FIG. 1, the upper and lower surfaces of the moxa cake are respectively the heating plate 21 and the supporting frame 11, and the outer side surface is the lower base 23.
A stone needle 91 is fixed at the lower ends of the support 3 and the lower shell 5 in a glue bonding mode, a heating film 92 bonded by glue is arranged on the stone needle 91, and a sensor is arranged on the heating film.
The stone needle warm moxibustion massager has the functions of scraping therapy and moxibustion.
