5. An apartment security system as recited in claim 4, wherein the help information is any one or more of text information, voice information, picture information, or video information.
6. An apartment security system as recited in claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal further includes an information interaction system that obtains information of security personnel to notify an information notification of the apartment security system.

An apartment security system as claimed in claim 1, wherein sensing zones are provided in each floor of the apartment, sensing components are provided in the sensing zones, the sensing components obtain whether room information in the identification card corresponds to the floor through the identification card in the sensing zone, and if not, the room information is sent to the main system for recording.
