In one embodiment, the casing 1 adopts a cuboid, a patient facing surface is taken as a rear surface, a surface opposite to the rear surface is taken as a front surface, a surface corresponding to the head top direction of the patient is taken as an upper surface, a round hole with an annular groove is embedded in the upper surface to be provided with a vertical adjusting knob 4, a sagittal adjusting knob 7 is embedded in the front surface, and a lifting hole 14 is formed by windowing the rear surface to accommodate the moving space of the connecting rod.
